I invested more than 0.02BTC 1 week ago (their threshold of receiving tokens pre-ICO) and I still havent received any tokens from them. I contacted their support but they just ignore me. Is this a total scam? What are your experiences?

UPDATE 29/12/2017: I'm very very sorry for not updating you guys, I have totally forgotten it. But I've received all my tokens and the coin is now listed on Kucoin and it went already from 6,5c to 21c! Alot of potential!

Try to write in their announcement thread bro I see that utrust is the one of best ICO of this year.
I think support team might be offline or busy in other works. You can work the owner to share issue. I think he might contact the escrow to release the token once the ICO is over.

i think utrust project is not a scam, you contact them through what? i think they are busy because ico today will end. try contact via telegram, ANN thread, support or directly to project manager.
i'm sure you'll get the coins.

I think you just did something wrong, or not proper when you invested to their pre-ico. Utrust was on of the big successful ico this year. Try to to their team or send them an email to their site utrust.io for sure they will accommodate you. However, there ico last day today. :)

we need more information to tell if this coin is scam or not. other people have similiar situation?

I have heard a lot about this project, it seems very hot, but i miss the ico bounty campaign of it. i think there may be some misunderstanding, it may not be a scam.

No man, it is not a scam. Everything is done too cool to be a scam. Check it everything again. Check ther rules of ICO, check if you sent right amount and on correct adress, not a scammer's adress and so on. If you checked it and didn't fint anythunk, write them. Good luck)

I think there is some misunderstanding.

Utrust is a potential ICO and ends with more than 95% fund raised. It had strong team and back by Swiss government body.

You must wait hope your token received.

I had the same problem in CENTRA, I found the linkedin of the directors and I sent several private messages ai solved my problem

Yes your right mate. Utrust ICO ended up in a successful result, and only 4% is not being sold which is not bad, so I think they can contact the team of utrust to their website or directly to the campaign manager or send a message to their website in utrust.io

I think how can people decide that Utrust is scam. Do you have any proof behind for making Utrust is scam because without any proof we should mentioned. Already many people have invested in Utrust with lot of trust in the company.

Utrust is not a scam for sure, maybe people are just trying to down this great ICO because of its success. I also invest on this ICO because i know this project will succeed, and its succeed. Lets be more patient and the token will come for sure.

UTRUST seems scammy to me. Their bounty campaign is nearly unmanaged and headless.

They also booked some paid postings via a group called airdroptastic. If you hold it, sell it!

UTRUST is a big ICO, many legendary members promote it, but still we are not that sure if it will be a scam or not, or maybr they will send the tokens after ICO ends, there is a thread here maybe you can ask the campaign manager so that he can assisst you to your issue.

what all the news about the scam is right. very in pity if it is really fraud. i join in bounty sosmed. i hope the news about utrust fraud is not true

UTrust is certainly not the best ICO of this year. I think it's the worst ICO. Because they did not give the reward they promised and many investors were mad. I think it's a waste of time!

Writing on announcement thread won't do anything, Utrust team are too busy right now, since the project is too big and also they have too many participants in their campaign. I believe they are still on the process, so let's all just wait.

I suppose that this is some kind of mistake and there is a explanation for your situation. Try to contact them in already suggested ways here.

UTRUST is one the best ICOs that just ended recently. If you have problems with not receiving your tokens, then you need to do the needful by contacting them or any of the platforms you can.

I think you have to give the information with proof here so  without any proof ?, Because of the utrust project is not a scam, because of the ico was successful.

I believe in the project, maybe it's just a misunderstanding, try the telegram, and check if you didn't use a fake website to invest, the bad guys are getting better, and lately many phishings, hacked accounts ... I hope your problem is solved.   :)

I can't define them as scam since they where very visible and yet became more successful on there sale but what we cannot disclose that their would be scamming happen since it will be possibly come if the dev's team doesn't have any support on their own coins but as I've see they have great roadmap and that could bring their token and investors to get more money in future.

