It's good to see Firstcoin on bitcointalk

I think Firstcoin is one of the most interesting cryptocurrencies in the market
In months it has a good and linear growing of value
and also when bitcoin go up down fast Firstcoin stay on the price..

I enter in Firstcoin only in september and I start to know their project

only a coin with a real start up project behing can survive in this difficult market
in italy we are doing a great job

There is only two way to make a coin grow.. with great ad investment or talking with people creating a network

the second choice generate a lasting market for the coin and the past 8 months show this.

How and when can I have Eco sharing wallet?

I met the Firstcoin project in September thanks to a friend who introduced me. For me it was also the way to enter the world of cryptocurrency. An extraordinary experience. I believe a lot in the firstcoin project. His system is credible and realistic, my coins from September have had a good increase going from 7 to 17 dollars. Thanks to the network system also the package of my coins has grown strongly. What gives me the greatest confidence is that we are working to make it a usable and used currency.
I believe that Firstcoin is the real future project of cryptocurrency.

I have never been involved in any cryptocurrency until I found Firstcoin who was intoruced to me by one of my friends. It has been 3 months since I joined this project and  I have seen phenominal change in the financial situation of my life.
I joined firstcoin on 2nd September 2017 when the coin value was $5.89 today the value has crossed above $17 which itself prove the growth of my income.

The beauty of Fisrtcoin not only lies in the increase in its rates but also a huge source of passive income in the form of advertisement mining share (2% to 8%), Pool share reward, Eco share reward and further a chance to build my own network  which has gained a substantial growth in the community.

The success of Firstcoin is truly based on the projects  which it has launched recently under Eco Share scheme which I believe further give rise to the value of coin. These projects include the distribution of ATM machines throughout the world (a unique project in itself), the biggest Eco project of plantation of foresst in Romania by the name of Paulownia, the new upcoming a billion dollor project The Colombian Tree and last but not least the new upcoming project of Firstcoin Travel.

I personally believe all these projects will aid to the value of coin to reach landmark price of $100 before the end of first half of 2018 and $300 by end of next year.

I am joning this forum from Istanbul Turkiye and I have bought my firstcoins at June 2017 and the price was 2,2 USD. At this time being I am very glad that I made an investment at firstcoin . And I advised many friends also. And we have invested totaly around 400,000 usd with my friends and relatives.What I am pleased about this coin is, the publishers are always transparent and they keep their words so far. Now the price has reached 17-18 usd and we gained very good profit.

We have been asking about mobile applications and now they promised this also. The daily volume reached 1,5-2 million usd at exchanges which makes us also very glad.

I like this coin and project becouse is very simple to understand and i think is the first coin that has an MLM system that allows you to make the decision to take part of the FirstClub(MLM) or simply not.So if you want to buy the coin and never ever heard about the pyramid or refferals you can!You can buy the coin from Livecoin.net and when you want to sell you sell,no restrictions.I heard about it from a friend of mine back in April when it was just 2$ and i didn't buy it becouse i had an terrible experience with another MLM coin and I somehow belive that is the same thing.After 6 months when i was looking at the market and saw that is 7$ somewhere in September i call my friend and ask him to explain me again the concept....still not convinced.After 2 weeks the price went to 14$ and i said to myself,you are going to miss every opportunity becouse one bad experience?So on October 18th i invested 10k and becouse the price was high i put all my coins in the club for 6 months to get  interest.After 1 month i recive my coins from interest and i send them to Livecoin.net in order to sell them for Btc.It lasted obout 48 hours to recive them on the excenge and the fee was about 7,5%.I have seen a lot of negativity about every MLM bussines but I think if each of us would have received a small bitcoin bonus for referral back in 2010 when all this just started many more people would have learned of the cryptocurrency so far.I did my own research and i understand the risks but with the rule of blocking your coin for 6 months after purchase is very unlickly for the price to go down very much.Now the coin is 17$ and I will be more than happy if in 4 months after all my coins are free the price for one First coin will be 25$,becouse that means that i tripled my money:) I know it will go up becouse in Romania a lot of people started to sell stuff in Firstcoin online so that means they have a lot of faith in this project.Me too

Hi, 3 months ago I've meet this coin and when I've saw the trend I said that is time to take action now. I've bought one VIP pack because the chance to make more money was amazing. I dont know why i didn't buy firstcoin when i was told of it in june when it was sold at 2$ but never the less i got into this project around september, i don't have much regret but firstcoin is a coin to watch out for in 2018, with Atm installation,  mobile app and many more, firstcoin will be like etherum.

Hello I've been a member for months now, My background basically a law graduate worked in banks and local Government for fraud departments, and also been doing for forex trading for 4 years.

I'm from the USA and I'd like to say that Firstcoin is an incredible project and I'm so excited to see the ECO projects that they have partnered with.

I first purchased Firstcoin in April of 2017 at around 80 cents and have seen the coin price steadily increase to around $17 to $18 per coin. No big swings like you see with some other alt coins, just steady and continued growth.

