Title: Avalon Problem : Listing of pleople not delivered here
Post by: neotrix on July 06, 2013, 11:33:55 AM
First of all, let me say I had big love for Avalons and trust, however not anymore...

Ordered 2 February in some of first of batch 2. 2 avalons Paid with walletbit...

I have no reply to any of my tickets, only one reply at 4 th february telling me all is fine you will receive items. I have now stoppped to hope I will receive them someday...Anyway I even not sure avalon have the right adress for delivery as their website was buggy when we ordered in first...

So Does somebody know if Avalon is a registered company? At least I can try to complaint somewhere as they dont seem willing to reply us as customers.

However I can still to open a complain directly against avalon owner as his real name is well know in communauty. I'm looking on this side for now.

Actually even if Avalon delivered to most. Still some people are ignored while we talk about thousands USD for each. So I think AVALON deserve a scam tag until they fix all problem they have with some customers. A scam is something which dont deliver it promise to all people who paid for. This is actually the case for Avalon as me and many people are stuck in the limbo...

List of Units not delivered or not listed in shop, Well to resume List of units stuck in Limbo

Neotrix : Edit : units receveid 12 th july 2013
Begru : 3 Units batch 1 !!!
bablovagon : 1 Unit batch 2 : ordered 2nd Debruary 2013

If you feel you have been scammed too, or at least for now feels like stuck in total Limbo, share with us your problem with your Avalon order batch 1 or batch 2 to be added in this list.

Wow, since it's a company in China, have you tried Chinese subforum?

Wow, since it's a company in China, have you tried Chinese subforum?

The companies name is not avalon, it's BitSyncom LLC, the website is operated by this company and the company is registered in the US. In one of my post I wrote the companies registered address, just use the forum search function or google for company details. You can file a complain at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/

USA company ? Nice will a pleasure for my lawer then... Thank you for this info

Have you tried to call them? definatly no scam

Tried email, ticket...didnt tried phone I dont think they do offer such support or only to friend selected here which then post good review... Anyway Im bored and going to take some actions. No matter how much it cost, until now Ive been scammed of 3000 usd....So as I said, Scam can deliver 90% hile not delivering 10%...still a scam...Or at least the 10% people not delivered can call it a scam.

Bitsyncom / Avalon is not a scam simply because you have not received your unit.  Many others have.  You are going about this the wrong way, and it will probably make things worse for you.

I fully understand that Avalon provide NO support. For 90% of orders sucessfull with a webshop working....all was fine. For 10% or maybe less anyway still huge, their order get an issue which need at least a communication with Avalon. Avalon know about this and still ignore us, how we supposed to react? What about the x customers from batch1 who missed tons of USD cause they had exactly same situation than mine? Worst for them. We ignore their thread and sell a batch 3...And they still talking together prayng to receive their unit while most of batch 2 received... So yes Scam is Scam. If tomorrow I start to provide services to only 90% of my customers, then other 10% will start to claim Im scam... Word is word

I also dont talk about the fact Avalon mined with our units and some received it with fan broke...or worst... That another thread.

Until I receive a communication from Avalon, or a Refund. Then Avalon is a SCAM from my position as customer not delivered, and being ignored or in the incapacity to have a communication with them. Happy for the 90% who received their units anyway.

I put out 2+ emails awhile ago addressing this issue, I don't understand why you are only speaking up now.

I received any email from you to the email registered with you. Only newletters. I can login but my account show no order...as quoted many time.

The last ticket opened was 25th May, ticket 851 with not many infos as the only info you have from me is a username, and email... All rest you have already. You confirmed my order the 4th feb by a reply to one email of me. (same email used for ticket) Walletbit confirmed. I then waited a order number or to be added in store for few months opening tickets...I never been added in the store or referenced with an order ID as one of first to order batch 2 when the website was displaying for some billing infos of another.

I do understand support isn't easy to handle anyway you know about some users being forgot cause an issue with order. And we are the unlucky early buyer.

Let me know by email or reply ticket if you need more infos. Let me know if I need to open a new ticket however I will expect a quick reply. I do respect the work you done, I've been patient however...when people who ordered 15 days after me receive unit then. I'm still thinking for people of batch 1 who wait, they are not a lot but some anyway.

At this point I can even accept a refund to facilitate you the work to expedite it to me. And I will got this issue fixed faster then than again waiting than now you look, and think to send mines...sorry to be rude

Time for a another newsletter with the "make a shipping support request if your old one is older than june" up front for the ADHD B2 purchasers?
While you are at it feel free to mention B3 and Trade-ins near the bottom... I am sure those guys will read the whole thing  ;)

Don't wait for his reply on the forums, he's a busy guy. Since you said the last ticket you opened was in May, and the newsletter after that said to open a new one in June if you had already created one prior to that, you should probably go ahead and open a new ticket.

