Kairos is the first of its kind Artificial intelligence Crypto Asset management fund. It is an exchange Traded Fund ( ETF) that is managed with Artificial intelligence from end to end. (RMTN) and Ocubicle Inc are initially offering 15million Kairos tokens at a crowdsale for $10 per token with the aim of raising $150 million from investors who are interested in investing in the first of its kind crypto asset fund that is completely driven and managed using artificial intelligence / Machine learning. Funds will be invested in a diversified pool of digital currencies and assets that have shown great potentials and are expected to experience rapid growth in the near future.

The token is a representation of the stake each investor has in the fund. Return on investment is split into 2 equal parts. One part is shared as dividends to investors every quarter based on the amount of tokens owned. Dividends are paid in Ethereum( ETH or BTC) depending on investors preference.

The other half of the returns is spread across the total tokens in supply. This is expected to continually increase the Net Asset Value of the investor held tokens. The Net Asset Value of the token is calculated in realtime and always displayed on the investor's dashboard.

In line with the U.S Securities and Exchange commission Rule 506 of Regulation D, Investors need to be aware that the tokens purchased cannot be sold for at least a year.

However after the first year, investors would be able to sell their tokens at the open exchanges anytime they wish. The Kairos fund would also open a buy-back window every quarter for investors that want to trade-in their tokens at the current Net Asset Value.






Kairos combines the transparency of the blockchain and the precision of Artificial intelligence.

Kairos is an AI that understands the crypto market just like humans do but analyzes the market data and trends faster than any human, hence it has the ability to make smarter and quicker investment decisions.

Kairos always asses risk against potential profit before vital trades decisions are taking.

Kairos is designed to grow the fund that it manages and constantly increase the Net Asset Value ( NAV) of the tokens purchased by investors. This is achieved by distributing half of the return on investment from the fund across the available tokens, while the other half is paid out as dividends every quarter.

Kairos means: The best time for an action to be taken. The Kairos project is an artificial intelligence driven exchange traded fund, the name resonates with the ideals behind the project. We have nothing to do with any Ponzi scheme that used the name Kairos. Checking the word "Kairos" on google, We don't even see any mention Ponzi. There are so many other non blockchain successful projects that utilized the name Kairos.

Yes. Kairos Tokens uses Ethereum with the ERC20 standard. There is no minimum target in this case. The Kairos fund is NOT a proposal, proof of concept or declaration of intent. It is a fully working Exchange Traded Fund that is driven by A.I system that works. Promoters of the Kairos Planet/Kairos Technologies Ponzi scheme have been arrested today in Belarus.  They could face up to 7 years of imprisonment with a confiscation of their property.

Kairos Planet is operated by Kairos Technologies. Kairos Technologies Limited was founded in 2014. Miguel Luis Viera is the president and primary share holder for Kairos Technologies Limited.

There have been warnings issued in Lithuania and Slovakia about Kairos Planet.  Also, Turkey and Estonia are investigating Kairos Planet.

In my opinion, Kairos Planet is a Ponzi scheme that allows you to recruit your friends and family into it.  You pay them to rent space on your computer and recruit others to do the same.  They then pay you a 250% return on the money you paid them. There have been warnings issued in Lithuania and Slovakia about Kairos Planet. They have no verified income other than the money that representatives are paying. They are trying to hide the reality that they are paying early investors using the investments of later investors.  They recently have been delaying withdrawals and claimed it was because of “malicious attacks” and “technical problems”. I would avoid the Kairos Planet money making opportunity.

I do not think this fund provides fixed income, it is a trading fund and will share the earnings of the fund with the token holders as we have seen Taas, so how can it be a ponzi, i hope dev will clarify this.

This really sounds like an interesting project however I have noticed about the post about scam promoters with the same company name, I am not too sure if they are related but this might bring the project down because of this.

It is just pure coincidence that there has been a Kairos named project before but when you look into it. We are extremely different. One of it is a ponzi scheme and we are artificial intelligence driven ETF for block-chain assets. We are basically on the other spectrum of things when compared to ponzis. You could have a look at out white-paper and find out about the team behind the project. We have nothing to hide. :)

The Initial offering of the kairos tokens popularly known as I.C.O was directed at getting users of the crypto community invested in the kairos crypto asset fund project. 15 million of the total 25 million tokens are offered for sale at $10 per token. Kinda amazed of "The first artificial intelligence driven Exchange Traded Fund" features of this project.

Will definitely monitor this project and will see how it goes. The funds raised on BTC is quite decent right now although I didn't dig with the history on how much amount collected now since the start of the ICO.

Kairos is a very promising project from other projects, I eat kairos signature is no doubt, hopefully kairos project successful, smooth and safe.

That's quite a unique ICO model. Will be interesting to see if Kairos is successful and what returns the extra funds generate, and if similar projects adopt the same model in the future.

If we look at the addresses the provided, the overall amount involed is pretty interesting. I just don't know what funds are involved there during the crowdfund. One of the key for project to be success is hype. Hopefully it can gather more investors in the following days to come.

Kairos ICO finish 27 august,right? And after distribution one year we can't sell token?

Kairos tokens are securities. In compliance with the U.S. SEC ruling, investors can not sell their tokens for 1 year without registering them with SEC. Within that time, they will be paid out quarterly dividends and the Net asset value of their tokens will increase.. Its all given in the whitepaper we published. :)

Thanks for joining the campaign. I say why not? I think 14 is a good turnout for an ICO. I have see some with 2-3 participants. It is for spreading info about the ICO on the forum. As long as participants post on the forum, I think we are mutually benefited by it.

Yes, It is the same as ICO investors. AS they are the same tokens, same conditions are applied to them.

Sorry, guys, how it will be controlled? I can't transfer my token from one wallet to another wallet? How it possible? Or it's mean that tokens will be on exchanges after 1 year? Even on etherdelta? I understand that it is SEC rules, but don't understand how it is will be realized technically! :(

this is bullshit! they are not going to give anything, all tokens are traded on stock exchanges, and we will wait for 1 year, bullshit!
