Krios' first priority was continuing to expand the team and has been actively filling out positions, we have added several new members to the team already (up to 8 ). Agreed! In fact, Krios has plans to integrate ICO advertising services into the platform to more specifically address the needs of startup projects when it comes to building marketing teams. Most don't have the budget to hire full-time members of a team, and we believe Krios is a viable solution to those startups who are looking for help advertising to the cryptocurrency community.

Greetings, It is unfortunate that you view this project in this way, but we would like to point out that the use of the KRI token allows for an efficient exchange of value without the need to concern yourself of the differing currencies, exchange rate or method of payments. It also allows Krios to incentivize participation in the Krios ecosystem by offering special discounts, redistributing a portion of the fees, and allowing advertisers to purchase ad space with KRI (paying for advertising utilizing digital currencies is another point of value).

The smart contracts established through the Krios Platform ensure that funds get released to the members of the campaign once the work is complete. The content creators and other professionals on the platform need not worry about whether they will be paid, as the funds are held in the smart contract awaiting the successful collaboration of efforts.

We would also like to point out that although there is no pre-mine, Krios is certainly not "taking all the money" as you can see in the crowdfunding distribution portion of the whitepaper. 85% of funds raised go directly towards the Krios project, and the other 15% is primarily reserved for current and future members of the team & to pay for expanding the team and ensuring that Krios has a healthy future. Krios will be transparent with the community regarding how the funds raised are used.

Also, Krios is definitely not reserving 23% of the KRI for ourselves. 77% was reserved for the public sales, and the other 23% of tokens go to angel investors, bounty campaign participants (up to 50 million reserved coins for bounty!), the developers and the team. The Krios team will be transparent about the way in which KRI tokens are distributed. There are several projects which offer 30-60% of the supply to the public. I really like the idea and project, but I guess the only concerns I would have is the time factor in getting Marketing Businesses to sign up and getting them sold on the idea of accepting tokens as payment, not that it couldn't or won't happen, but as an industry we are just now seeing the adoption of BTC and so on, there will be a need for this but maybe longer out than one realizes, but then again as things roll out like acceptance, these types of projects could take off rather quickly, just thinking it through, thanks

We agree with the points you raise, but we also believe that once decentralized exchanges like 0x and Ethos really start to shine, they will make adoption for cryptocurrencies far easier, as switching from one currency to another will be seamless and easy. Allowing anyone to earn their share of KRI and within seconds, transfer it into whatever currency they need. Also, being paid in cryptocurrencies will give freelancers and marketing professionals access to a multi-billion dollar market (cryptocurrencies) which they may have not had exposure to before!

Seems the Whitepaper doesn't provide the above information.

Krios has secured deals with several freelancers and marketing professionals to carry out their activities on the Krios Platform. Strategic partners are in the works, and are necessary to the growth of the project. Expect developments shortly. Additionally, as mentioned in the white paper, a portion of the funds being raised will be reserved for business development in order to secure partnerships which will help to scale the project.

Marketing is also among our plans in the roadmap and crowdfunding distribution. The Krios ICO is currently the main focus, but marketing for the Krios platform itself on a large scale is expected to begin very shortly.

Yes they will do. Numerous people have had refunds. It's not like the token has a value is it (yet, if at all).

There is literally absolutely nothing for anyone to see other than a "Krios Whale" Twitter account that seems horrendously fake and the official account posting geometric and artistic images with quotes on them; not a single thing else in terms of a product. All talk - nothing to actually see. Seeing is believing right?

Every comment on the social media sites is just people adding referral codes for new ICO buyers. It's just MLM so far and nothing more as far as anyone can see.

Now if the official Krios account was to come along and post a Github or repository with a load of active development work or anything in place whatsoever then people would think twice. There's a fair few suspicious people on social media asking the same questions as above with regards to development and the product. It never gets answered.

If your going to ask for a  refund are you going to return the coins, because if you kept the coins would that just be theft, and is there a limit as to how long you get to asking for a refund. Im not sure if you can request a refund after simply changing your mind about the project.

