Few days ago, I've read another project called REX, but it's for the health industry.
Couldn't find now as my search in bct is not working.
Hope you have different ticker as the community will be confused.

I expect huge investment coming into this crowdfunding tomorrow when it will go live for public to participate in the huge project. we have seen in past few people tried to raise money on similar idea but didn't succeed. This will be different because team is huge and their plan and project is amazing and convincing more than everyone.

How is the development of REX coin now? Is there a recent update?

My transaction doesn't seem to go through. What gas limit should we use? And the counter on the website doesn't change also and displays nothing.

6000 ETH have already been raised in such short time. It is happening we all were expecting seeing the influence of high professionalism of the team. Rex is going to be first most successful real estate business service provider among all by getting this response. It is just beginning there will be more to be excited about.

This is very impressive and my Wife was talking to me about this project. We plan to purchase some ETH once the fork issue relaxes and as my Father in Law was an estate agent, this feels like a tribute to him also that we should participate in this crowdsale. Man, I had a good feeling about this one from the word go. I will read up on the blog once I can take a break from some daily chores. We know Social Fintech is the way forward with Blockchain Tech and there is no stopping it, however much the SEC wants to regulate lol and cash in on all of us. In case someone didn't read the updates I will write important part to let everyone know about it. There was something wrong with first address created for smart contract which has been replaced with new one. Whoever sent money on first address will receive their tokens normally at the end of the crowdfunding. There is nothing to be worried about everything is working flawlessly now.

It seems to me that if such rates were continued further, then the distribution will very quickly end and we will see the real value of Rex. But I very much hope for a good future and the potential of the company. Apparently already very good and great. The work is done to date.

Your goal of 133k ethers is too far off because you only have 7k ether.  The rate of new investment is stalled.  What would happen to the ico if you do not reach 133k of ether (There is a 99% chance of not reaching that goal)

No, any successful ICO does not mean a thing. It does help them with financial resources to complete the project on time and deliver what they promised. Only time will tell, thats why all of us responsible for, due diligence, do our own extensive research prior to investing!!! REX is a really cool concept that has real world applications, they competing head on with MLS, with charging at least I believe >$35/listing, where as REX about $.10. Whether they can deliver their goal or not, time will tell, but I do wish them best of luck on the tough journey ahead!!!

It cannot reach to 133k ETH because with in 3 days they have already collected more than 7850ETH, so people have a strong belief on this platform. Dev team allocated only 0.5% to Signature Bounty and also it completely depends on the total crowd sale value.

Whatever it was, I believe in this project and I think that our cooperation will bring very great results. Despite the fact that only 0.5% is allocated for Bounty, I think that the reward will be good.

This is probably due to low exposure.

This is a flaw with most ICO who are looking for investors to take part of their new offerings.

Not only you, there are many who invested into this project are believing it because nowadays most of the people are showing a lot of interest towards buying a plot for their children. So it might be where people are showing interest towards this platforms.

The fact they have collected a good amount of ETH is because social fintech is really huge and the more serious people will go for this project. I am really impressed that they have an active SLACK and have spoken to a few of my friends/acquaintances about this project to put up listings for their properties as some rent out properties and some also an estate agent, she will be interested too. I am sure they will collect more before the end of the ICO. I am also thinking of making a small contribution as well.

The CAP is a security CAP. We set it high so the token sale could run for the entire 4 week duration. We have a large group of long term followers who requested this so they and some of their parents who were brokers could get into the sale. 3 years may be long in crypto but it's a blink of an eye in real estate. Also, we believe some people underestimate the degree in which ethereum/ipfs need to evolve before consumer facing applications like REX can be fully functional and stable.

I also following this project it backed by professional people who had large community to crypto related. Even activity into this thread is not so high but in reality many people involve in this and I believe this deliver good product in the market. Why newbies are attacking this thread? i dont see any direct competitor for REX, their idea is uniquely done and they dont hide their faces with 2x2 black & white pictures on the ANN. This is a 100% transparent project from the beginning.

I wonder why the participants are silent and do not talk about what to do and how to act in this situation. A lot of talk today about the fact that the company Ricks, it's mostly a mistaken company. Thus it turns out that the entire signature of the company may be invalid. I would like to hear at least one official response on this matter. Why managers are not engaged in their work?

Future for this project is brilliant and prosperous because people who designed this are highly professional in their fields with back ground in real estate business. It is progressing steadily though little slow at the moment but we will see big amounts coming into this in remaining days. Some investors use money in trading and usually invest in last days in big projects by keeping them on their watch list.

I am currently on the REX token sale page and don't seem to be getting any error.11k ETH has been raised till now and it seems to be growing slowly as more and more people know about this project and invest to get the early bonus.

Regarding to them the security cap is 133k eth so i think that 11k+ collected is quite good to start this project and it is really impressing to its back progressions.

I think that it is much better if the unsold tokens will be burned so by decreasing its supply there is a big chance to create a such demand and so investors will don't doubt about the unsold tokens.

Read the whitepaper. You can actually tokenize your property, ie. you can sell parts of your building or land (in parcels). This is great for coperate investments especially, on buildings and lands.

Btw I'm following this project since day 1 and I can easily say that the team has been very active, they have a working alpha and great market already (joining to real estate conferences etc.). It amazes me how projects like REX fails to collect a lot more.

At least that's how it happened with most month-long ICO-s.

What happens if it didn't reach the minimum security cap are you going to refund the people money back to them or else you will continue with the amount you raised at the time of ICO.