This coin is awesome and very useful as I can send coins to anyone internally and they receive the payment in about one second. It's Lightening Fast. I can also send through the current exchanges and it's received much faster than Bitcoin!

I have close to 600 friends and colleagues using it and couldn't be more happy.

Best feature of frst so far it is the stability and its lack of volatility due to Firstcoin Club concept.
I started to invest in frst, beginning of December, before Phucket Conference and I truly believe that: ATMs set up, organic growth of the network and additional exchanges visibility will boost frst price to at least 300usd by the end of 2018. Even so, I believe the 300usd target will be reached way before the end of next year.
The public interest for this crypto is increasing at a very fast pace and at this time I have only very good feedback for frst :)

If I had any doubt about this being a SCAM, those fake testimonials sure removed it.

I'm part of a traders group, when we sow this project first time we think it's a scam but after a while we realize that what these people are doing is super CRAZY (in a good way).
 They started by developing the community first and the plan was great (What is a coin without a strong community?)
 Then they start to show all the projects that they were working in the background,
FIRSTCOIN / Bitcoin ATM NETWORK - i sow their first ATM in a video on YouTube (I know the company that manufactures that ATM's and i used that model for Bitcoin allready)
EcoSharing division- with this I think they will win the game on long term
 In this division, they invest in startups and in green projects to ensure a coin backup.
 We made our research and we hope to invest in Paulownia projects in Romania and some other countries,
(After a short research on the Internet I found out that Paulownia's trees bring profit every 5 years for 40 Years)

We believe this project will have many things to say in the future olso ..... but time will show
Till then we enjoy our profit We bought it at 5 $ .... now it's 16 $ ... not bad 😀

The growth rate of the currency is impresive. Try to find out the reason. What's they are doing holding the coin in first coin club to avoid the massive sale the coin, and making it more demanded, as lots of crowdsale doing the same. So what? there were big chances in front of my eyes but I cold not see any of them. This was my actual beginning.

Be aware that if you chose to place your FirstCoin to their 'mining program' FirstCoin will charge you 7.5% to withdraw your coins back to an external wallet when the time comes to do that.
That would appear to include 7.5% of your original investment. Consider that for a moment - 7.5%.
Something, which anyone who's decided to go down that route, should raise with the FistCoin folks.

While Fistcoin is an interesting project, everyone should be aware that, should you decide to place your FirstCoins into their 'mining program', FirstCoin will charge you 7.5% for transferring coins back to an exchange, so you can then resell them. This is an issue FirstCoin needs to address urgently.

Good thing about this coin is that they are focusing on all possible revenue streams starting with eco-sharing projects/startups, ATM, exchange price, community building etc. backed by blockchain and combined with the power of networking. I did my research and found that people associated with it are open and straight forward, that builds trust...the coin is doing well in many markets, should catch up in the west soon.
It is a very good buy at current levels, expect it to be between $100-200 after June 2018.

I think It's not a ponzi. You can buy FRST(firstcoin) from the public coin exchange, such as, livecoin.net and yobit.net.

I was asked to buy a FRST coin package by a friend who has no fucking knowledge about cryptocurrency.
I was ok to put very small amount of money to buy the package since I could see we were able to trade FRST on Livecoin.net & yobit.net, and I was given an account to access FClub.

Now, all account at FClub is not able to send any FRST to exchange to trade. There were no announcement, communication from FClub or any other information on social media network about this interruption. We don't see any real activity from First Coin team to prove their project is healthy, no white paper, who the fuck is behind this projects? CEO, CTO, Development team? nothing.

I believe First Coin's collapse is coming very soon. The guy who created this topic can be anyone on this internet, no guarantee he is  from Fcoin project. It's 99.999% SCAM project.

You cannot compare Firstcoin to a normal crypto currency, even with a bad project. Firstcoin its a Ponzi and it is set to failure math wise.
Short ex: you go for 25k package. Your sponsor gets 20% affiliate commision and you get a 10% insta bonus, lol.  You get a 7.5%/month for staking, so in 6 months they have a ROI of 75% (20+10+6x7.5), without their profits. Ohh… great...they must be some kind of markets geniuses. I wonder why Wall Street doesn’t hire them.

A ponzi goes down when there are not enough new members, and it goes exponentially.

I have been reading the posts for a while now and was not interested in posting anything but just want to share my personal experience, knowledge and research

I don't want to knock other coins, but if you do your homework and research hundreds of other coins including ICOs including the whole crypto market, you are investing on pure trust and belief with no proven track record, if this is a problem for you then DON'T INVEST IN ANY CRYPTOCOIN. In any type of business online or offline their are always uncertainties and risks, is anything ever guaranteed?

FirstCoin is just like any other coin, sometimes better then some others, at least people that are promoting the coin are not hiding away, especially the management board. So the coin has gone from $16 to $1 i know this is bad, but not the end of the world and not the end of FirstCoin, crypto's are here to stay. But most traders and investors always buy at a discount, so for experienced people,i think this is a good opportunity.

