We also want to give better support so that everyone get the help what is needed in order to solve the issues they got. Uptime is a big challange for many exchange at the current moment. We will focus to provide maximum uptime and upgrade everything as fast as possible. Also trusting us is something to work on because trust is not build in one day. We will be as transparant and consistent as possible and doing what we say is important in order to built the trust what is needed. UPDATE For people who have 2FA problems i got this answer in one of our tickets of some who found a solution I found the problem for me . It's a matter of timing . I wanted to use google auth but when I clicked on the enable 2FTA button , a pop up occured with the authy logo. since i don't have authy installed on my smartphone, i asked for a code via text message . after entering the authy code i got an "invalid code " message on the main window. Here is the trick : the code you have in the text box above the enable 2FTA button is the google one . But the code you asked for via text message (the one you supposed to enter in popup ) is an authy one . So if you wait to long to enter the authy code, by the time you click on the verify button, the google code has timed out and you get an invalid code one the main windows To get it to work you have to : wait for the timer beginning of a new google code . then quicly ( and very quickly) enter the google code, click the "enable to FTA" button. quickly ask for a authy validation code via text message , and enter it in the popup, click the verify button (enter key does not work) all this must be done before the google code change . Good luck . Some just don't. Some don't want to scroll to place orders. Some other people do like to scroll. Some want it simple others want a lot of TA or indicators. That's also the reason why we consider to built multiple different templates. Also lequidity is something we do need. That's also because we are not yet known by many people. But we are working on some marketing campagnes. The key differences will be better charting. Also more coins listed. Currently we work on some coins like NEO/GAS/RPX ETH/+tokens ZEC XMR SC DCR and more in the planning. Also we just started with currently only this template. But we want to make trading more easy for the starting trader/investor. Which means coins management will also be better. But these things are on the planning. Also we are european based which is different with regulation. We will never ask our clients more than we need. So currently KYC/AML is not needed in europe we will also not ask you to fill this if it isn't needed. We do require 2FA in order to withdraw funds this will bring more safety to our clients. The funds are also stored offline in our cold storage which will be secure for any kind of attack. Currently you should trade by us if you want better charting where you can add a lot of indicators to the chart. Which isn't really possible on other exchange with more than 30 coins. Just a quick update, I got my BTC withdraw after few hours and got 8 confirmation. - The withdrawal process is manual so it took few hours to process - Current BTC withdraw fee is 0.0012 - You will not get any history appear on your account history after withdrawal submitted, the history will only appear under "Account History" after they have sent the payment and you will the transaction ID. - Support time is within 24 hours for me For the BTC transaction ID you need to copy it and check on blockchain.info Overall the trade UI is nice to use but there are some chart display bugs and I think will be be iron out soon. Since withdrawal is manually process, I'm think it will take a long time if the exchange gets popular. So far this exchange is decent for me. Bitcoin withdrawals are instant only withdrawals are added to a queue which will being processed once a day. This is because we using batched bitcoin transactions. When the amount of withdrawals increase the withdrawals will be more often send. - site is nice & ease to use - deposit was good and fast and showing the status of a deposit - just 1 deposit hanging around somewhere out of 20 and hopefully my coinhouse supportticket regarding that will be resolved soon - support generally fast and within the promised 24h - wallet showing coins balances are a bit confusing not always accurate - withdrawls of ltc work very fast - withdrawls of btc are batched so it takes some time - in my case around 2 to 14 hours A nice start guys & we really need new good exchanges. Probably a good idea to think about knc in order to be on the save side. nova had quite a good level withdrawl system. I had made two BTC withdrawals and the smaller one was sent, larger one wasn't. The larger withdrawal was worth almost $600. I need an update on this asap, please check your tickets Coinhouse. Another thing I noticed is the TX ID given to the larger transaction in the history was matching the TX ID of the smaller transaction yet the larger amount was not logged/ sent. It looks like a bug where only one of the BTC amounts was sent, probably because they mentioned they were trying to combine multiple transactions into one. Well in my case they combined out most of my BTC, probably still sitting on their exchange.

Deposits were really fast & litecoin withdrawls nearly imminent! bitcoin withdrawls take some time but we know that and thats the case in nearly any other exchange! they upgraded a new withdrawl feature on bitcoins so we are now able to see the status of the withdrawls.

Or, I wonder why they've chosen to have the same name as an existing site. It's not like there are not enough names for an exchange. They probably wanted to take credits of that other site, even if that other one is also a scam, I got scammed over there and they came up with the same excuses, "It was the newbie's fault." I'm very sorry for the ones who are losing their coins. It's a shame that there is no regulation for this kind of sites after all. That's in my opinion what is going to happen in the near future. But it can still provoke damage by making a sell order at an extremely low ask price with all the coins the account have. I have used this exchange now to trade ECA/BTC a few times. I even recently made a reasonably sized BTC withdrawal which is where it seems most customers were having trouble. While my BTC withdrawal was not instant, it did arrive within 24 hours. They did mention in their withdrawal email to be patient, and there are several mentions on their site of only having a small amount of coins on hand as most is locked away in cold storage - which we can all agree is a prudent measure. All in all, I believe this is completely reasonable time-frame for a small and relatively new exchange.
So, for any worrying about the safety of this exchange... it appears (at least at the time of this writing 2/21/18) that they have fixed many of the difficulties they had been facing earlier in this thread. Based on the absence of angry comments since January, I would imagine that is true for other users besides myself as well. With all the recent mayhem surrounding quite a few exchanges it is good to see a newcomer making strides. I wish coinhouse.eu success growing their exchange and will continue to use them in the future. Would love to see some additional coins added. Coinhouse.eu, if you read this please consider adding some of the other low marketcap (but higher quality) coins that got stranded without a home with the downfall of CoinsMarkets such as COLX or ALQO.
