I moved this to OT originally, but decided that the Custom Hardware subsection needs some educational material. I'm sick of yet-another-scam-ASIC (TM) popping up again with noobies in the tow.

The one thing that always gets me is the horrible grammar and silly spelling errors.  The scammers probably do make good money scammin', but can't be bothered to pay someone on fiverr or textbroker the $5 to proofread or even author the pages for them.  Idiots.

Its not only newbies falling for it :/ People (including me, historically) get blinded by money.

In a way you could work off liklihood of scam, potential return and hedge your bets, but any money to scammers is too much.

I tried to post one of these scam miners a while back but the forum deleted my post almost immediately.  Since it has come up again here is a picture of my scam miner hardware.  It's only 4.99 BTC and does a lot of hashes, too many to count.



For those who are skeptical.  It uses quantum tunneling to pick random hashes from a negative dimensional space of previously solved blocks.  This has been imagined to solve future blocks in 1/N time.  It works best for white people.
