Understood completely, I didn't realize this many people would be interested so fast! I was initially planning on selling one and once it got a sale + vouch, upping the price and going from there but seems that would be unfair since I come back to this and didn't say that price will change in the first post.

Haven't sold it to him, have one copy reserved for someone who said they will purchase in a few days. That member is a Newbie and I would deal with caution based on what others are saying.

It should work on all accounts, however I haven't tested it with a permanently limited account. The 180 days however is not required.

You can receive the funds through the bank, another PayPal, or just do some currency exchange to get it in any other way via localbitcoins.

So, does it involve calling?

You can call or email. I outlined what to do in the guide. It's a short and simple procedure.

I think I will buy on after all even with all the doubtfulness in this thread of how a quick and easy thing to do would be so simple for anyone has any logical thinking skills can figure it out on their own. Just hope you don't plan on selling one to a untrusted member that has negative like the first one on this post page and that is of newbie status. That is guarantee to get it leaked and even worst sold to the highest bidder. ::)

How can this be verified to work with the method that you proclaim will have it work for you?
I mean every paypal situation has a different reason for why they are limited.
I want to know if you guarantee your method is valid and going to work for everybody?

$200 is alot to spend on a manual if it is common knowledge on the net already.

This method hasn't failed me yet. Sold one copy to a user who said they'd be posting a review tomorrow of the method. This knowledge is not on the internet already, positive of that. As long as you didn't already contact them via email/phone, this method should work.

I read it but do not have a limited account in my possession so I can not try it yet because am in the process of getting a limited account now to test it out on.
But it is solid well written instructions.

Lol, so if it was one page, it's impossible to be a scam? That reasoning doesn't make sense. Size of the thread doesn't really say anything about the product itself. A lot of the posts are either questions or people asking for a review copy. There's only been one sale so far and the guy left a vouch but it's a one-liner and I'm sure that people want more details before sending $200+ over (I know that if I was a potential buyer, I'd want more of a review than just the one line). The original author of the vouch said he'd update but I haven't heard back yet. Once he updates though, I will hold true to my word and prices will go up.

If anyone else wants to review the method, seeing as the other guy hasn't updated in a while, feel free to contact me for a slight discount. Expecting a more in-depth review than the previous one if possible.

Let me tell you my opinion about this method: it could work for some people, maybe it worked for you, but I'm 95% sure that won't work for everyone ... and not because of you.
Paypal has different rules for each country, different verification options, a US Paypal account is not the same thing with an Indian account.
Also it depends for what you used that account.
If you sell a legit product (in a store) is not the same thing with selling a virtual ebook about how to make money on internet.
Nothing personal, these are just my thoughts.

I've tested it with UK, USA, and Canada with multiple accounts and it's worked so I assume it should be good for worldwide, regardless of the actual account, in case anyone's wondering.

He was the only one who was able to pay for a copy. I have the TXID and messages from the transaction for anyone who's suspicious of this (just PM me, I'll be more than happy to show you). I have had no previous encounters with this user. This is also the reason why I haven't increased the price, he's not the most trustworthy and the review isn't the best.
