1. Start date : deposit time to our wallet(betting time).
2. Prediction end date : Start date + 5 seconds.
3. Real end date : real execution end time by batch program.
    there is a batch program that handles incoming orders at a time every seconds.
    so, there  can be a time gap between Real end date and Prediction end date
4. there is also seed generator program that it generate seed value every seconds.
5. Betting start seed date : the seed generation time selected by start date.
    Betting expire seed date : the seed generation time selected by real end date.

* 5 seconds means time difference between start date and Prediction end date,
but actually it can be time difference as above explanation.
and it even can be more  6 seconds between betting start seed date  Betting expire seed date
because it can be 0 ~ 999 millseconds  between  Prediction end date and Real end date, Real end date  and Betting expire seed date.

How do you make your BTC price?!

Currently, at SECONDSTRADE.COM the Bitcoin price is ~1214 USD. Preev Bitcoin Price is ~1364 USD!
This is a huge difference and I don't feel it secure for betting. How can I trust your odd/even or 5 mins in this case?

Their price has been off for months and they refuse to fix it. According to their website their API calculates price based on Huobi/A+ Okcoin/A + Btcchina/A + Bitstamp/A

They should just use GDAX or Gemini API feeds however they need multiple exchanges so someone doesn't cheat by moving the markets. In that case they can use BitMEX futures API which has tons of liquidity.

Does Secondtrade and RealSecondTrade are the same owner? if it does I think it is legit because It is my first signature campaign that I have join in and thanks to them I have accumulate so BTC and experience the transaction at hand when I was still a newbie to bitcoin, well this new site was very promising and only a 1% edge that I might tried to play, well looking pretty promising Good Luck!

Yes I agree with you it makes absolutely no sense to bet like that. You might as well bet on the 5 second binary options which are at least quicker and both are basically pure gamble's. This site lost its touch almost last year. Its pretty sad that there arent any bitcoin binary option betting sites out there.

Yes I remember that site as well. Last I heard their management changed and it went down hill. First it was withdraw issues and then it was down-time.

Then there was the FortuneJack Binary options which have been down for a while and I think there was a site called Binarybase.io. The binarybase.io I think ran into capital issues and shutdown one night.

There are just no reliable bitcoin binary betting options sites pretty much.

I think one way how this website can benefit would be to move over to the Litecoin network and try to implement Lightning Network bets. You can basically start a payment channel and your gamblers can start one also. This way they can make hundreds of bets per second and there would be no fees. And it would be much safer since there would be no more double spenders and people would always have some security of their funds.

I think this is something you should look into implementing. Then in the future, who knows? Maybe Lightning network on the Bitcoin network.

I think the thing that sucks the most is the timing of the deposit. It would be much more efficient if we had a sort of balance and could actually bet up or down in real time! An issue I often face is, I may want to place a bet on up/down, but by the time the transaction goes through ( which yes it only takes a few seconds, but still..) it may bid on a spike which gives me a higher chance of a loss, rather than on the actual point where i wanted to place my bid. So if our bets actually were placed EXACTLY when we wanted it to, it would be much better! Also, better payment! It's pretty annoying to have my winning bids sometimes not get paid out because of glitches or who knows what, and then I have to come here and post to get paid.

I've been telling the admin this for like the last 1.5 years or so. However he claims that its better for privacy if it remains onchain. But with the ridicuous BTC transaction fees and the double spend attacks going on, it makes no sense to continue in this matter.

Like I said before. I think that a year or two back the management of Secondstrade.com has changed, and the new developer is a new guy who doesn't know how to perform advanced coding. Because I think for most it would help if at least some other altcoins was used other than BTC. Then I think that would fix many of these issues.

Thanks for the payout even though it was delayed for a while. I enjoy betting with Secondstrade however the error HTTP Status 500-server encountered internal error seems to be popping up when I check betting status more often than it used to which is what I assume is causing the delay, might need to look into it. I agree, the fees are totally ridiculous nowadays and playing this kind of game will mean that you will have to pay more for a bet. For example, we are playing just for 0.001BTC then the fees will probably be 0.0004BTC, which means our bet is actually 0.0014BTC but we only win back 0.001BTC. It's not house edge, but just that there are too much fees and you lose more in the long run and even the casino doesn't profit from the additional fees and they actually pay too when returning the winnings.

Can you up the fee and/or make sure you don't payout from unconfirmed balances?

