Hash Rush is a unique browser game, that makes cryptocurrency mining fun and available to a large audience. Think of it as Age of Empires with a huge twist: All the ore you mine, you get to keep.

At its heart, Hash Rush is an RTS game — the goal is to conquer the galaxy, by building, maintaining and expanding your colony.

But what makes Hash Rush unique is its focus on cryptocurrency mining. Over the last year or so, we have developed an Ethereum-based crypto token called Rush Coin (RC). Rush Coin is the main currency of Hash Rush.

Players can get Rush Coin in four ways:

   ▮ Mining the in-game Crypto Crystals
   ▮Exchanging items and units with other players
   ▮Swapping currencies with other token holders
   ▮Completing specific missions

Once you got a hold on some Rush Coins, you can use them for in-game transactions. Spend Rush Coin to upgrade your colony, fend off natural disasters or create more miners — it’s your choice.




Hash Rush comes with a trading system used for trading valuable items. This allows you to sell unwanted items and get some Rush Coins in return.

So how does this work?

Well, Hash Rush comes with a variety of items, which may help your miners, engineers and prospectors to do their job better. For instance, binoculars allow your prospectors to look farther and reveal more territory.

Every unit and item a player buys or receives, comes with a card. These cards are tradable. Once you own a card, you also gain its perks.


For instance, this card provides the holder with extra mining power. But this is just one example. We are planning on releasing a variety of cards that provide different perks. Some are common, and others will be more unique (and more valuable).

Trading simply brings another dimension to the Hash Rush game. As you can see, there are many ways to earn Rush Coins — and many reasons to keep playing.

We truly believe Hash Rush will be a great game. But with all that said, we need the participation of the wider crypto and gaming communities to make this project into a success.

There are three ways to take part in the Hash Rush project. First, you can join our Hash Rush mining pool later this year. Should you choose to mine with us, you will receive in-game bonuses and Rush Coins on top of your normal payout in ETH.

Second, we have are currently launching the Hash Rush PR Campaign. Participate in this campaign using Facebook, Twitter or the blog of your choice. Active participation will be rewarded with real Rush Coins, so make sure to take a look!

Third, this September we are organizing our Initial Coin Offering (ICO) and pre-ICO. This means you can purchase the first (ERC-20 compliant) Rush Coins.

You will be able to purchase RC with Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) or Ethereum Classic (ETC). The initial conversion rate is 1000 RC for every 1 ETH, and the advantages of purchasing Rush Coins during the (pre-)ICO are:

  ▮ Beta access to the Hash Rush game
  ▮ Choose your own faction without waiting in queue
  ▮ Get special in-game titles, badges and tradable cards

The Hash Rush ICO will run from 20:00 UTC on September 20, 2017 to 20:00 UTC on October 20, 2017 unless a cap of 64,050,000 RC tokens sold is reached earlier. You can participate in the ICO with ETH, BTC, ETC, QTUM.







▮ RC can be acquired with BTC, ETH, QTUM or ETC by participating in the ICO that will take place from  September 20, 2017 to 20:00 UTC to October 20, 2017

I want to throw this question though I am not sure if it has been asked before but anyway here it is: when will we actually play the game? I am kinda excited with this project and I wish a more interactive and enjoyable game to experience more than just mining cryptocurrencies.

The game will be available for playing with one faction(Ernacks) at the beginning of October.

I just want to clarify: by October we can play the game? Also when will the other factions get released like is there a definite date or month? I'm lookinh forward really to this project. Two other factions will be available from December 1, 2017. After that players can choose a faction at beginning of the game. If you want play a different faction then the one you choose at the beginning of the game you have to create a new account.

One moment! The game is good and addictive, as I understand it. You can get bitcoin by connecting their power to the game. But the question - the withdrawal of money from the game? Or only they can use inside the game, buying cards, badge, and other game attributes? The game has a great potential and a great future, if you just do a withdrawal. Added to this, I too have a few questions, since it is a browser based game, will it work on Android or IOS? Is the game syncronised to support these lower end mobile display.By then can we play on mobile and earn similar rewards like desktop based systems?

How will the reward system differ when compare to desktop and mobile?

At first it will be single player, but you can join forces with team members to fight for faction goals giving the game team and multiplayer aspect too.About exchanges we will try to get listed on major exchanges. Personally I would be looking for big Chinese and Japanese exchange sites.

Bittrex and yunbi is the goal right now but all depends on how our Pre-ICO and ICO goes.

At first it will not work on the mobile but we will introduce a mobile version to the game in the end of 2018, beginning 2019. The reward system will be similar but we are expecting the game won't be strategy but more RPG like.

