I don't quite get what you mean by "Voting on upcoming music to influence when it's played". Like, suppose I am a bar owner and a customer of your service. Does this means my customers can simply choose which song to play next by downloading your app and join/enter/tether into my account or do they need to pay to have their song played next?

Creating musical social experience means that venue owners enable customers to influance on music played in their bar, restaurant, gym, store, etc.
We give venue owners new tool to engage their customers. Latest statistics shows that 4 out of 10 customers stay longer in a places where appreciated music is played.

Music service for business requires completely different licensing from record labels. It also requires licensing from Performing Right Organizations (PROs) which are not required in regular (non-commercial) music services. That's two major differences.

I like the idea but by allowing users to buy tokens through the app you basically set the upper limit for coin value. At current Eth price, and full bonus, you'll be getting MZI@ $0.01 and max will be $0.05 through the app purchases. 1 month ago this would have been about £0.003 which would be much more appealing.

I don't know how you'd get around this as you need end users to be able to purchase easily (in fiat).

MZI purchased through the app (in fiat) can't be transferred to ETH wallets. These MZIs can be use only in app for buying actions.
MZI purchesed right now during preICO can be use in app and now is the best moment to buy them as you will get 80%-77% discount from in-app price.

Hey guys - can you tell me about the potential upside other than buying now and using in-app? I read the whitepaper, and looks like the only upside is buy now and use at the value of 5 cents each. Ad.1. Co-Founders LinkedIn profiles were set up in first half of 2017, but it doesn't mean anything. Please check our whole team background and you will see we are the right people to this job ;)
Ad.2. Our product is very specific and creating MVP would cost 80% of total price, so it doesn't make sense in our case. All tech spec are done we just waiting to preICO ends to start full app development.
Ad.3. We've got CTO in our team, he is a shareholder of Moozicore Inc. CTO has his own team of devs, they will start working on the app right after preICO.

Your whole team is two founders with 0 tech background. Rest are advisers and shareholders/contractors. "Yes we have" is not an answer - give details/links to prove. Who is CTO and what is the dev team?

What is your high level functional spec? If you say all tech specs are finalized, I am sure you can share functional specs which does not divulge any implementation details.

Give specific proof instead of handwaving. 

Pre-sale ends 30 Jan 2018 and then till  1 Aug 2018 just a break of ICO? I mean usual ICO ends 28 Aug so we can trade tokens just autumn 2018? This is like freezing tokens for more a half of year. Btw I very love the idea you want to realize.

You say the coins bought through the app can't be transferred outside the app - that much I am getting, also that tokens bought now at a discount can be transferred into the app and used.

Let's say I don't wanna use the coins/tokens but simply want to invest. If the coins can be purchased at $0.05 (or whatever) through the app, why would the tokens bought now increase in price to one higher than that if (IF I got that right!) IF all they can be used for is transferring them to the app and actually use them? Why should anyone pay let's say $1 for them on an exchange when he can buy them for $0.05 through the app?

Maybe I am just not getting it. It all sounds like a good idea, but I fail to see the point of investing in something that will always be available at a steady price if you know what I mean.

I guess I got something wrong here, so any explanation would be appreciated.

This is why I queried about the value proposition of the tokens outside of the app! If there is revenue share etc, it is possible. Ideally there should be two classes of tokens, one is MZI, whose value can keep on growing, and another is internal MZI (let's say iMZI), which is fixed at $0.05. Then there should be a conversion factor so that for 1 MZI, you can get X amount of iMZI. Otherwise, if there is a 1:1 conversion when you send MZI into the app, no one will ever send it if value of externally trading MZI is > $0.05, as it will lose value immediately. Moreover, this will create utter confusion.

I do not think all these have been thought through well. It better be clarified. Overall project idea is very good, but I see lot of lack in execution. It would be a shame if this fails. Please, hire better people who can execute it properly. You should take me asking questions positively and improve.

If MZI market value will be for example $0,1 you will be able to buy 2x MZI in app (2x $0,05). In-app MZI price doesn't determine the MZI market value which is determined mostly by supply-demand factor.

What is that demand coming from?

Let's say people buy your coin outside of the app because they believe in your project and it rises in value because of that, those coins can be traded for more in-app MZI than before the increase in value!?

In other words, the point of buying the coins would not initially be to trade them right away, but hoping for it to rise in value and then trade or sell them?

If that is the case, I agree that you should make this more clear and probably name both types of coins differently to avoid a lot of confusion that'll surely be caused otherwise.