I'm doing. However thats become really the biggest joke I seen...So at start of july I will be requested to open a July ticket? We should have been delivered in March, Avalon made the delay not us. Then this is still oru fault we didnt reopen a 10th ticket... Yes it bececome pathetic

Avalon, please send a personnal email to your 10 or 20 missed customers which paid you thousands usd, make you even more rich mining lot of BTC with their units. I guess they deserve to be delivered, or as said it deserve a complain against your LLC. Welcome in real world where you are a company which took pre order...and didnt delivered... You are even against USA law with your company and practice but I wont devellop about here.

Just fix my prob or refund me.

Thanks

That might be the problem.

If I would think and act like this for my own customers, I would be actually selling potatoes at market for a boss...anyway I wont be in bussiness anymore doing such practice scammy...

Avalon is a LLC company, not only a guy in his bedroom who done a small project and sold it on ebay as individual. It involve millions USD and using USA image for the company. At least I advise avalon to hire a lawer to know about their right, and right of customers ;) Cause when a customer order you 3000 usd or more, think he have for sure himself a lawer... And wont accept just to be scammed without any complain.

Avalon sold pre orders. The law is clear about a PRE ORDER (product not existing hen ordered) say that each buyers should have be requested agreement to accept each new delay. The delay have to be accepted by buyers. A excat date have to be done.... We are far of this... SO yes I advice avalon to take care of the few last customers they still missing... Could cost them much more later than to deliver 20 or 30 units they keep mining for themself actually...(which was als not announced at start...another mistake for laws...)

I'm really sorry and sad for you. You did missed thousand of usd dollars already...

Anyway your order and mine, 2 unit + 3 unit : we are at 7500 usd scammed?

Let count more and show people what size is the problem that they all want ignore...

Avalon is a bit responsive now with their ticket website. You can try to post  a few support tickets along with wallet bit confirmation number and wait for the results.

Thank you for advice anyway I done all I have to... Now will just wait 1 or 2 days more for a reply or then I will go out of this thread, stoping to waste time... letting my Lawer handle this for me. 'Im like avalon, Im busy, even more... They are aware of my order, shop info are again updated...but my order still not listed.

I have waited 3 month more than I should, more than some who ordered after me. Sure I waited less than batch 1 mising people but their case is unbelievable and their loss are totally scaring...For them free units should even be offered to try to compensate their loss...

For my order, a deliver in next week or a refund will be enought (Refund in BTC as avalon take only BTC they can refund only BTC) In this case I will have loaned money to avalon for 0% but well...better than to have nothing

As there is only a few batch#2 customers did not receive their miners such as neotrix. I think BitSyncom should give these guys a direct contact channel to solve the problem case by case. It will be better than using support ticket.

We are some in batch 2. Like 20 or 30 people.

For batch 1 Im not sure but like 10 or 20 people still waiting their units....here where it start to be a big problem for a supposed serious company.

We just need BitSyncom take few hours to fix 40 ticket problem.... As koddos.com, a guy who work for me for few hundreds bucks month reply 200 ticket daily... Avalon have like 1000 support ticket opened only since start....

We have been patient. We didnt play lottery, we just funded his richness...Until we are not delivered or refunded or more...It is a scam for us
Yes we made him rich but still it was not enought as he felt the need to mine for a while with our units to double the earning... Well... We still in the 10% of units he decided to keep saying thanks to his buggy shop for early buyer :) and unucky buyer...Do you think really our units not delivered are not actually plugged and mining??? nice scammer model....sorry....nice Business model...

Sauce for the goose.  If people have reason to rage against BFL - and they did, and they still do - these guys have the same good reasons to rage against Avalon.

Those reasons - non-existence of customer service and shoddy product presentation.  That's just for starters.

If these people don't have their acts together by the time real adults bring machines and chips to market, both BFL and Avalon will fade to nothing more than punch lines of jokes.

there's always two side of the story,

here's the last ticket I supposely "closed"

http://puu.sh/3y0U3.png

#2329 is shipped and closed awhile ago, not to mention that ticket doesn't even make any sense.

just another anti-like google translated nightmare.

It never fail to amuse me when we send out ~600 units, and out of the few we have problem with, always complains the loudest, and everyone who did recieve them are busy mining and doesn't say shit.

best community ever.

You should focus 100% in development and just hire a dude who takes care of shipping and customers. You are not a CEO, you are not customer services dude, You are a engineer.  Focus 100% on development and just hire a dude for the shit.

As business owner I know what you mean.... anyway yes we have to face it and most of time pubically when we make the submarine for month....I will be happy to post thread when received my orders If you think I deserve it while I helped to funds your actual nice life.
I'm still unhappy you mined with my units and exect to don't receive second hand units with some parts I have to replace cause you used them some much minning BTC while it was 200 usd... You want compation, Give us some first :)

I still wait wait update for my order. I guess people of batch 1 missed still waiting too. We dont want a war just that you understand each day you miss us is like 150 usd that we lost...I never willing to give you hard time, however if you dont fix the probem EMERGENTLY trust me this forum thread will be one of your smallest problem then...