I really feel that you guys should release a playable alpha version for the public. Something went wrong. I only received only 1.5 RC token??
Another issue is on the ICO site you did not clearly list a minimum investment amount of 50 ETH. Etherscan shows multiple purchases below that amount because you didn't clearly list it? It should show that as a message before anyone makes a purchase. I only made a small investment of 1.5 ETH and noticed the minimum after the fact. According to Etherscan It appears only three people caught the message of a minimum buy. How do you intend to fix this? Are you going to refund our investment, match the Token offer or cut and run with our money?

RTS fans would definitely enjoy this project, being able to game and earn coins at the same time.
I'm not sure if the concept will be strong enough to bring it to a competitive level but you should think about entering gaming communities and explaining your concept to them to gain traction.
But hearing that 50ETH is your minimum would make things tougher, it's a really high cost of entry!

They had released a lot of articles explaining this and that. The project is on "Pre-ICO" hence it is only open for big guys out there but when the official ICO will take place then the entry would drastically lower to attract other people to invest in this awesome project. My lucky guess is it will still qualify for the discord reward since the rewards will not be given instantly to the participants. (maybe it will given later after the ICO have ended or sometime when the game is working fine - beta). I don't think that they can't even calculate the invested amounts in every single accounts, that's easy for them considering they made the Witcher game lol. (just giving my points here)

Anyhow, it's better to wait for them to reply officially or invest exactly 1 eth just to be sure :)

We have heard from some community members using MyEtherWallet that they are not able to see their Rush Coin tokens after confirming that their ETH transaction was successful. Your tokens are there, but you may have to follow these steps in order to do so:

This game looks good. Those interested in strategy games can rush into this. It would be better if the examples about how much could be earned were given. I think ICO will attract attention and take enough investment. These tokens can be valued depending on the game's development. The time is gaming time. I think it should be valued.

About the minimum cap and ICO questions. There is no minimum cap, what siddartha1492 wrote was correct (he's in our discord server, you should join too). The funds that Hash Rush has acquired so far has been great, obviously the more the better, but even if things were to end right now with no change we'd be in a strong position. The % bar that you see on the website simple indicates how far from the hard cap the ICO stands.

Also for the record, bdstar is no longer working with Hash Rush (nothing negative involved there so no worries). I think there is no point in asking this question. They had already gathered a huge amount of money in the project now that they have accumulated 5,382 ETH. It is considered as a success.

Quick summary of discord Q&A:

RC should bo on exchanges in November 2017, maybe later. They plan pre-alpha for around December 2017.
You can only get pre-alpha access if you invested in the first 3 days of the ICO (just current situation, may change).

Release is planned for Q3/2018.

They never wrote that you can raid other players and loot them. There is no PVP concept in this game. And obviously this is the right thing to do as money is involved here. And the alpha is set to be in December this year. But would be open to only pre-ico and first 3 days Ico participants.

Compare the spreadsheets from first and second bounty thread and you'll see the big difference. Almost all accounts were marked as "Bot User or did not qualify" which is so unlikely to happen, for me. That statement is false. I have received my payment for both the Signature and the Translation Campaigns. I know most of the other people have received their shares as well. Only a part of the Social Media campaign participants haven't been paid because of the bot incident.

Regarding Rush Coin (RC) in the Pre-Alpha
We are not planning to have any RC spending or crypto earning in the pre-alpha (remember that RC is going to serve as the in-game currency for Hash Rush).
The purpose of the pre-alpha is to allow people to see the early gameplay and get a first experience of starting, growing and managing your Ernack colony. Additionally, we are looking to get feedback from the players to see what they think of the game, what they felt was good, what they felt needs improvement and general suggestions.

Right now I don't have any info on that, we had to make the pre-alpha as it is due to promises made in the Pre-ICO and ICO. However I'm certain that there will be something down the line for regular ICO participants.

Things are quiet, but this week has been quiet from the Hash Rush team, we've got some big things coming up pretty soon (total re-design of our website, much more game information and so on) so this week has been fully devoted to working on getting things ready.

Pre-Alpha
We are still scheduled to launch the pre-alpha on the 18th of December. That is a major milestone for us as we are going to have a new website, a functioning game that we can show to the world and a lot more organization, especially here on bitcointalk.

The last week has been rather quiet, but we are hard at work polishing up the pre-alpha content which launches in 10 days (18th of December).
Also in the works is a full website redesign and a new Hash Rush forum!