Who do we blame? if you think you have lost your money and want to chase the people promoting the coin or the management? I personally know people that have purchased Bitcoins when the price was $19k and today its about $10K... the same story for hundreds of other coins also... who should we blame? who should we get our money back from? did we not think the price can go down also? only up? do you believe it will go up again?

The US stock market crashed this month and droped 1500 points in one day! who do you blame? where do we complain or get our money back?

People need to understand the project and the coin before making quick judgement's.

The project has a platform where if you lock your coins for a period of time they will reward you back in coins every month,  they are not paying interest, they don't state that they trade with the coins and yes they do give all the coins back that you lock in, i have got all mine back.

So you think its a Ponzi? please study the definition of a Ponzi scheme. The basics: you are taking money from new investors and using that money to pay off your old investors, in this instance you can see how a scheme is paying out to investors and where the money being paid out is coming from, the flow of money would usually be hidden from investors.

Unfortunately we now live in a world where governments use new TAX money to pay off old debt's, debt's which has been built up providing services back to the people, ponzi scheme? maybe, businesses always use new money to pay off the old, that's how most businesses operate.

FirstCoin they clearly state that they have premined the coins, meaning all the coins are in a reserve account (kind of like a bank pre printing money ready for distribution), so we know where the coins being paid out are coming from. They are using the platform to distribute the premined coins to people that have decided to lock their coins in return being rewarded more coins.

Remember you don't have to lock coins, they can be kept in the desktop wallet, platform wallet, on the wallet at yobit or in the coinomi wallet, they can be traded.

MLM Business model: Yes they have a part of the business which has a MLM structure to help promote the business, but its not compulsory like most MLMs. You don't have sign up anyone if you don't want to and are not required to do so, you are just given the option to do so if you wish in return for commission in coins.

Yes they have their flaws like any business, but i can see them trying to sort bits out. Crypto is a completely new business model, their ain't previous experience to go on or issues that can be expected, so most projects are going with the flow ironing out problems as they appear. We just need to be patient and support the project that we have taken part in and hopefully the price will increase over time.

FirstCoin has a huge offline community, I don't think many coins have a large offline community, that's why you don't find much information online, its all offline!

You cannot compare Firstcoin to a normal crypto currency, even with a bad project. Firstcoin its a Ponzi and it is set to failure math wise.
Short ex: you go for 25k package. Your sponsor gets 20% affiliate commision and you get a 10% insta bonus, lol.  You get a 7.5%/month for staking, so in 6 months they have a ROI of 75% (20+10+6x7.5), without their profits. Ohh… great...they must be some kind of markets geniuses. I wonder why Wall Street doesn’t hire them.

A ponzi goes down when there are not enough new members, and it goes exponentially.
So when they have 10 mil members for ex, they need at least 30 mil new signups next 6 months.. And then 100 mil, 500 mil etc..
And lets say bitcoin users gets to 300 mil people. Do we need more to sustain? No… and there is the difference between a healthy  ecosystem and a ponzi sht.
If you believe that ATMs and Paulownia trees are projects to sustain that kind of grow then you are naive…

Transparency: Where are their invoices with Trees bought and ATMs? Who makes the ATMs? What stage are them? etc etc..

So obv its not a sustainable business model and as soon as people stop investing the pyramid falls.

I am sure in a max 3 months they will come with an announcement similar with bitconnect and davorcoin. They will say that its a lot of FUD and legal issues so they have to close the staking program. And will refund people with useless Firstcoins ...

I was lucky to lock only small amount of money in the platform. When they are released (soon) they will be more or less worthless, and I'll dump them immediately. Lucky for my, the rest of the coins I kept at the exchange, and sold for 2x profit.

Like any other MLM scheme, after it ran out of new investors, this coin has no utility. Why do you need ATM, when you can order now full KYC supported MasterCard connected to your crypto wallet app and use it at any ATM or PoS?

With no real utility, this coin dies, like 90% other pump and dump coins. The only marketing so far was based on FOMO and nothing else.

However, I'm grateful for being investor in this project, since I was able to learn my lesson. Now I'm able to recognize coins with some potential.

My withdrawals are pending from 20.02.2018. although I passed the KYC procedure. I was not able to cancel this withdrawal and make one with all of my fee coins.

I've read the new presentation, and my conclusion is that nothing new is going on. The main focus is still on selling packages through MLM scheme, where your profit goes to the moon. This coin has no real utility, and will end up like 90% of other unsuccessful projects, thanks to this prolonged bear market.

At least I haven't done any MLM selling, so I don't have anyone who is now complaining to me, like most of the promoters.

I think it all depend on adoption and the community. I had a look at the coin as the price dipped rapidly. wanted to gram a bargain. But the project does not seems to be a solid one. Could understand how the price will increase if not for a pump

Be aware that if you chose to place your FirstCoin to their 'mining program' FirstCoin will charge you 7.5% to withdraw your coins back to an external wallet when the time comes to do that.
That would appear to include 7.5% of your original investment. Consider that for a moment - 7.5%.
Something, which anyone who's decided to go down that route, should raise with the FistCoin folks.

This coin is a good example of why not invest in new (not time-tested coins).