You send most of order yes thats nice. But you missing some... also mine...and some other even older than mine in batch 1 so what we do ? We pray for god fix the prob?

Can we have you focused on our missing order now please?

Lol, you think you are the most entitled person on these forums. Who the hell are you to tell us what to ask of Avalon?

Also, you whine too much. If anything, you are just pissing Yifu off. Why is he going to help a brat? Go outside and stop refreshing the forums all day, and maybe you'll get your unit.

Well, I hate to have to be the one to point this out to you, sir, but when you offer a product, take money from people, produce the product, and fulfill your offers, guess what?  YOU ARE A FECKING BUSINESS!

I can understand what you're saying; I was young once, too.  And come the autumn, I suspect you will start to get your wish about not having to be a business, and be able to get back to just making money.

I won't be patient when people who ordered on 18 th february, also 15 days after me are mining already... As I pre ordered and as Avalon is under a USA LLC then I should even be requested to accept or not (meaning refund if not) for each new delay...We are now even not talking more about delay but about and UNEXISTENT support...which make that some dont receive their units. Some bad mind like my lawer can even assume Yifu is mining with our products which mean this problem could even be a wish....But I'm actually not so bad ind as my lawer...And still thinking Yifu is busy, spending his new cash recently earned...
Let talk about laws and company.... Rights of consumers.... It will enlight some I think...

I swear people don't even read, neotrix you never created a new ticket, I specifically asked you to do this in this thread if it was older than June.

Its not bitsyncom fault that avalon generate $150 per day. Did they promised that? How you can lose anything what you did not have in the first place? You are not the owner of avalon unit unless you have it! Btc exchange price caused that avalon become money making machine. Such accusation and threats are really out of line. You are just jeleous.
Either way, most of batch 2# are shipped and the rest will get it shortly. They will make the ROI and make decent profit.
IMO, if somebody address me like neotrix did yifu, I would ignore him in pure spite! Life is not fair, grow up!

disclaimer:
I do not have avalon unit, never ordered.

And now you want I open a F****** new ticket, If I do I flood your F****** ticket support system with 1000 tickets does it sound fair? cause you deserve it actually...I'm dreaming or???... Dont take people for dumb, dont go so far....it start to become really irritating for your customers...

there's always two side of the story,

here's the last ticket I supposely "closed"

http://puu.sh/3y0U3.png

#2329 is shipped and closed awhile ago, not to mention that ticket doesn't even make any sense.

just another anti-like google translated nightmare.

It never fail to amuse me when we send out ~600 units, and out of the few we have problem with, always complains the loudest, and everyone who did recieve them are busy mining and doesn't say shit.

After some posts and send private message  to BitSyncom  my order page change

Also what is the new delay now to those units are put in a box, sticked with adress and expedited? I should have already it in hands so be listed is good, now next step would be to sent it to me.

For other people who posted in this thread, please also update about your case so I can rectify fist post when problem ae solved for each.

I agree with Yifu here, and you guys are way too harsh. I've sold maybe 30k orders b2c and it drains the life out of you. The only transactions you here are the bad ones, and in the btc world that must be 10fold.

There is seriously no way to describe how b2c makes you feel when its bad.

It's especially annoying that, even after Yifu posts and updates neotrix's ticket to high priority, neotrix STILL complains about it and wants more information.

How does he think Batch 3 people feel, who are being told that Batch 3s will be shipped after/during chip shipments, when they were ordered way before that?

I fall into that category (Batch 3), btw, and I haven't complained once. It solves nothing. All you can do is be patient.

Batch 1 dudes have gotten raped by Yifu's failure to deliver, his failure to keep his word, yet the victims are supposed to be congenial?

Hmm let's think, you have paid over 7500$ for unit worth 1200$ (asic technology research included), just to get it right about time even with small delay.
Instead they have build themself new facility with our money.
http://i44.tinypic.com/213gbkg.png

Nah! it's over two months delay and no sign of batch #3 units (just empty promises) until they will figure out some sort of refund for cheated batch #3 customers they should be called scammers same as BFL, they just have used your money for something else than you have paid for.
In some countries this is indeed a SCAM and it is regulated by law.

Yes, B2 is shipped AFAIK. Unless you are asking for a refund, no point in submitting a help ticket for Batch 3. They'll ship when they ship. We have not been told when.

I opened 3 or 4 ticket only in the 5 months following  my order....which was my mistake aparently as I forgot to reopen a new ticket 5 month later...So dont say I sent him thousands of ticket. I opened this thread to try to wake up them before me and some others open a complaint about his company and himself. Sound fair

Also yes we understood Yifu Dont like B2C, then why he did it ? Ah yes, because he was needing our money to fund the project. Then we are not customers but investors, and B2c is out of thread there.

