I'll admit - this looks quite awesome. But where are the private keys stored for these wallets?

Let's say one or more of these coins went to Coinbase and the price jumped 10x-100x.

What's to stop the folks running StakeUnited from running off with the coins in the wallets?

Not saying they'll do this - just asking the important questions rather than jumping in blind.

When you are using an exchange, who hold private keys? them, not you..

I guess it's just the same concept, it's risky just as you keep coins on exchanges.

Be smart, don't put all of your coins there, test it and gain trust..

Crypto is a world of anonymity and success, any thing can happen but you can gain big $$ as well.

The point is that they take it for you  because it's some times complex and expensive (you need hw to pay high electric bills etc), if you own the private keys means they can't stake it for you..

I've been staking MUT, AERM and HOLD on https://stakeunited.com/poolteam too, and it's a pretty nice system they've managed to build in such short time. I also know some of the guys in the dev team personally and they're solid and legit dudes with great knowledge and super drive.

@here Ok 1.6mil kb3 should take about 3-6 days to stake.   I stake about every 7 to 10 days on my own with 94500 kbs.  Just fyi.  We just need to be patient we are better off in a pool.  we will get there

I found StakeUnited when they were still in beta and tested them out with a small amount of a couple of coins, been gradually increasing my holdings over time. I have been very happy with the staking, and although I have never needed support, their dev team is very responsive on Discord and can fix deposit/withdrawal issues very quickly. They have also been improving the site design / user experience over the last month with more changes coming (they are teasing a masternode feature!)

In the course of about a month of staking with StakeUnited, I started with 58K Mutual and have staked a total of just over 4 million coins so far (and that was with withdrawing a total of 627K coins over the course of a couple weeks). There is no way I could have staked that much on my own.

I also started with 46 AERM and now have 380 Aerm, also in just over a month.

This sounds like a great idea. Problem? Too dangerous. I'm seeing this promoted practically in every exchange that has a trollbox. The minute they decide "nope we're not going to pay" is the moment all of your coins are gone. The only way you could have tried this was on the first day they opened but everyday it's going to be " are they going to close today? How about tomorrow?

I'm so tired of crypto scams and will continue to stick with my own staking wallets and suggest everyone do the same.

Seems quite unreal to make decision on StakeUnited since so many contradictory reviews around. I just tried deposit few thousand AERM and no problem at all. Let's see what the rewards will be like. I will update you later.

Haven't tried to withdraw anything from here yet and admit to being as sceptical as anyone else, I mean sending ur coins to a pool is a little like giving them away... BUT... I'm staking shit EMB coins that were going to waste on Cryptopia anyway and I bought a few xGOx because BUZZ couldn't be withdrawn from Yobit.

I've staked for i dunno nearly 2 weeks, and had over 10k EMB rewards, and I didn't put it much xGOx but staked over 60 coins from that.

My experience so far with the site, absolutely fine. And the active Discord channel and Twitter makes them at least visible and contactable if you have a problem.

They are working on new developments - which to me at least shows a team is behind this actively looking to improve itself.

Things to note:

BUZZ is a pile of shit right now and not worth the hassle of trying to get to stake here if you are able to withdraw it from where ever you have it anyway. Don't blame the pool for this.
Deposits into and first staking rewards can take upwards of 24hrs to 48hrs but once its up and running, it stakes and updates the balances regularly.
For the sceptics, its fine, you don't have to post scam alerts on everything you don't like - but if you have some subsatoshi or lowvalue coins just sitting around like EMB this is as good a place as any to keep it even just to test you can deposit, stake and withdraw to post an unbiased post at least to be helpful to others.

Anyway - I just hope they look to add a few more popular POS coins like Linda, PAC, PINK or GRC. There is a voting area on their discord channel as well.

Hi mate :) please check our Discord or the one of the BUZZ developers. There was much trouble going on. The new BUZZ team doesnt like big pool wallets that much. So they changed their code to the disadvantage of pools. The BUZZ developers also added a new "feature" to their latest wallet which automatically withdraws 5% of incoming stakes to the BUZZ developer wallet. We will also release an updated announcement regarding BUZZ soon.
But at the moment there are really better alternatives to stake. You can take a look in Diverse (DVRS) for examples. Nice stake rewards + stable price atm.