There is no minimum cap for this project. It has collected 11,817.817 Ethereum which are equal to $3,740,102.79 at the moment. They are going to double the amount in remaining days. It is already successful crowdfunding campaign even this amount which is huge.

Literally, they set a security cap which is a huge amount whether they will reach to it or not because right now there are many ICO's running all of them are belong ETH smart contract only. I hope it won't reach to its security cap and it's very hard to reach there.

I think REX platform is getting more community support because already it has raised 12k ETH and it is 4th week of the crowd sale. The platform seems to be very interesting because many people show interest towards investment on Real Estate Platform.

12k ETH is really less when compared to the price of ETH dropping significantly.I was expecting the price to be around 50k ETH by now.This project has got a slow start and since just a week is more remaining I expect the funding atleast to reach half the way for it to be more reach of new investors.

One more week to go for this fundraising campaign to meet it's end lines. In this project so far 11973 Ethereum have been raised which is very good number of raised amount. I see there is a get final supply on the smart contract which is around 10,000,000 REX, does that mean this is the max total supply? It's quite confusing now? and how is the security cap of 133k ETH defined as per the smart contract when the total supply is limited here?

That is current supply which is not final supply because token creation is on the fly. When someone make transaction by investing depending on the amount new tokens are generated. It will keep on going till last day and then what will be that is final total supply. Supply will remain lower as money flow it bit slow but is very good because token will be more valuable this way.

I'm following Rex since day 1 Stephen. You guys really worked hard. I'm surprised you've raised little compared to other projects but I'm sure this will be a good beginning of a good project. You'll still have %15 of the supply and as you work through milestones you'll be able to fund your project more.

And I honestly thought you'd get some coperate investors by visiting so many conferences.

This fundraising campaign is moving steady to the finish line with successful results. Everyone who is aware of the people running this project was expecting much more money coming into this project but that didn't happen. Whatever the reason is but having more than $4 millions fund available Rex will build a project of success for sure.

How do you ask for a translation when the crowd sale was over a few days ago? I don't understand why people do ask for bounty when they see it goes successful and you are guaranteed to get the bounty tokens? I don't think we need to compare each of the projects because we can think differently like the projects it has different goal to established that why some points are not taken. Although having those all points in atlant is advantage but it depends once the projects of each real estates are taken.

how i love these kind of tables..they are just creating some random very good criteria for them and they just have lots of all the checks that can be in comparison with the other coins. still rex keeps it's track in being a good coin. any projected big exchange to gain some visibility?

When you compare all these things, I don't see a point where REX is below any other one.The good thing I can say about REX is the crowd sale was a success and the tokens are already out in the market and trading, while rest of them have to either complete the sale or start the sale.So REX can become the market leader in this field.

This is excellent news because I really like this exchange. I keep most of my REX in my private wallet but was trading a small amount and made some profit trading it and have now more REX than what I started with, which is great as I see long term potential more HODL here.  :)

1000 REX for 1 ETH in the first week or so and then it gradually decreased to 700 REX in the last week of the ICO, if I remember correctly.
So 1000 REX per ETH was basically 30 % discount for the early contributors compared to 700 REX in the last week.

Indeed, but REX is largely considered a shitcoin, and will be before the website public beta launches.
We can only hope that this beta launches sooner rather than later, so that we can actually reason our way into an exchange like liqui.

I knew that REX is a real business about real estate and they are working on it to expand and to build a better platform, but there is a lack of communication right from the start the only one who is answering is the campaign manager.

From what I see all latest real estate project like REX, Atlant are considered as a missed investment. All are struggling and the price is cheaper as ICO offer.

An exactly same story with Atlant, just after ICO communication with a team only on Telegram. They use community managers to sell stories to the people. Lately, there are problems with bounty payment. A month after ICO they don't pay the bounty and changed their terms.

I was sure this ICO and projects will be successful. That is why I was wearing signature. I hope Rex will recover and end up with a great product.

This is a very long overdue project I would say .. After living in rental places for last 14 years I was thinking about the same believe or not and glad someone already started working on this .
I checked the white paper.. need more details, so here are few hints /questions

1. Not very clear who your SMEs are from both technical and business side.
2. Gateway to MLS database looks like in alfa stage, any updates on this ?  
3. Are you doing any validation from legal side? For example in Florida landlord needs to register his rental property with the city.  Would be great if you could embed that part as well.. as well as city data, i.e like city-data.com so the potential renter doesn't need to look elsewhere . + Realtor need to have real estate broker license here,  that validation would help too.  
4. Short term /vacation rentals - why not ? Same database anyway.
5. Are you  going to have exposure to other countries to bring US standards over there ?  Scam like double rent or even renting to multiple clients exist in other countries, your platform would reduce risks a lot.
6. Background check is often required with big rental companies as well as realtors require certification - are you going to address that ? That's $75-100 each time to some random people . Maybe some basic part of private data could be password protected in a blockchain as well ?
7. Maybe having a link with movers resources ?  What moving companies do : they go to places live uhaul helpers , hire crew for $600-$700 + truck for $100 a day or so and will charge $1500-$2000 clueless renters for local move.

Such a good real estate project like REX should have great ann thread with many people and real discussion. What I see here is an abandon thread with few posts in last 6 months. I will ask again what happened REX?

I just followed the latest updates and there is plenty to share. Rex development is strong and lately, there was a rebranding. I just don't get why you leave this thread with no attention fro the team or OP.

It'seasy to find negatives in all change, but this could also mean that crypto can mean a new means of payment for all markets. That would decrease fees significantly in trades.
