yes it is south african.I believe that that difficulty refers to the mining rig speeds.the bigger your miner the higher difficulty you have to choose

Try to re-open and close wallet, just repeat process, works for me. You just confused you see downloading blocks not moving. 9147 blocks as of now, no problem on wallet mate.

I also had this problem but I restarted my pc and run the wallet and opened it up again twice. The second time it worked after waiting some time. I just left the pc to do its thing and when I came back it was fine. 13 active connections ^^

Yes, having said that diff is still low, mining this coins for these remaining days would be an advantage for both pow and pos. I think grabbing some coins from those generous holders at current price on coinex at this moment is fair enough to those who still want decent amount to use on POS. Yes, block explorer is a must here, that is to avoid create unnecessary speculations for future coin movements since many unsold simp here I guess. However, rewards would get from these can use to start atleast promotional campaigns 1 week or few days before high POS ends. FB, twitter, and personal text is good, there are also many visitors on marketplace section for altcoins, you can place it there. Just my few thoughts here...

This is akin to another uber inflationary trex coin. Not sure if its still trading, probably delisted, but the idea is there: 10000% daily stake and 1 billion or so in circulation. Here u start from lesser numbers: 1.5K and bump to 1.3 million via insane 162% posing. As u put it, cold start appears to be a great idea. 162% load being thrown on market every day, during XXXX weeks is a bullshit of course.

Dumps on both exchange are quite annoying yet it's somehow contribute on spreading SIMP to many holders. @EbenTheva  Yes, stake-mining! I bought a tiny amount  at the start (even before POW ended) and some time after price went down (after high-POS kicked in) some more, and just let my wallet do the rest. Easy as pie.

Guys calm down. It is not doing so well but it is ok we are in the middle of high stake so there is a lot of coins available. After this the pos will slow down and as more people join in then the inflation will decrease and those of us that enjoyed the hi-pos will enjoy a decent staking even at low percent and will be able to sell of the profits slowly.

I think too early for take over, hi-pos not over, lets give devs chance to deliver what they have stated here.

This over miscalculated POS might result to over 100 million, but despite of that mistake community here accept and move on. That includes me, I enjoy stake rewards and even I am just staking a very little percentage of SIMP out of total now, I am still holding on and expecting an update from devs regarding a roadmap. Having done a back read, seems that they are serious to deliver something out of this pos concept. Two options I see for them why being quiet, brainstorming now on how to implement usage waiting this high pos end or waiting for more interest on people and help do what's supposed to be done on certain altcoin project like this.

No fud here devs, just few thoughts, but of course you should at least show off here and update. I see some still placing at 2 sats, that indicates accumulation, skipping staking time and effort yet grabbed at same price compare to who have bought little at 20x price then stake. SIMP is still fresh, current price is just an outcome of coins that does not have great usage. It's time to put a value.

As you replied before, anything we could help, just PM you. Now, I was thinking of what to do to support as few here has done already their part. Goodluck and hope you update here.

Ahh, the madness ended...my wallet is cooling down and producing regular tiny amounts of SimpleCash. Oh well, I will not be complaining one tiny bit....it's all for the best. Thanks to devs for this run. It was major fun indeed!  ;D   Now for some distribution of the Simple Cash.

I think now turns out to be not a good sign anymore for people here to expect progress. 3 new coins added to yobit, no simp, and even added, devs seems no more interest to pursue the roadmap. Another coin locked up, kept, and wait for a take over by some who had decent amounts and can think of good usage.  :-\

Where is the promised roadmap?

The Dev was last active on the 16th of last month. That is not a good sign at all. I will just continue to stake in hopes in a few weeks or months the coin will be worth something. There is too many coins available now and the market is over saturated but perhaps in a few months or week it will become more are and us the bagholders and early investors will have the main shares, to slowly sell off.

I just check the wallet and it's not syncing now so probably no hope for staking too. Does anyone here wallet still working? 136M is not that big yet insufficient as the last post from them stating that they want to use this coins on betting project. Though I think dev here is unmotivated to continue because they do not collect enough funds in the ico.

My wallet has always worked and is constantly staking. I am staking alot each day becauase I was an early investor. What is the problem with your wallet ? Does it not sync ? Did you make sure to add the nodes ? Otherwise I can send you my node list if you want.

I just went to look in %appdata%/simplecash and I don't even have a .conf file so I am unsure why the wallet is not working for you.

I resync my wallet and now up to date though now always showing being offline (on and off)/ no active connections. Mined transactions all ? e.g. Status: 37/offline, has not been successfully broadcast yet. I use peers on both exchanges on my .conf. Maybe I try delete my .conf now just what you did there. By the way, I though there was a chip in for yobit, is that cancelled-refunded to donators? or just on hold, since we see no updates here?

That sounds very odd to me. This wallet works very well for me. I am using win10 and you ? It can't be hardware problem I doubt. You sure your internet line is fine ? I can't think of anything else.It never forked so it is not the either.

Long gone for dev and many holders here, this coin that has a working wallet but don't even tested for what would be it's worth.  :-\

I think it is still early to judge and we should all hold I believe within the next 2 months we will see more movement in the coin and more people will want it. Remember it is still recovering form the influx of early investors so most bag holders now partook in the hi-pos event and that is why it is not worth much yet.

Delete your wallet folder @ %appdata%
Do not delete the wallet .dat file that is your wallet and where your coins are stored. You will need that.
Then run your wallet again and wait for it to sync.

I did this once. 5 active connection, but wallet not sinc. Source blocks are not available

I dont' know what is going on either it was working fine now I have 0 active connection and I never even changed anything.

SIMP will soon be removed from the c-cex exchange. To avoid the need at least a fake volumes.

I guess there will be no more further update in here unless with that yobit listing. I'm staking at least 5-10 mins a day. Last time you've helped me out with the same problem, I checked mine this time it's working fine current block 77925. I just put all the nodes on both exchanges.

So you can't sync either ? That is just great. This is the second time this has happened with a very close time to one another and it has never happened before then all of a sudden wallets nodes dissapear. But it says they connected according to the node site so I dont know what is going on here.

You do not need blk0001.dat file from me just delete the files indide foler %appdata%/simp but do not delete wallet.dat since you need that to access your coins if you delete it you lose your coins.

@daffadile, mate the wallet works fine here, I only use old version of wallet. There is now movement on both exchange, not sure if the dev here accumulating or already dumped all his stash. 16M now on sell at 1sats.  :D
