Literally not a single one. It's spent 10 seconds outside of the accompanying packaging total. One owner. Flawless. I do have a private offer over my requestes selling price apready. Did not expect this interest at all.

That said. The private buyer may be just an offer since the price offered seems "too good to be true" at this point.  You are first in line.

What serial number is it?

Are these the same prints of Max's in the thread you linked?  I didn't think he ended up making any.  As i was first in line if he did :)

I have to raise a red flag here folks... Too many issues with what seller is saying at this point.

They are offering escrow.  Kinda hard to scam that with the choices.

Serial number is probably #4 according to owner list.  Another interesting point is these weren't marketed as "Kialara" and I don't believe they say kialara on them anywhere but I do not own one to confirm.

Two things jumped out at me....

1.  The link is to #7, which was the last one that was sold for 7 or 7.7 BTC I believe.
2.  Those prints of the 3 women and George Washington on the couch were never produced / printed by Max.

And that's fine. I'll either sell it privately or post pictures with serial etc. Before a public sale. I am also obviously accepting escrow if I restart the public sale so I guess I'm a little confused as to what the questions would be.

That said. I respect anyone being careful of sale threads. I can however if needed prove ownership 100% without doubt to anyone. I simply didn't expect this interest when I posted the ad.

I linked the thread. I didn't mean for it to imply that I own #7 which I don't. I own #4 as indicated by the ownership post.

Nothing compared to this artpiece holding 1 btc. It's 6 times the face value (100$ bill not included in genius calculation)

Each piece has .23 BTC i think on it... which was $100 worth at the time.

Art is art. Not sure any collector or art piece has a valuation that can be logically defended.

T really wish I had 6 spare BTC to throw around for this.   This is super nice and was looking to bid when he initially sold them. 

I can sign a T-shirt, so can Banksy. Mine would be worth purchase price minus scribbles. Banksys would be worth $100k

Assessing art based on face value is not a thing.

In the case of this piece I believe lot of the value rests in the artist, as well as the given minimal crypto value but the fact that there are a limited amount of artists that have any provenance in the crypto space.

I also own a few works by Kuno Goda that made the first artist prints of Bitcoin and Ethereum and they sell for $10k+ for "just a piece of paper".

If anything, I had sold my bill earlier this year.

This is an awesome piece of work by Max , not only it has thug glasses but it owns 100$ worth of bitcoin as on Jan 2016 if am right which was around 0.23 BTC
It has a hologram if you see clearly which i guess has the privkey for them

It was really controversial as people thought and say that writing or cutting a Legal tender is punishable , though not new thing in art history but still as it turned out this one was not destroyed in anyway and was still good but this one is super rare , being only 10 made ever and more won't be made ever as said by max in his original Thread.

I'll offer 3.3 BTC. That is nowhere near what you are looking for, but its what I am prepared to offer.

Should you go the auction route, I will definitely participate.

I'll let the buyer reveal the price, but it was less than the ask for the bar on sale here.

This is the collector piece that introduced me to this forum via a link Max placed on Reddit.  Way out of my price range then and now, but very nice to see one being offered again, and its value is a testament to the trust and brand loyalty Max/Kialara has developed and earned with this community.  Good luck on your sale!

So .... I was the buyer from Miffman. On this occasion, I would prefer to keep the price between Miff and myself

I would value seeing the market determine the fair price for this piece now, although to be honest, it would have to be very strong to convince me to consider parting with mine

I have a feeling this has significant potential to appreciate in the long term (certainly wrt Fiat values .... hedged bet when it comes to BTC values)

very, very, very interested in this, and the ask seems reasonable to me. funds won't be liquid until end of jan tho (short of me peeling some coins...which ain't gunna happen) so fingers crossed for a delayed start to any auction on this...

I agree, I own all Kialara's (except this one), but I also expect a high value of BTC embedded along with such an expensive item, it's definitely cool.

Well the original artwork used for the latest Kialara series and the 001 edition of the latest bars sold for around the 2.5BTC mark at today's prices. I'm not saying that this can be used as a guideline (I think it was undersold) but just interesting to note.

Unlike other's , there are only 10 of them but owing it is definitely hard given the price atm :D

Given the price of the Bar which is around 200$ ,i think $2000 is fine for Original artwork , maybe my opinion is not very high towards poster art.
But for this note , the price asked is certainly fine :D

Wow, I'd take that if I had one. The way I see it, BTC is about to enter a bubble, this doesn't have a high value of BTC embedded so it's mostly art/collector value. That's a good deal.

These are super rare and a genius idea.  Just think what they will be worth in 10 years.... if they hold their BTC value.   I don't look at it USD value wise.

Think of what 5BTC will be worth in 10 years, say for example it's $50k, is this worth $50k as a collectors item while only containing $2.3k in BTC?

It's not the .23 BTC that I care about on these Bills... It's the 4-7 BTC that each piece brought.   If they hold those values even better.  

The 1 BTC unfunded GOLD Kialara pieces have already gone from $199 to 2 BTC worth at current prices.  

EDIT:  I totally get what you are saying though. 

Couple of small corrections there. Original Price was $249. Latest selling prices have been between 2.2 - 2.5 BTC for a Kialara Gold.

IMO, I would take the 5 BTC over the Thug Life right now. Its a unique piece for sure, hence me bidding, but I would rather have 5 BTC Digital.

I'm a collector and always think about the price of a BTC collectibles in relation to BTC/USD, it's just how I think, and the higher the price of BTC per USD, the lower you will most likely get for a collectible in terms of BTC. If BTC was worth $1, I would gladly pay 2-3k BTC for a 1000BTC Casascius coin. But at the current prices BTC/USD, I wouldn't pay more than say 1100BTC for one.  Again, in 10 years if you think someone will pay $50k in BTC value for this collectible, then by all means. The price it's commanding in BTC isn't set in stone.

Would someone be so kind as to check their bill to see if it says "Kialara" on it anywhere?  Max is an artist and I think he might make a distinction and if so, I am curious why.  This piece is a political message and none of his Kialara products are as overt.  This was the last piece of his I really wanted and I believe the last piece where he generated the keys. 

AFAIK no where it's written Kialara but his name instead, just above the secretary's Signature! which makes it kinda cool! The Name of the Artist but not Kialara , as that's a different thing altogether , though people write it as 100$ Kialara Bill , it actually is 100$ thug life Bill by max .

Thanks for confirming!  Pretty much my feelings as well, this is a very cool Max Mellenbruch piece who is the maker of Kialara.  This is also the last piece he made where he generated the private parts  ;D

FYI. It seems my highest bidder was scared off by the Bitcoin rally and I will most likely be auctioning this piece off in the next day or two.

I will obviously be accepting escrow and will post dated high resolution pictures with username etc. as customary.

I am.also considering the sale of a "Red Dot" unfounded 100 BTC "bearer bar" in mint condition (still in plastic wrapping) and some other memorabilia such as a Kubo Goda original Bitcoin screen print.

If zeroxal wants to buy , i guess 6 btc it should be since that's what you asked originally. We are dealing in btc ,not usd - so price change shouldn't matter if that's why you increased it!

Do you have any idea what your ask price will be for the bearer bar? 

My ballpark for both the Kuno Goda original (one of these, I believe there are 3 in existence but not 100% https://www.bitpremier.com/4-fine-art-antiques/1935-bitcoin-kuno-goda ) and the bearer bar (picture coming) will most likely be 3+ BTC or so, somewhat depending on BTC price movements.

Possibly, but it would have to be attractive. I own quite a few Casascius already.