Hello, I came across this article by this ICO called Nitro while doing my due diligence. https://medium.com/@NitroToken/nitro-air-drop-inbound-4e76ed3193e6 . Apparently, they are going to do an airdrop to gaming-related ICO. Anybody knows if Hash Rush is one of their airdrop target?

Now for some feedback as there are some questions:
@adamvp, don't worry we are going to stay active on Bitcointalk. This community is very important to us for both the long and the short term. We are also going to finally get round to cleaning up our Bitcointalk presence to be more organized. We were waiting for this major announcement (from the co-founders) as it had some new information.

@dodgrad, We are definitely going to market Hash Rush, but not for the Pre-Alpha. If we started now, we're going to burn out a lot of hype, firstly because the pre-alpha is open only for a month (planned) and secondly because it's exactly what the title is, a pre-alpha, it's not even a full alpha build.
But to calm some nerves, we are going to have a big marketing push (convention appearances, gaming outlets, crypto outlets, all the works) but it will start when we have a product that is ready to be fully marketed. What we have now is proof that we're working and that the investors are going to have a (kickass, awesome) game to play when it's ready.

tl:dr: Major marketing is planning, but not for the pre-alpha.

Yesterday only I started playing the Hashrush pre-Alpha build and the experience has been totally awesome. The game is totally different from all other games I have played. Frankly speaking, I doubted if Hashrush team can make a good game. I thought that since this is a blockchain project, Hashrush won't be that good on gameplay, graphics and story etc. But I was completely wrong. This game is gonna give stiff competition to all the existing/upcoming games in this genre and overall also. I really wish I could show you some gamplay but I am bound by the Non-Disclosure Agreement. I am just glad that I participated in the first 3 days of the ICO and got a chance to play this game in pre-alpha!!

Wow! That would be great. I am watching this topic since the beginning to take presence here on bitcointalk. I would love to play the game.

When will Rushcoin token (RC) set foot on a decent exchanger. It would be nice to get listed so that the volume would go smoothly and be marketed out nicely. Surely a lot would like to do some trading with your coins including me. Maybe you can get it listed at coinexchange easily? That would be a nice gift and update to your beloved supporters.

It would be hard to enter a great exchange such as that. I think you don't know too well about Bittrex exchange, are you? You need a good volume to enter that trading platform. I think they should start entering small exchanges then climbed up to the top.  ::)

I saw this video 10x, if you want to succeed, you have to put a lot of emphasis on wide promotions. Unless you're doing a game for 10 people like the Beyond the Void project.

I've got some news for the community and feedback!

Firstly, on the 22nd of December, we updated the pre-alpha server with the first round of major bug fixes! We're currently listening to the communities feedback on gameplay and squashing more bugs!

Secondly, Hash Rush has started its own forums! We are using Discourse as our forum software, and whilst it's currently mainly aimed at the pre-alpha squad, fans of the game can register accounts already. Every game round there is a pool of #crypto that is given to the game, this is based on how many players are playing. Players earn their share of the total crypto-pool based on how much in-game crystals they mine. You can read more about it in our project update entry (https://goo.gl/LCvJLr)

@wgd, thanks for bringing that up! We are totally aware of the need for more videos and a much wider marketing, quite a lot of the HR team have a really big background in gaming! The reason that there is nothing out there just yet is mainly because there is not much ready to show just yet.
The ICO was the our fundraiser and that was completed successfully only 2 months ago (October).
The pre-alpha is out now, but that was a fundraiser promise to the larger backers to really give them proof that we are giving life to this game.
However, whilst our progress is really great and we're going ahead on schedule, we are not at a stage where we should start to involve the press/larger media outlets. If we did so now, we would burn the hype out far too quickly, so whilst people will be ultra excited 'now' by the time the game launches properly (Q3 2018) a lot of that hype and excitement would have died away.
The entire Hash Rush team are working like mad to make this game succeed, and with that, we do know the importance of a proper marketing campaign. There will be one, that I can promise, but when the time is right :)

When will you pay bounty hunters for social networks?

In fact, in different countries, there are local mainstream exchanges that can open more crowds of exchanges

Pre-ICO onvestors or the ones who invested during the first 3 days of the main ICO are already able to enjoy the Pre-Alpha version of the game. If you are one of them, then you can contact the Hashrush team on discord and they will grant you access to the pre-alpha game. As for the Beta version, it is still very far away. But maybe they will grant access for it also.

I am of the opinion that you must now add to echange. Investors are interested in tokens, this is the best advertisement. Devs team, it all costs unfortunately, but without this project a miserable fate awaits. There is too much competition on the crypto market, unfortunately only those with which there is a large capital are known
