Let's just wait until September 25 concludes before saying it a scam. I have received my bounty tokens already and it came faster than expected. One question, did you buy those tokens or those were from the bount? If it's from the bounty, maybe you have issues with the IP address.

Most likely you will see your tokens have been transferred to your address. It doesn't say ATS tokens but says Erc20 Token.

And than they start paying everyone. For me, I received ATS tokens without any problem. You don't remember if you entered a wrong eth address or not supported by ERC20 wallet? Try to contact their Facebook page or email them. My friend do that, after in the same day , he received the ATS tokens without any problem. My opinion to the ATS is not scam and their devs are active.