Yeah, at the moment the website can be really slow/not accessable, because we are currently facing a DDoS attack. Even cloudflare full protection doesnt help at the moment. Last time we got things straight in around 2 hours. So fingers crossed :)

I started with 500 Diverse in this pool 3.5 days ago. I started receiving stakes for the last two days. So far I have almost doubled my initial stake of 500 coins. My biggest complaint so far is that it took almost 8 hrs for your site to even acknowledge the receipt of my coins. I do plan on pulling out my initial 500 once I reach that number. Everything after that is house money.

Hi mate :) please read the FAQ/HowTo. Withdrawals are processed every 24hours (around 1am GMT). It wont make any sense to open wallets more often due to staking purposes. But as you may noticed our webserver was DDoS'ed yesterday so we had other thigns to do. We apologize for any inconvenience. But we are happy that you received your coins now :)

You really need to do your own research on coins before getting into them. You should check out the roadmap and look for differentiating characteristics that will set the coin apart in the long run, look for an active community on the forum and/or discord. Coins with too high of an ROI end up crashing due to over-inflation, so one thing to check with higher % coins is how they plan to deal with inflation.

If you don't have a StakeUnited account, I would recommend opening one and then researching the coins they currently have listed to make your decision on which coins to start staking.

I was banned by @lowlife because I pointed out that advertising false information is bad marketing. In case you didn't know, bad marketing may bring some temporary clientele and revenues, but eventually back fires.

The problem with that is that it's not true! As we all know SU is a fairly new staking pol and there have previously been at least 2 staking pools before SU

I asked in the #general channel to have that statement removed to avoid bad marketing, since it's not true. @lowlife replied that "it is". Then I stated that I wouldn't have brought it up if it was true, and immediately got kicked out of the #general channel.

I had a friend go to the same channel afterwards, and reported that there was no sign of me there. Not even my message telling @demo#7456 to fuck-off because I am not interested in his scams and cc carding invites he was sending SU Discord members in direct messages (my message got a few thumbs up for that, btw)

So it seems like SU is spreading lies, defending scammers like @demo#7456, and censoring, concerned SU users, like Nazis.

I have taken a screenshot of this post this time, to use as proof, in case I get censored again.

So, once more, can we have the sentence "Our Pool is the world first full managed pool" removed from the homepage because false advertising is bad marketing?

Also, I demand to be unbanned/unblocked from the SU Discord, and a formal apology issued by the Nazi using the @lowlife handle.

iam a user of stakeunited and i was in many other pools in the past. And if you check the main page the big first sentence sais "Welcome to the world's first automated managed pool"

So in the past i did not know any other pool which was automated like this. ALl pools where workign with sheets and maybe a website if not just discord chan or bitcointalk threads...

Even coinmarkets was no real stakepool for me.. did you ever check how much stakes you get? almost nothing compared to SU and you did not even see any reports of you stakes... for me coinmarkets was nothing more than an exchange.. and not even a good one.

So could you give us an example which pool was automated and managed like SU?  ok maybe the word automated is missing there but i found the word automated on multiple palces on the site. SO for me it is not false advertising.

And every time i wrote a admin amessage cause someone bothered me or did send me scam stuff a admin took care of it.. well as soon they were on i think they might have a real live too.

I think the SU team is doing a great job and if you compare their support to other supports they are really good.

And because I called them out on it publicly on discord they banned me

I made a withdrawal from an IC masternode and they sent the tokens to this address: iom4wzGfdvMJJuaWLpza3RdHvDjJQDvYRS instead of my address I had previously used and successfully withdrew tokens to before which was the address I entered in at the time of the withdrawal. If you look at the wallet they sent them to there are massive transactions and I believe it is a wallet of their own but after a couple weeks of trying to get help on their support system and also on their discord I have been met with nothing but rude condescending remarks and even blamed for the problem all without them even looking to see what happened. I was banned from their support on discord for asking about it and in general just ignored. I have found I am not the only one that is disgusted with them so I would use extreme caution when dealing with these people, I know my tokens are gone and unfortunately without anyone there willing to help or look into it they can legitimately blame it all on you and keep your tokens. Its a sad state of affairs that we have to just blindly take chances on places like this but I guess I made a bad choice going with StakeUnited.

Yes of course, you have to send the coins to the portfolio that gives you stakeunited. Once they arrive they will send it to another account but note your participation so they can assign your earnings.