• Marketing was rife with clear cut false & misleading claims. Facebook advertisements going back as far as November 2017 claiming Krios is a "Crypto Currency" "Missed out on Bitcoin?" - false & misleading claims, annnnnd if it is a currency not a utility token... oh MAMA.
• ... oh yeah Krios team stating KRI pays dividends can't forget to add that to the list.
• The "hidden marketing" to a new market, "if you are not seeing it, we are doing our job" LMAO
• Buzzword salad spiel typical of a Scam ICO - always pulling out the phrases "Disrupting", "Billion-Dollar", "Silicone Valley" e.t.c. watch out for those in all Scam ICO's like Krios.
• This one's a classic: $5 on the platform, felt very tempting to purchase hearing that, maybe I thought the coin can go to $5, it wasn't to mislead, was it?
• The $5 platform price doesn't work due to basic economics - $5 has to pass through the whole system and be worth $5 when it is withdrawn.
• There is no point of implementing an ERC20 token on this non-existent marketing platform even if it did exist
• KRI has zero chance of gaining any value close to ICO price, the cap is too high anyway and too many were given away free
• Delisted from IDEX for multiple bad reasons

Oh but guys... they have completed so many thousands of hours of development and it's all in the background and and and... what since November 2017??? Nothing.

I called it back a page or two, a few months ago. The whole thing turned to a mess and endless repeats of social media motivational images and quotes, and every comment deleted from all posts by admin when they don't like the criticism.

I wonder what the user "temogin" has to say as he seemed to be on the defensive and all over social media promoting it and maintaining it's authenticity.

Agree, the Krios scammers using bots off to cover up things has brought the scam back to the attention of people, in addition to the below, there is no promised iOS app and no evidence of development of this, no 500 KRI given to the first 100 who downloaded the app. Actually nothing has happened - less has happened than ever, there's email updates and .pdf files filled with words, other than that - nothing - there is no reason to believe that Krios have any kind of project going.

Difficult to figure out the reason for the .pdf files of nonsense updates - possibly to stall gullible ICO contributors, PayPal or some other authority to pretend there's a project. The fact is it' almost a year and no beginnings of anything to do with a marketing platform have come about.

Yeah okay we have "waited" awhile but I'm sure you'd rather wait for Krios and or any other project to produce something of a high caliber and quality rather than a trashy unusable service. As obviously this would naturally reflect the coins market value on an exchange. Four years ago (my company at the time) partnered with a platform (not to be named) as a reseller of their world-class digital service, I personally saw the enormous number of hours it took in developing and refining their streamlined platform, assisting businesses across 30 countries and 80+ industries. My point being is that this company had System Architects spend nearly two years building, testing and fine tuning their platform prior to its fully functioning release. Krios will be launching their platform in Q4 this year and have 20 developers on board in achieving a working product within under a year of its conception, so in my opinion their doing bloody well. Their are many coins out there that are months and years off having an actual working product.

Reading your posts did make me chuckle you're practically nit-picking and twisting every bit of info to Krios's detriment, claiming and shouting scam... I firmly believe you're the one that hasn't done his research, it was just the other day that Krios posted a video containing a tutorial walkthrough of the platforms development and progress thus far. So your claims of it being non-existent have just been debunked in the first 1 min of this post.

I've met with Chris and the team previously on two occasions, everything was above board. Their office was slick, professional and complete with a boardroom. The staff were working hard and had been doing plenty of overtime just to get things finished each day; Coin distributions, updates, liaising with developers etc. I left feeling even more confident and excited about the future of Krios than I had before, hearing and seeing their progress for myself.

The link doesn't work, regardless it's obviously not Krios related and must have been apart of a previous service he may have provided. Your doing well with accusing and assuming using the word 'appear'. Regarding your rally to get people to report Krios to the ACCC, they won't do anything nor will you have a leg to stand on without any cold hard proof of your accusations. Krios haven't failed to provide a product, they've released an Andriod Wallet App in the interim of their platform being built and launched. Krios haven't failed to list on exchanges, they're going through the same processes all other Coins undertake in order to be listed. Regulations have tightened which would certainly slow this process down. Anyway it's not a bad thing at all, if anything protects people from actual scam coins that could've listed. Their are a multitude of hoops to jump through and requirements that must be met in order to be listed.