I really like the idea of your project, but it should be executed slightly different for the reasons named above and to make people actually buy the coins outside of the app, for now it is simply not apparent enough when or why they should rise in value thus make a good investment.

Some investors in my country rated MZI as unqualified on Binance and would not be able to raise $ 5 same other companies have total supply 1 billion. What do you think about this?

I like the concept here. I have taken the time to read over your whitepaper & website, however I still don't completely understand the value investing in MZI pre-sale. I appreciate that a discount is applicable pre-sale & the pre-sale vs in-app purchase scenario, however for investors I don't understand the value given the tokens can only be used for in app purchases. When MZI is released on the Exchanges in March what is going to drive the value beyond $0.05? Clap it out for me here buddy??

If 80k MZI per ETH is sold during August ICO (if the price of ETH remains similar, then it will be still ~$0.02 per MZI), I fail to understand why the price of MZI trading at exchanges will not be capped below that, or even if it increases to more that @0.02 in the exchanges in the mean time, when ICO starts during August, it will crash back down to between 1c and 2c.

The only solution to above if MZI ICO during August looks at exchange prices and bumps up / adjusts the ICO price accordingly.

You know, I asked this EXACT same question to "Alex," and I got the most bizarre "answers" (which were actually just goofy questions that seemed really evasive) I've ever received to a query of this nature. Well, that's not quite right, I was told to read the FAQ, which I did beforehand and didn't feel satisfied afterwards.  

I understand that I might not "get it," and that's fine, but Moozicore should be able to provide answers to such a simply conceptualized question. If someone wants to fill me in where Moozicore couldn't, I'd really appreciate it. Finally, I was told if I didn't like these "answers," then I should talk to the CFO. "What would compel someone to purchase early on on an exchange later" should be a really simple question to answer without giving someone the runaround.

Update: Finally, the answer I got was "there are still a lot of people who want to trade token in anticipation of eventual price rise. Many people who invest aren't interested in using the tokens in the app. They simply want to buy, hold and then sell for higher price...so and again, if you want deeper information about future regarding mzi. Hubert (CFO) is in the channel too." But what will provide this rise?

But this should be something that the company has the vision to explain to me now, I would think. Forming partners where MZI would serve as a discount payment, but the answer to this was "total supply will be less with locked mzi in the app...our idea is the b2b side with Moozicore, with the app." To which I replied that there would have to be something compelling MZI to have value associated with it.

And, finally, the part of the answer that was "that is your thinking of it.. i cant change that...why coins like cappasity rise? but no one uses the store / we cant just say, buy them on exchange to use it in the app. that would kill it." Ok, so there's "supply" but no "demand." So, in other words, "Alex" admitted that just having tokens on an exchange without creating actual value, but also admits that Moozicore has absolutely nothing in place to provide this sense of value... Well, maybe the CFO has these answers, but I'm going to have to do my own detective work in that area, it appears.

So, as far as I can tell, with what "Alex" told me, is that there will be MZI in the float and that their value will increase because of their scarcity and nothing more. Moozicore "can't say" why someone would exchange these tokens, but, if, indeed, no further utility was created for them, they're headed for a "kill."

I left him with this: "But your company should actually provide those pathways for value creation.. people aren't just going to use MZI for the sake of using them.. They'll use Ethereum or something of that sort. Ok, Alex, I've had enough.. creating value for your stakeholders should be a priority for your company, but you don't have  anything like that in place."

I can only hope that "Alex" is just crappy at his job and that there is a plan to create value, but I'll either have to have some of you help me with that or I'll have to keep going with this detective work, myself.

By a platform, do you mean exchange? With yobit, you can never know when will your luck due. It's like a Russian roulette. My advise would be to wait a little more for a better exchange, but if you insist, try to send few first to test.

Yeah, I checked it again, this time under the btc amd usd tab instead of the "top" tab and its there actually, also checked the coininfo to make sure MZI really stands for moozicoin, and it's also correct.

I would suggest to wait for other exchange, as from what I heard hitbtc now asked for both deposit and withdrawal fee, surely not very ppleasant, although I haven't checked it by myself.

If you want to do a token transfer from MEW (I have to assume you put them there as it's the most common place) to exchange, just copy the tokem deposit address from the exchange to MEW, check the appropriate gas price, then you're good to go.

