I think one way how this website can benefit would be to move over to the Litecoin network and try to implement Lightning Network bets. You can basically start a payment channel and your gamblers can start one also. This way they can make hundreds of bets per second and there would be no fees. And it would be much safer since there would be no more double spenders and people would always have some security of their funds.
I think this is something you should look into implementing. Then in the future, who knows? Maybe Lightning network on the Bitcoin network.

I think the thing that sucks the most is the timing of the deposit. It would be much more efficient if we had a sort of balance and could actually bet up or down in real time! An issue I often face is, I may want to place a bet on up/down, but by the time the transaction goes through ( which yes it only takes a few seconds, but still..) it may bid on a spike which gives me a higher chance of a loss, rather than on the actual point where i wanted to place my bid. So if our bets actually were placed EXACTLY when we wanted it to, it would be much better! Also, better payment! It's pretty annoying to have my winning bids sometimes not get paid out because of glitches or who knows what, and then I have to come here and post to get paid.

I think that a year or two back the management of Secondstrade.com has changed, and the new developer is a new guy who doesn't know how to perform advanced coding. Because I think for most it would help if at least some other altcoins was used other than BTC. Then I think that would fix many of these issues. |

Thanks for the payout even though it was delayed for a while. I enjoy betting with Secondstrade however the error HTTP Status 500-server encountered internal error seems to be popping up when I check betting status more often than it used to which is what I assume is causing the delay, might need to look into it. I agree, the fees are totally ridiculous nowadays and playing this kind of game will mean that you will have to pay more for a bet. For example, we are playing just for 0.001 BTC then the fees will probably be 0.0004 BTC, which means our bet is actually 0.0014 BTC but we only win back 0.001 BTC. It's not house edge, but just that there are too much fees and you lose more in the long run and even the casino doesn't profit from the additional fees and they actually pay too when returning the winnings. |

Can you up the fee and/or make sure you don't payout from unconfirmed balances? Waiting for days to get a tx to confirm is not a thing that should be happening at a betting site 60 sats per b is way too low. (I would suggest checking the average on https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ and make the fees right for at least the bets above 0.01 BTC and let the bets pay the real fee instead of the 0.0002 that it is now, as you would lose more $$$ waiting for a days old tx if btc drops from $1800 to $1700 then a higher fee would have cost) And digging around to accelerate tx that need to be confirmed before the tx that is coming to my payouts is not fun either. (this can be easily solved by not spending unconfirmed balance) Thank You. (Please don't consider it, just do it lol) Just another brainfart.... How about mimicking the fees users use to send to you? High fee placed bets get paid by high fee payouts so both transactions will confirm quick. Same for low fee placed bets, they will get low fee payouts and thus are slow in both ways |

it takes ages this way with the 60 sats/b especially because payouts are made from a lot of small ones that use unconfirmed balances. They should use at least double as bare minimum, but when I send I use between 3x or 4x as much so I don't see why they can't. |

I think the reason why your bets "disappear" is because any fairly large bets are automatically flagged and need to be manually approved due to the double spend attacks that were happening on this site recently. Either way something needs to be done because every month there is a new all-time-high of unconfirmed transactions and pretty soon it will be $2 per transaction, so if you are betting small like $20, it makes no sense since $2+$2 will go to the network alone. |

But child pays for parent only seems to get me my payments less slow, but still slow. Now I am still waiting for a tx to confirm the unconfirmed balance before that is 5 tx deep. I pay a fee so I can get a confirmation in one or two blocks so it shows it is legit and not part of double spending what so ever it would suit them if they provide the same service to their customers. @adaseb Network fee is just what it is. $2 or whatever, it sucks yeah I know, but without any changes ready to be made they could at least be markt confirm.