All companies experience delays and set backs. Not all projects finish on time. Companies have to readjust and adapt to and with their market. If Krios came out with a platform 5 mins after the ICO id be hesitant and wary of how well it'd operate and function.. how well the backend had been built, how many bugs it'd likely have having probably not gone through vigorous beta testing. PayPal won't give you your money back because you did actually receive what you bought. You bought and received KRI tokens. Krios never promised a 50x return on their ICO. Yes they stated that coins would be available to purchase directly from on the platform for $5.00 per coin. I think some people completely misinterpreted that part.

JohnElement, you are so misguided with your reasonings. Ok, sure, things have taken a while to get to this point, however, there has been a reasonable explanation for every move, which some people seem to ignore.

I’m not going to start with my strongest point, but I will say that if it were a scam the core team would have been long gone by now. You can see they have had to deal with a lot of flack due to the ever changing crypto landscape on the whole and it doesn’t take a genius to see this at least warrants some merit.

Secondly, if you have been following their social media channels you can see that as recently as a few days ago they posted their first video in what looks to be a series of tutorials on how to use the upcoming platform. This tells you two things; 1. They have a working product that is crazy close to being released and; 2. They want you to know all about it. For gods sake, do you really think a scam project would do that....really?

I have been following this ICO closely since the beginning due to my interest in the digital marketing sector, and while the delays have been unfortunate and perhaps could have been communicated more quickly, that would be my ONLY complaint.
The team has made it clear on several occasions that they have been listening, and they have implemented a community competitions prize pool, that is obviously aimed at nurturing a positive and active community.

As someone who has supported the project from the very beginning, and I’m talking pre-sale, I really hate seeing unwarranted hate and lies spread by people who clearly haven’t been paying attention, I’m a lurker and I generally don’t like publicly commenting, but when I see this garbage it makes me angry.

I've been watching Krios for aaaagggeees now, was getting tired of waiting tbh. But I've heard with all the new regulations getting on exchanges are heaps harder now than last year. So not holding it against Krios for taking a while, (but it was just frustrating). I can't wait to see how the company progresses once their platform is launched. Personally I don't have a need to use the platform but a friend of mine owns a cleaning company and they're going to be franchising mid next year. Krios's platform will be the perfect way for them to gain exposure and to grow their business.

I think the earliest record of Krios ICO Scammer CEO Christoper Quinlan lying about the iPhone app to ICO contributors is about in April 2018, when they said it was initially submitted.

The Journal reviewed nearly 3,300 crypto offerings and found about 16% of them, or 513, showed signs of plagiarism, identity theft and promises of improbable returns.
 
To look closer at these questionable projects, the Journal downloaded thousands of online “white papers,” which typically detail a company’s mission statement, team biography and the technical specifics of a project for potential investors. The Journal then converted these documents to text and built programs to search for duplicated sentences, any language offering guaranteed awards, little to no risk, fake team members and unresponsive websites."

Yeah... pretty much a confirmed scam now.

Since my good friend found out that Krios have tried to scam the ASIC, SEC and ICO investors by editing the whitepaper and pitchdeck very recently (December 2018)

- Without announcing this to ICO investors, without getting it signed off by authorities - Krios ICO team members have had a lot of time, this is blatantly an attempt to deceive investors and authorities.

This is a ridiculous breach of investors trust - clearly deception - on top of everything else that Krios have done.

Both of them contain claims of illegal unregistered securities in the form of Dividends (10% of fees paid to Krios holders)
The pitchdeck contains an illegal ensured price rise to $5

Another item that the Krios team have attempted to cover up.

After the Krios ICO had finished, Christoper Quinlan created a bizarre WiX website where he claims he is a speaker, he started trying to sell phone chats with him and claimed that Krios had a $20m revenue, when the company does not even exist to have any revenue.

This is a printed-to-file version of the website from September 2018 (printed to .pdf) and the full original html is downloaded and saved.

Once this website was discovered and people called out Chris Quinlan for false claims on his website, in yet another cover up of deception and lies, he removed the website.