I keep this thread updated cause First It looks like I'm not alone in this case, then yes my order is high priority and so ? Some html change in the shop to display me this message should make me happy? I said I want to be delivered. Step 1 was to be listed and it took 5 months. Now let see how long to units are sent... To see how far goes this bad joke...

Title: Re: Where is registered Avalon company? SCAM?
Post by: iammagicmike on July 10, 2013, 11:24:42 AM

Bitsyncom / Avalon is not a scam simply because you have not received your unit.  Many others have.  You are going about this the wrong way, and it will probably make things worse for you.

+1

I'm not saying OP doesn't have a reason to be upset, I'm just saying that Avalon is not a scam until it's been a year of douchebag comments and no deliveries.

I wouldn't go that far. I'd say as far as ROI becomes in achievable, which is starting to look likely unfortunately...

I agree with Yifu here, and you guys are way too harsh. I've sold maybe 30k orders b2c and it drains the life out of you. The only transactions you here are the bad ones, and in the btc world that must be 10fold.

There is seriously no way to describe how b2c makes you feel when its bad.

If Yifu shipped instead of mining with customer gear, people wouldn't be nearly as upset.
Batch 1 dudes have gotten raped by Yifu's failure to deliver, his failure to keep his word, yet the victims are supposed to be congenial?
If they are pissed, it is no one's fault but their own?

Bulls#!+

And what about the other 100s who have made $100k a unit? The thanks you give to him for not taking literally as much network as he wanted, and again for B2 and 3. He gave away his own chance to be rich so you guys could, yet you QQ because of a few orders with logistics problems.

What about the folks that missed out on $100k because of whatever reason?
Yifu could give a shit less about them.

If he effed me out of those earnings, then had the balls to treat me the way he treats folks that dare question him, I would be awful pissed. Might not act in the most Christian manner, you know?

You need to get off of the Avalon vs BFL schtick.
Incompetence is rampant in both.
Both exude scamminess.
Both have spokesmen that act like their shit don't stink and that tneir customers are Little People.
Let Them Eat Cake!

Well, we came with Cake and Cock, and we're all out of cake.

glad to hear you got them.

what condition are they in?  Dusty and used or new and shiny?

thanks for standing up for yourself and other customers. And for confirming delivery as promised.

the submissive weak Avalon suck-ups on this thread are so funny.  Especially when they use BFL to set the bar as low as possible (on the ground) for expectations.

remember when Avalon was all like 'we cherish our early batch2/3 retail customers and love them for trusting us?'   ;D

can't wait until the internal turmoil at Avalon goes public.  We always need moar drama around here!   :P

Yes I remind and thats why sometime to much is...to much...

Well about my 2 units.

First thing wierd but good for me : they arrived in 40 hours from China BEIJING. DHL also paid the custom for me ( only 90 usd) without request me ( which I was willing, Better they handle than me). The total cost of both declared value was 500 usd so I paid 90 usd tax...Thanks Yifu for that :) Im anyway usual to such tricks about value...and Love it. I had to pay directly the 90 usd to DHL in hands ( the provided me the custom paperwork...)

SO it took 40 hours from BEIJING to phuket in my hand.

The 2 units are shinny, looks new not used, had plastic protection on side face...

Well I'm lucky and I hope other who still waiting will be too soon.

They actually running smoothly since few hours, I monitor them for now and will writte a report about.

there's always two side of the story,

here's the last ticket I supposely "closed"

Bitsyncom

Why Do you keep ignoring my Ticket (#1236 opened in JULY), PM's & emails and ignoring other Batch 2 customers with problems.

Is it only people who call you a scam who will get any attention from you Bitsyncom?

What about the problem orders in this thread

I swear people don't even read, neotrix you never created a new ticket, I specifically asked you to do this in this thread if it was older than June.

I just dug through all this shit to find your ticket made in May which since then have been moved to a different system.

/facepalm

sigh; it's fixed.
Please see support ticket # 1276
got the devices yesterday

Glad this thread helped surely a bit...

I have sent in tickets since June 11th.  Ticket 1103, 1308, 1309 all contain my blockchain url and ask for any update whatsoever.  I still haven't heard a thing.  I ordered batch two, the coins cleared walletbit but I haven't received any confirmation from Avalon.  I paid my BTC, I am trying very hard to be patient but I want my ASIC!

So they didn't so much as acknowledge your problem?  No response to tickets at all?  I didn't think my faith could fall any lower....apparently I was wrong.

Yifu, if you are able to check on my tickets (1103, 1308, 1309) I would really appreciate it.  All the necessary info is in them, especially 1103.  Please and thanks!
