Currently we have received clear indication from an European Pharmaceutical (~50B yearly turnover)  that they are interested in our technology, but due to an NDA we can't openly discuss this. I have requested our CEO to give me the complete information, as I do not receive all the direct information if a company shows information.


Edit: Our CEO gave me the following: The cost of implementation lays into the Millions but it all depends on the length and size of the entire company chain. Do not forget, even if the costs are seemingly high, the market we are speaking about has over 1,3Tn turnover yearly. As example this is the top 10 company's:

I've read your white paper. It is very interesting. Can you explain more how it works with Holder token and Utility token. During ICO we buy Holder tokens. Then Holder tokens will generate Utility tokens. Which tokens will be traded on exchange?

I wish this token FARMATRUST will succeed. When will the members receive the token? Can newbie join the airdrop?

The intention is both will be traded, the holder token on public exchanges and the utility token on the internal market, as the demand is connected to the customers of FarmaTrust, as the Holder token will generate the utility tokens we foresee an increase in price for the holdertokens as companies eventually wish to generate the utility tokens them self ( cheaper then buying on the long term ).

There is no Airdrop, the only drop if you could name it that way, is by the Bounty campaign. Partly acceptance for a newbie account, on Facebook and twitter campaign and the gleam.io campaign that is active. See the 2nd post for information

The FTC Token

FT utility token has the primary use is to track the billions of medicinal packets in circulation throughout the world.

Hope You can overcome legal obstacles. It's a little bit hard to incorporate and integrate a global system in all governments' own systems so this project can have a real interaction and contribute ours and our childrens' health and lives.

Modum: Main focus is on temperature and condition control on larger amounts ( Cargo of containers etc. ), Where FarmaTrust aims directly on a per box level and authenticity.

Isolve: Delivers mostly closed blockchain solution specified for the needs of transport chain improvements. By doing this privately there is no space for the consumer to verify if the product is not a counterfeit. FarmaTrust offers the same blockchain advantages, but on a public blockchain, incorporated with an app for the consumer to verify the manufacturing location, transport of the product and if the product is legit.

The technology sounds promising, but how does it stop the counterfeit product? If there is a black market for pharma products, neither the buyers nor the manufacturers are going to worry about not having their product secured by a blockchain. Or am I missing something?

There are barely any legal obstacle's that we can't overcome, as our platform is capable of tracking all details and the API's are connected with the software the specified brand/companies/transporter already use to comply with legal demands

The team is a bunch of guys. If the pictures are real, it is solid. It does the job. Because the pharmaceutical industry is one of the three sectors that earn the most. Healthcare services account for 80% of the market share. In order to do this, you should write 2 tweets per week in the twitter campaign. I think this is the minimum tweet to be written. Hi Farmatrust team, interesting looking ICO. However the amount of the advisors and some of their names scares me off.

Can you please explain why you need so many advisors and what will their different roles be (other than enjoying a piece of the cake)?

The amount of advisors is partly cause of the market we're in, the pharmaceutical/healthcare market requires some specific knowledge, others like myself are listed there for specific functions ( eq. in my personal position, I do a part of the communication and function as soundsboard for the managementteam ). I know it looks like a big bunch, but we all really serve a purpose.

It seems the project is going to get the biggest success. I can see their social profile with a huge crowd in a short time period. In fact, I have learned about this new crypto from a few tweets. I wonder if I could become a loyal member of this project. Good luck.

I like the project, but I'm concerned that the recent rise in value of ETH will give it an unrealistically large market cap straight after ICO.

If all pre-sale tokens sell and then all remaining tokens sell in main sale, the result from sale of 600 millions tokens will be:

1. Pre-sale: 4,348.00002174 ETH
2. Main sale: 57,973.3332971 ETH

TOTAL: 62,321.33331884 ETH (at $1,208.99) = $75,345,868.77. That is already quite large for the current climate, but keep in mind it's only 60% of the tokens, so actual market cap is higher. Additionally, if the price of ETH increases between now and main sale the market cap will also increase.

My question: Is there any intention to put a dollar cap on the ICO, or will it simply be left with the ETH cap?

We are discussing a dollar hard cap, since the prices are fixed on ETH for our token ( we fixed the prices before the sudden explosion of ETH ). I can't open up further on this, but I'm fighting to get the cap brought down.

I believe that blockchaine can really make changes in pharma industry. There are several ICOs in that field. Will see which become succsessful.

I love the idea of ​​this initiative, saving people is a great generosity, I hope that everything goes as planned, I hope it is very useful for the community and for the whole world.

Even if management is old fashioned, it should be clear like for elementary school student, that from 10k ETH worth $4M now they expect 10k ETH worth $12M.
I don't know who is responsible for realization of this project, but if the price of ETH increases more, in a moment the softcap may be $20M or more, and then there may be an even bigger problem.

Ps. It is very likely that the price of ETH will increase significantly. Just my 2 satoshi.. ;)

Yes that is what has been pointed out to them, but changing anything during the pre-sale seems to scared for old-fashioned, as in the old-school it would show a lack of preparation, where in the crypto world it is key to stay in line with the prices

Hardcap, what is the position of the team on this? Will the hardcap be lowered?

As our community managers have mentioned several times on the Telegram Channels and other channels, the team has had an extensive discussion about this subject.