Waiting for days to get a tx to confirm is not a thing that should be happening at a betting site 60 sats per b is way too low. (I would suggest checking the average on https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ and make the fees right for at least the bets above 0.01 BTC and let the bets pay the real fee instead of the 0.0002 that it is now, as you would lose more $$$ waiting for a days old tx if btc drops from $1800 to $1700 then a higher fee would have cost)
And digging around to accelerate tx that need to be confirmed before the tx that is coming to my payouts is not fun either. (this can be easily solved by not spending unconfirmed balance)

 How about mimicking the fees users use to send to you? High fee placed bets get paid by high fee payouts so both transactions will confirm quick. Same for low fee placed bets, they will get low fee payouts and thus are slow in both ways

Thanks for finally paying out. So is it going to take a week every time we want to be paid out now if we do bets over $100? This has happened to me a few times now for my bigger bets and it makes it not worth doing if i have to wait a week to get paid. 

it takes ages this way with the 60 sats/b especially because payouts are made from a lot of small ones that use unconfirmed balances. They should use at least double as bare minimum, but when I send I use between 3x or 4x as much so I don't see why they can't.

I don't mind the low fee they pay us out with, you could just do child pays for parent to get it faster (although, yes you are right! I am paying usually $1 in fees, they could do the same). My issue is that the actual pay out process for bigger bets, it takes them a week to verify and send the winnings back. If i do small bets of lets say $20 or so, they always pretty much pay me my winnings "instantly" but when I bet over $100, my bets sometimes disappear and then I have to contact them here and wait for them to check it out before they actually pay me. Sometimes they are quick and take a day, other times like for my last win, I had to wait a week!

I think the reason why your bets "disappear" is because any fairly large bets are automatically flagged and need to be manually approved due to the double spend attacks that were happening on this site recently.

Either way something needs to be done because every month there is a new all-time-high of unconfirmed transactions and pretty soon it will be $2 per transaction, so if you are betting small like $20, it makes no sense since $2+$2 will go to the network alone.

I haven't got one of those server errors in over a month now lucky me.
But child pays for parent only seems to get me my payments less slow, but still slow. Now I am still waiting for a tx to confirm the unconfirmed balance before that is 5 tx deep. I pay a fee so I can get a confirmation in one or two blocks so it shows it is legit and not part of double spending what so ever it would suit them if they provide the same service to their customers.

Yeah, when I do child pays for parent, I always do $2 and that way I get it pretty fast, usually within an hour. It's the only way, otherwise i'd probably have to wait over a week lol.

As far as the manual check goes, I get that. But I don't think they get THAT many bets throughout the day. Surely a manual check shouldn't take more than 24 hours? In this case it was a week.

Even if you are a large better and don't mind paying $2+$2 for fees its still a huge waste of potential profit taking away from the site. If it weren't for these feeds maybe they could improve their coding and website.

Plus, most people don't have 1000 BTC in their wallet and when they make a large bet, they need it to come back first before they can use that BTC to bet again.

I just checked. the unconfirmed tx that are nested before all of mine are about 7000 b. An average 1 block confirmation fee is about 271 sats/b . To get them confirmed pretty fast i would have to pay a fee of 1897000 sats  ::) And that is just because it is nested deep. low fee player > low fee internal tx > etc > low fee payout. I wouldn't mind paying for one tx with CPFP but this is just too deep and to expensive as I don't bet 1 btc at a time


That is exactly the reason why secondtrade should use a marktconfirm fee and don't spend unconfirmed bets from other users, businesswise it would make more sense.

But probably we won't here anything from them about this issue

Pretty much have no idea why this website is still in business. Even if you send less than 450 Sats/byte, it would take hours and hours to confirm and most likely you would get bored and go back to gambling with regular dice.

Since LTC protocol is very similar to BTC, the site should temporarily use LTC

Todays prices are ridiculous. To CPFP that 7000b i would have to pay 0.033 BTC fees for a tx. ::) (it is 480 sats/b while I type this)

They should use LTC yeah. Or with a login and on site coins, although I understand the security issues that come with that.
But fair fees and not using unconfirmed balance would have prevented a lot of waiting time. (I only suggest that because it is a minor change, compared to implementing LTC or whatever)

It is trading. If you know how to watch for signals and stuff and the markets, it can surely help you. The problem with this site is, your deposit takes a few seconds to go through, so you could have bad luck and the market spikes in a direction that screws you for those few seconds and then ruin your chance of a 'win' rather than an instant trade. Those few seconds are crucial and make it more of a gamble IMO! I would have an extremely high win rate if it actually counted exactly when i deposited, but because of those few seconds, It has surely dropped my win rate quite a bit. Not too drastically but enough for me to care :)

Is there a working alternative of secontrade? As it looks now they turned into scam and really love to gamble on binary options. They were good until last year but now i'm too scary to put my coins there.

