Your ANN isn't detailed enough and this might not attract potential investors. You should consider your ANN thread to be your website here on the forum.

You didn't provide any information about the team behind your project, how the platform is going to work, your roadmap and potential investors always look for this kind of information before actually making an investment. I think you should consider redesigning you thread and add more information to attract potential investors.

Some comments and questions:

1) There is reason for us to invest in Arbitrage CT tokens only if growth of platform users is expected. But with the growth of user number there wouldn't be any arbitrage chances. Thus the idea of the project kills itself.

2) There has been 2 ICOs of trading platforms recently - B2BX (Raised EUR 8.1 mln) and Stex (Raised USD 9.2 mln). These projects had solid whitepapers, social groups (Facebook, Telegram, Twitter etc), financial models. B2BX ICO ended November 17, Stex ICO ended December 10.

Think of it like this, for btcusd chart in exchanges A and B. You have 10k USD in A and 1 BTC in B. ARCT uses your 10k USD in A to buy 1 btc for you and then sells your BTC in B for 10,100 USD. So you are now left with 1 BTC and 10,100 USD which is profit compared to what you started with (1btc and 10k usd)

jUST A BUNCH OF DAMN RUSSIAN SCAMMERS

This wont work. There are already arbitraging robots on most of exchanges and those are really efficient. They take every 0.1% of profit. This coin wont do what it says it will, it is just not technically possible. Also exchanges have very strict limits on their API, so they can make few hundreds arbs per day and that is it. They wont get any "golden" accounts, there are none. Not this days when exchanges cannot even satisfy their new members.

seems like a total scam to me, the current register/login and empty dashboard, is something an Indian cheap freelancer would do for like 100 bucks...

they know that if they ever make it auto-trade, the arbitrage opportunities would be closed by this tool and the total investors' funds would NEVER be able to utilize such system, as the arbitrage opportunities exist, but only for small amounts and not enormous funds that an auto-trading bot would attract, so in the end, everyone gets disappointed

if they were able to make it auto-trade, they would have already done it and simply multiply their funds and become millionaires for themselves

you see it is infeasible to happen, it appeared so far to be a scam, now you also know why technically and logically it is impossible

Yes, that is my observation also. I have been watching lot of different crypto currencies and i believe this is one of the best projects and most undervalued coin considering number of coins.
There are lot of products which does not have any value in itself and still so high, and this product has a team working and continuously delivering, keeping what is in their roadmap. I think the team has a good leadership team, and they have a vision to achieve, that is why they are continously striving without much marketing.
I also have seen many people complaining there is not much marketing for this product, and i believe the team might be thinking to build a comprehensive product,
and then start marketing, otherwise if the price increases, and if there are issues with product, price will fall down and people will loose trust. So if the team is thinking that way, it is ok to not have lot of aggressive marketing, but still marketing is required for people to know about it. Also if the coin needs to get listed in binance or other exchanges, they really review the product, so it will be better to develop the full product and then apply. Also what binance and other exchanges say is that, they will review the product, and i see this Product has a working product with integration with so many exchanges, and i believe other exchanges should list this coin, as there are no much arbitrage proejcts. Arbitrage basically helps to make a healthy market. Also, I have not used the product, and i understand there are many manauls for this product in different language, i think the success of the product will be on how user firendly or how easy it will be for the user to use it, arbitrage is a confusing subject, how easily they can present the screens becomes important. So before going with the full release, i think they need to make sure everything works well with user expectations. Also IOS Version and referreal system will be crucial. If they have a full web version, it will be good.