I think it is important to clarify that once you send the coins they will remain in their hands, but in this case it seems a good company that fulfills its purpose

I agree that the risk in this project is very high. The founders of the project at least can provide personal data, passport, driver's license (standard volume of KYC). This is also not a guarantee that in case of problems we will return the investment, but at least something. I think this type of joint investment should be changed to keep the coins in the account of some intermediary (smart contract or something).

Yes sometimes withdrawals take only 1 day, sometimes 2...

Many POS coins are dropping, because of starting high APR blocks and the market at the moment, not only HIGHT.
When HIGHT was very stable the APR was much lower, less inflation and almost no dumping...

I think there will be only good and valueable coins in the future, no generic high staking coins anymore...

I have been a member of StakeUnited since the very beginning when there were only a few coins available to pool with.

I have found StakeUnited to extremely helpful and expeditious on the rare occasions that problems arise.

StakeUnited cannot be accountable for any coin where the Dev turns rogue, or the coin fails for any other reason as most coins have been suggested and voted on before being listed.
This concerns DVX coin in particular as the majority of these coins were airdropped into our accounts..


I Have quite a few DVX also in my StakeUnited portfolio, Most of these were given to me for FREE and I have amassed 1000's due to StakeUnited's diligent coin control while staking, as they do with all coins.

They do not have any control over any coin developer, or what that developer chooses to do to his/her particular coin...

You can still withdraw your coins but there is a service fee for that.

Its really important if you make an investment to keep informed about it!

I have been asking for my coins for 3 month but they kept saying that wait for the final withdrawal date and now they are asking withdrawal fee of 4LTC which worth more than my actual coins.
Don't stake with them, I am going to report to the anti fraud department and i am going to sue them, no matter whatever cost I have to pay but I'll teach them a lesson.

Dealt with stake united many times. Both withdrawals and deposits went smooth. they delayed withdrawal for 6 days but paid all my coins plus staked ones.
Until now, Those people pay without problems.

Today I received my coins. Everything works.

These guys running a shit show, delists coin (many did not rcv email notification including me). Then ask for 4 LTC to have them back :D
Now I have issue logging in to account, not even to support account (password reset does not work either), discord is down no one replies on twitter seems like they are on the run now

The delisting of dv8 was announced in the website e-mail And the discord server.

STAKEUNITED is absolutely a scam site, i just found out yesterday and it is a matter of time for all other ppl to discover this truth as well.


I putted a huge lump of EMBER COIN in the SU and now they stolen all of it >:( even the EMB support team defend the their stealing action. StakeUnited, they delisted Ember and give a short period of time to the coin holders to withdraw their coins and if anyone couldn't get their notice in that short time, they stolen all their coins without any shame. and if the poor victims claims their coins they would block them from all their platforms >:(  they are very professional scammers they delisted this coin in SU in order to easily steal our coins and after sometimes passed and when they ignored the complains of all the victims, they will find a way to sell all the stolen coins. I can not believe they could steal all our coins and could get away with their crimes so easily.

at beginning of the work of Stake United , Ember team has told all the users in discord that the Stake United is a good site and even they would support the swap of this coin. so we trusted their saying and put our coins there since the Ember shitty wallet never worked properly and now they abused our trust in them by supporting the Stake United for stealing our coins.

the SU even didn't give a proper timing for withdrawing of our coins, they gave less than a month which is not a fair timing at all since we thought they would take care of swapping and never would have seen this coming and we were busy with our real life just for a short period of time and when we come to check just saw to our surprises they have abused our absent and stolen all our coins. like what would have be if they hold our coins little bit longer, I would understand if they have stopped staking but zeroing our balance is totally inequity.

I was refunded? haha what a joke. A guy from DV8 community was kind enough to share some DV8 but that is not the point, It was not much anyway but people like you must be brought to justice and your acts must be highlighted so we can grow.

PS: Seems like I was right, SU has decided to shut down. I did not rcv their email nor any tweet regarding it but its on their website. 2018 has been very kind in terms of killing scams.

please read it first guys before getting touch with this project/platform again, they are shutting down their platform. It is so sad that nobody is posting it in their official thread.
in case you still hold some coins on their platform, go take it back as soon as possible.

Yes, my balance was on POS pool. Do you mean "Seat Cancellations" button is not working at the "MN Seats" page?

As far as I remember, at first you should cancel your seat from Masternode
And then withdraw your coins.

The service of this project is very good and good, hopefully the service can become a reality and can make people happy.