Yeah, It's not really worth it if it takes them a week each time to verify and pay us. I won't be using their site anymore until I see things speed up. Took me a week last time to get paid and seeing that others still haven't been paid is a real turn off. I like to be paid back on 1 confirmation like they used to, not a week later.

I looked at his TX ID and in my opinion he should get paid. He included a small fee but it would of eventually confirmed on the network.

Only problem is that the admin doesn't like to pay people who are registered as "newbies" and I think its unfair.

Their reasoning was that this site is old and most people by now who are gambling on it should be at least junior members or older. He had the most double spenders try and get their BTC back usually with newbie accounts.

Since there is no email or support ticket on the website, only way to get a hold of the admin is to make a new account on Bitcointalk and make a post in their thread.

In my opinion its not fair either.

I agree, addresses that are being used over and over again are clearly not double spending.

Ok, I can understand that the admin does not pay people who try to cheat in this game. But I am a honest player and I did not try to cheat. I also lost a lot on the site. Now I am finally winning something and half of my winnings are not payed.

The admin can check all of my bets, there is nothing odd at all so my winnings should be payed. There is no reason to hold my winnings :(

No its different.

Whaleclub and 1Broker are spot/cfd broker dealers. You make money on those if the price goes up (if long) or price goes down (if short). You make money on what you paid to enter a position and your profit is the difference.

This is binary trading. Its very difficult because NOT ONLY do you need to pick the right direction but also the right time.

I played on your site before and there was also a transaction that did not pay out. After I told you about this you payed me the winning bet. So there was no doubt for me that at one point you will not pay. If you look at my transactions you can clearly see that I added a huge amount of fees because another member of bitcointalk told me that fees should not be to low.

I was clearly not double spending or cheating and if you look at the transactions I also lost some of them.  Look at the screenshot below

when you say a player used double spend, please give us your evidences to prove that.

What the admin says is correct, they do suffer from many players attempting to cheat by double spend. Either by sending a transaction with a very small fee like (10 Sats/byte - which will never confirm) and then when they lose, they automatically send another transaction with a 500 Sats/byte fee which will confirm for sure by the next block.

So pretty much aside from the miner fee the gambler isn't really risking much.

I don't think the "I consider all newbies on Bitcointalk to be double-spenders" to not be fair.

That's why like I said before many times, he needs to either use another currency like ETH which is harder to double spend or just make a Account portal so people send funds over, wait until confirm, and then bet.

However its been a few years since that was suggested and the feature still isn't here yet.

Let's see what they bring after they finished their new plans.

I don't think there is a market big enough for that type of binary options. I think they only have that in Forex.

You can try I guess using Fairlay or some other bitcoin betting site. They have these options where "If Bitcoin goes to $3000 before July 2017", etc.

But they are very illiquid at the moment.

If you think price will go down, just hedge your BTC with a margin BTC exchange like Bitfinex incase it goes down.

I don't think its gone, they are just going down for maintainance and redesigning their system.

With the huge BTC fees we had last month, sites like this with on-chain gambling would of never survived since it was at least $5 each way just to make 1 bet. Not very smart.

I think they are either going to introduce a login system where you hold a BTC balance and make bets or they will switch to a different currency such as LTC for onchain gambling.

Wow really strange that they are actually gone. They're site would of actually been pretty profitable and successful if they only listened and used a different alt for their on-chain bets or added some type of portal where people could send BTC into their account and gamble that way with binary options.

No idea why all these binary option betting sites always go out of business.

I think it's due to the BO system itself. In BO you are playing against the broker, if someone plays a high bet and wins the broker loses high. In case of medium/big brokers with a lot of users betting both sides the losses vanish and this BO btc sites are small. The idea of "added some type of portal where people could send BTC into their account and gamble that way with binary options" it doesn't seem good cause then they will have to play BO in other brokers which they don't want, they want to be profitable from the site that it sustains from itself, that's why btcbet.com the earnings you bet it+s from the other users, even if you play big  and on the side there's a small amount  of bets you won't win to much for a high risk and they keep their profit from the all bets