Doesn't look like a scam. Usually tokens are issued and sent after the ICO is over and it can take a bit of time. I'm sure they have actually a lot of work but if you invested and have proof i'm confident you will get your tokens!

You should know this project before investing. and when you get into trouble you easily say Scam.

I do not think UTrust is scam. They provide continuous support through telegrams and show their effort to avoid hurting users. I think UTrust is the best ICO in November.

NO i think UTRUST is  not SCAM. Firstly when they came to market their ICO was not succeed. For that reason they paused it for sometimes. Now they came again and ICO is successful and maximum of their tokens are sold.

I don't think so, my friend invest in UTRUST aroung 20k$ and he get tokens . Maybe install low fee for transaction or something. And i don'tthink that they wanna grab you 0.02 BTC, it's too small amount.  And everyone know who create Utrust ( they all have linkden accounts) So, i think all will be ok with this project.

I also invested twice in this ICO, I received all my token on my wallet (on their website),
now is a very busy time for them after ICO, so just have to claim and wait for further news.... 8)

Yes, I agreed, and I am also one of their investor too in utrust. And in fairness 20k$ is huge amount, it is equivalent in my country of 1 Million amount mate for sure He/She will get in return a big reward profit. Also utrust is very successful ico this year 2017.

Yes, it's cool and pretty solid project with little marketcap ( maybe 22 or 23m$) it's a small amount now, projects like COMSA or Monetha have 50m$ or even more. So  Utrust tokens have a big grows potential ( i am expected 0.12$ in next month)

No, this ICO is not a scam, in fact for me it looks to be a really good platform to invest in. Make sure you read all the official information before purchasing any tokens, and this is a general rule, not just for this ICO.

There is some problem going on in ethereum blockchain.Every token based on it facing problem.High fee and slow speed is creating problem.

I think this issue is not due to the ETH network. They still did not open KYC process. Waiting game ongoing. Dont know when they will do that process and release the tokens and list in exchanges. Hope its not a scam.

Talk to the team with a personal message in the telegram, I'm sure they will react, because this project is not fake.

They have best reputation in the time of token sale itself but now they successfully achieved their expected supply value in the time of token sale and can make money if you have invested your fund on the ico.
I noticed that in topicolist site utrust is the top first ICO in that site. I don't think they will scam the investors.

If you are one of the participants of Utrust, at the moment they're not yet done about the kyc to their investors. That is why they're also not yet distributing the UTK token to each investors and participants bounty in the campaign.

maybe the OP should have just calm and didn't post like this since there is a process for receiving their tokens.

Recently, managers of different ico companies who need to follow the Bounty themes, very rarely show their activity and stint on information for participants of the generosity point. I think that this has a very strong influence on the credibility of the project itself.

Finally the token was distributed. It proved you were not scam.

Of course, if this happens, then maybe people just do not fulfill their duties and therefore they are changed. Although it has been observed many times that the company's ico development team has really changed very often.

I think that you wanted to say that it has a negative impact on credibility. And I totally agree, Because if you follow some ico companies and their spreadsheets, in some, almost half of the participants leave because of poor-quality sponsorship of information.

I don´t think that Utrust is scam, I am a member of pre-sale and bounty campaign. Of course it took really a long time for this project to start. But development of project was fast. Now Utrust is available on Kucoin, so it is a good sign. Don´t worry and keep calm. You will get yours 0,02 BTC with profit back soon.

That's right ...... it's acceptable to bounty participants, I just received it, but it has not been matching with the list that I got, but it is certain that the trust has paid it, please make the following bounty to check on your wallet.

Utrust at first also i thought that it is a scam coin , but i never complaint because i just participated only in there social media bounty campaigns. And when their crowdsale ends i just thought that they will finally distribute all the bounties but not a single token has been distributed. And finally yesterday i received the UTK , and as i saw , there are many exchanges that UTK has been listed and one of my favorite exchange site is there , and that is the kucoin.

Yesterday I got payment from UTrust after long wait. I think in which campaign have you participate because you can check in the spreadsheet whether how many token have you got are otherwise check your wallets.
