I started a offline business about 2 years ago and most of the post here are the things that I considered before putting it up. I don't have a problem with the demand, because it was really the people around me who have gave me the idea to start my business. So from the very beginning, I don't have any problem with the customers. The only problem I initially went through was capital, the demand is high but since I started from small capital, sometimes my items went out of stock. But since I found bitcoin, it gave me additional cash flow so that issue has been solved in my end. Another issue I've face in the items I'm selling. Sometimes even my supplier went out of stock so I learn m lessons not to rely on only 1 supplier. first of all you have enough money to start a business,a good location so that it easy to bump and then a promotional ads that help the business to easily acknowledge.

In my opinion, before starting a business, the first thing is to know what kind of business you want to build. Second, check for its application, the dos and don'ts, the advantage and disadvantage, also see if it will provide satisfaction to public or simply know your customers. Third is the capital because we know that in every business, you really need capital for the raw materials and other resources you need. Lastly, keep the character you have since the first day you decided to do business until the last day, because that will help you reach the goal you're really aiming. Keep the fire burning.

In starting business we need to consider our goal to achieve then plan things accordingly with timeline. After that consider your costumers, what are their needs and wants. Plan things throughout and think what would be the things that can satisfy your costumers.

You need to know the 5 P's product, price, place, properties, and people. You need to know as well who your competitors are, their weaknesses and strenght and how your business will differ from them. A business plan is needed as well such as marketing plan, operations plan, management plan, and financial plan.

1. You'll fail. A lot. If not with the business itself, with many aspects of it. You'll launch bad products, hire low quality people, take wrong decisions. You have to be strong when this happens and stand up each time you fall.
2. You'll learn how bad people can be. Even your friends. The number one incentive for most people doing business is money and it's corrupting them. Prepare to see the very bad side of people you thought you knew good.
3. You'll sometimes loose control of your time. It will be stolen by tasks, meetings, brainstormings and serving other people's needs.

After the customer, the employees are indeed one of the most important part of your business and you should treat them very well and have a respect for them and not because you are the owner, then you will not respect them and treat them like an animal.