Unless it was robbed, your token and all other balances will still the same as when you left them. Just keep your private key to yourself, keep it somewhere safe. In case you want to access your balance from different device where all other means to gain an entry is not available, you can regain your balance with that key, completely and totally and fully untouched and un-deducted.

how did you do that? you got still 7200 mzi on your wallet, be sure to use max and yeah you need some Gas to do it. No one can really help you with sending your own Token  :-\

The in-app price or the discount which is stated in the Ico is illustrative and based upon the lowest value of any item users can purchase within the app. If anything, the $0.05 price is a floor/base price - a starting position. MZG price is free to move on exchanges in line with supply and demand, just like any other coin/token. Still MZG used in app or send in-app can't be traded anymore and are out of Supply.

There are many companies launched their music streams under blockchain but they left their project without any developments. So, i have gone through moozicore roadmap it seems very positivity about the company but after crowdsale, they need to deliver what they mentioned in the roadmap.

Moozicore uses its own token based on blockchain ethereum ERC-20 as its ecosystem element. To put it in technical terms, Moozicore is a dAPPs product. The token used and saved in blockchain is changed into an inside controlling instrument, with which the users can make use of the functionalities of the app. Moozicore also researches how blockchain can be used to store and interact with music data in order to create more effective marketing mechanisms (e.g. measuring the impact of music's popularity on marketing effects from multiple sources).

Based on data from the blockchain (metadata), Moozicore will allow to evaluate if a given song has impact on the development of the application. Blockchain is the perfect means to do it - it enables connecting multiple-source
data and providing information from the music industry without breaching any external licenses.

In which countries do you plan to develop? Will Russian performers be added to the platform? Or will you be in all countries?

I have seen this information, they should have done it on November 14th, but they accelerated the distribution to November 8th, honestly I just saw this moozicore project because it accelerated their distribution, at least it looks bolder than other projects that often delay payments, things the concern is that MZG is only available on coinbene yet on other trading sites, hopefully it will get even more MZGs listed on other trading sites, given the possibility of bounty hunters dumping it at cheap prices

Hmmm. If that is true, then I think its a cheap excuse as they should have anticipated it even before the program had started. Actually I'm excited to join their staking program  just like most MZG holder but there is nothing we can do but to wait.

However, I would assume that they would also extend their registration to their staking program to accommodate others especially the bounty participants who are willing to join it. Now I think we should wait a little bit longer, maybe tokens will be sent within a day or two. Hopefully! :)

Are you sure this delay is only due to the GAS problem?
they have collected a lot of funds, why are they concerned about the cost of the GAS which is not too expensive.
I checked https://ethgasstation.info, fee GAS /transfer is 12gwai ($0.047). this is already too low in my opinion. I think they have another reason, why not distribute bounty tokens according to plan. are they afraid prices will dump when tokens are distributed?

I have just found out about this project. Had a quick read of the OP and while I do think there is space in the background music niche I am not sure if I'd like other people to put music in a bar or terrace. Maybe they only like  a style or they come with a large group of people so they can democratize the music played in there. Night clubs have certain themes and sometimes live DJs who manage the music played there. That's why the patrons pay them so we don't have to think about it..

To date I haven't been in a venue where I've really disliked the music so that I'd have to leave..

Their model was more like a jukebox where you can choose music you want to play, so it's kinda more to what you like instead of dislike. Given that Spotify actually didn't allow their service to be used for venue and business purpose (or so I heard) their project can be a good alternative, especially with their partnership with Sony

You are right, in this article we should also consider the will list the coin of all those exchanges once after IEO concludes. Till now, they didn't announce anything about how much coins they sold during their crowdsales and through IEO. But we have to see how much information they will provide once after distributing the bounty rewards.

I think that was very common and if we see the bitcoins price it is drastically dumping again and what we could expect into the other altcoins to follow and make a low. Maybe this time moozricore is in a bad price but we will gonna see in the near future.

the reason why the value of MZG is dump because a lot of bounty hunter who sell the tokens , they got yesterday so that impact value of MZG getting down , but i think 2-3 month will be back and the market is also not broad and needs to be listed on several large exchanges so that there is a better change value .

I don't think this will add interest, just look at what we get from the staking program is MZG, it's only buying a little time before the price of MZG is getting destroyed

If the project performs as what is expected, then there is a very good chance that those who have staked their MZG will get very good returns. There is no point selling my MZG on a low price - might as well stake them to get additional tokens. I'll take my chances! :)

I don't want to give assurances about the project but so far I still have confidence in them so as the investors and those that didn't sold their token for a penny. So we will see what will happen next and hopefully it will be for good. :)

Well we don't have control over that matter since I believe the team did their best to have the right timing on their IEO but in terms of product development, we have to understand that it is a tedious and repetitive process to eliminate every possible bug in order to have a solid product onced released.

I think its a good idea since some projects did tie up their token to stablecoins such as USDT and it resulted to a more stable price range.