In view of the market conditions and fluctuations in the Eth price, the team has decided to limit the amount to be raised on a fiat basis. The hard-cap will be capped to USD$45M. In the current design with an fixed amount of tokens per ETH, we have chosen not to adjust the amount of tokens, but to lock any tokens that will go unsold by this criteria.

Hence the following alternative solution for any unsold tokens will be put into place:

Any unsold tokens will be locked for a period of at least 3 years, with an annual release of 10% (of the initial value) to be offered via FarmaTrust. The tokens will be offered on a market rate +5% to prevent market value decrease. If the tokens are not bought at the offered price, they will return into the lock for another one year period, to await the next release of the 10%.

This design is currently used by Ripple and prevents an dilution of value and support our vision on the possibility to increase token supply by a market demand.

Management Tokens and Advisor Tokens

We've seen several questions arise about the lock on tokens, that are reserved for the management, advisors and other related persons. As in the whitepaper is stated, the tokens are locked for management, but we may have been unclear on those reserved for the Advisors. Tokens that are reserved for the Advisors, will have the same lock periods as the management, respectfully 50% locked for 6 months and 50% locked for 12 months.

i had a problem with myetherwallet.com, i got phising scam. Lost a little ether. the thief tried to withdraw my FTT tokens but thank god they are still locked til the end of sale. Now am afraid he will be waiting for it if he doesn't forget. I wouldn't agree with you. As this project seems quite realistic. There is a good idea, team to realize it, some fund are already been collected, there were announced some partnership negotiations with pharma companies. Thus, for me it's looking promising.

The tokens are connected to the blockchain, we use the blockchain as a mechanism for data security ( we add all serialization into the chain ), hence we use tokens to transport this data and lock it into the blockchain = immutable data = less demand for regulatory auditing = less cost = ideally cheaper medication . This while using the serialization to check authenticity and supply management based upon AI.

I think You have to download the wallet from the official side once its released. Like a neo wallet where You stake Gas. You then run the wallet on your PC or What ever and You get the rewards.

We've not wasted the extra time gained and if you look about the whole space you'll see that ICOs are extending, postponing etc. Sales planned back in November December last year were conceived in a different market. Few people expected this long bear market. Not a good idea to launch when market is down and everyone is depressed. I bought into a couple of Ico’s which launched in January and after initial flash they all crashed to a fraction of their ICO price and struggling to gain momentum. Compliance token is the token which needed by the company which wants to use the product, right?
Zoi Token can be converted to compliance tokens
But Zoi can also be used on the platform, e.g. from the customer to track a package

Counterfeiting drugs is a problem pharmaceutical companies have always been trying to solve. While the EU and U.S. do already have in-depth tracking and compliance measures in place, other countries do not. The problems occur when the drugs move from one jurisdiction to the other. If each jurisdiction has their own way of tracking things and their own rules and regulations, dysfunction is often the result.
FarmaTrust attempts to end all of this by integrating each jurisdiction onto the same blockchain without changing their existing system. The Farma system uses AI and other new school tracking and tracing tools to make counterfeiting and other crimes impossible.

Risks
    Their community is not very big yet. Twitter page has 2,500 followers, but their tweets are only getting 10 likes and 5 retweets on average. -2
    The three token system is kind of funky and confusing. -0.5

I have given FarmaTrust the benefit of the doubt in my review. FarmaTrust gets a 9 out of 10. The only thing that is troubling me is that companies such as VeChain and Walton can also implement tracking of drugs.

June 1st you'll then be able to create an account and make your first purchase. At that point you'll need to complete KYC, which will require front and back of National ID/Passport and proof of address i.e. a utility bill or bank statement within the last 3 months, showing your name and address. These documents do not need to be in english

They won't have to wait too long! As per our pinned message, the min is halved every 12 hours. i.e. After 12 hours the min will become 500 USD. After 24 hours, min then lowers to 250 USD. Then after 36 hours the min drops to 125 USD where it will remain until the pre-sale closes

I think he mean private investment of 2mil USD on the private sale stage. So I guess the tokens are with 40% discount( 0.03USD per FTT)
That's the reason why they are locks for 4 months and there is a limit of sell max 5K a day. Even if the price of the token doesn't rise much this investment can brig a pure profit of almost 1mil USD. :)

It wasnt a preico, it was an ico that was halted, per the prerogative of the management and in my opinion, and most, it was a good decision that made it possible to hit the softcap, while not damaging the roadmap progression

Website is like an ad for Qryptos (I havent seen a banner so big/ugly it nearly occupies the page) and doesn't tell the visitor at first glance what FarmaTrust is. The whitepaper states 1billion total supply...and 60% of that is for sale.
So am I understanding correctly when I assume that the team holds 40% of the tokens themselves?

everyting that isnt BTC is a shitcoin right now. You need to look past the ground in front of your feet. 95% of alts will always be shitcoins. Farmatrust is solving an actual problem providing a solution better than current solutions. Other alts are just "thing we normally do but on a blockchain" or a fork of some other coin. Those will all fail.

Nothing to worry about, it happens a lot during a bear market. What is rare is that a project reaches the hardcap which proves that there is a lot of confidence in this project. After listing in some good exchanges like coinbene we should see it go well above the ICO price
