Of course aliens exist.  It's arrogant to think we are the only intelligent life in the universe.

Have they visited earth?  Probably not.  If faster than light travel is not possible, then they never will.

Both of thoughts are terrifying.. In this big of a space, we might be alone and we might not, both are scary. Maybe we are those aliens, where another group/civilization of aliens have "planted" the living cells on this planet and left them to evolve further. Maybe we are all just one big experiment.... who knows.

Well if there is a president who has the characteristics to disclose that kind of information, it's trump. It's not impossible that the government is keeping something from the public concerning aliens.

As a President of a most powerful nation, of course President Trump has an access to confidential files and report. Those theories may not work in practice. For example the alcubierre drive could let us move faster than light. But it may not be possible to build it. I am an avid fan of conspiracy theories how aliens work together with the different countries in the world and  how they meet the President.

I'm pretty sure every single president would get to know about wether they exist or not. part of the job I guess. However, I don't think current presidents have that much power and control. They're rather controlled by higher-ups from some of the "families".

The main thing that all the presidential candidates promise a lot, including the release information about aliens, and when the time comes to business, everything will not remember this. Maybe they are really without a license to do so.

There are no aliens according to those ho believe in Creation of which i am one. I don't think God created another set of species with the same or higher intelligence such as ourselves. If every US President knows about aliens, and yet any past President hasn't told us, then there's must be a reason for that.

The most likely reasons for this is because the goverment doesnt have much if any data on aliens, They might have some ufo sightings/strange reports from airforce personnel but probably nothing as  concrete as what you might see on tv about area 51 etc. The uk goverment gave access to their alien/ufo documents some years ago and although there were some interesting reads it was all mostly boring sightings that could be anything and in this day and age when everyone and their dog has multirotors then the sightings are only going to go up.

Guaranteed 99% of all reports that the goverment have classified is because its jets or aircraft that are top secret but nothing that would blow your socks off.

It seems to me that if there is information about the UFO and its hide from people, they do it deliberately, because people are in fact your are inadequate and are capable of all sorts of measures. Not sure if there is definitive proof intelligent aliens exist (from humanities perspective) but bet that if there are any type-2 civilizations out there they have probably figured out how to travel faster than light. If they do visit us, then they probably won't really want to interact with us yet. My guess is that any hyper intelligent aliens that maybe had a bad experience interacting with other lower intelligent lifeforms might avoid us until we figure stuff out. Or they haven't found us yet and are simply looking to take over planets or something.

Logic should be applied here, I doubt any aliens would come here to destroy us like in independence day where they are looking for resources (pretty much every planet that's a hop skip and a few light years away has resources and not all are inhabited by creatures that need them necessarily) unless they saw us as a threat which again is unlikely because any civilization that is already type 1 or 2 will already have the means to obliterate us and from a sociological perspective aliens that can reach those levels will have to be pretty socially capable and not sociopaths (enough to kill us all just because). I'm betting that socially advanced aliens will likely wait until we invent a means to remove the primal violent human tendencies we are prone to. If I were hyper intelligent I'd probably keep a distance except when my friends peer pressure me to mess with the lower lifeforms. That's why you may have the F-18 hornets reporting random aircraft flying faster than them.
