After a successful first GroupBuy I've decided to open up a 2nd one as I've been getting a lot of questions about hosting it. After the first one I've learned a lot when it comes to packaging/shipping as well as my fee, I've done changes to all of them.

What are Satori coins:

Satori Coins are actually chips made in Japan that are loaded with 0.001BTC and every HF coin after October 2017. It is made out of plastic, weighs 11.5 grams and measures 40 mm in diameter. It feels high quality as those of you who have held any knows.

How will you order them:

Once this GB has been completed I will place an order with SatoriCoin and have them deliver the goods to me where I will start shipping out to the people that participated. After the first groupbuy I've talked a lot to people that received their coins as many gave me some good feedback and I'll be taking it all in to consideration when shipping these rolls out.

Payment, order limits & costs:

As the price per coin changes depending on the size of your order we'll have the final price when we are ready to place the order. I will not accept payments straight away as the $ price per BTC can fluctuate and it could leave me in a bad spot.  The aim for us should be to get to 2000 coins = 80 rolls as that is where we'd get the highest discount. Looking at it now and if BTC doesn't push or drop several thousands of dollars prior to making the order we'd be looking at around 0.035BTC per roll.

Order & Fee:

I'll put a minimum limit of 1 roll per order to not have to deal with loose coins/chips which could lead to a logistic nightmare. There's no maximum limit on how many rolls you can order.
Regarding the fee which was a hot topic last time around I've decided to set it as a progressive fee that starts at 0.001BTC up to 0.01BTC depending on how many rolls you order. The fee is 0.001BTC per roll up to 10 rolls and any order over 10 rolls has the same 0.01BTC fee. This is to ensure that everyone gets the same price per roll while not having to pay too to much for just the 1 roll orders.

Shipping and Import Taxes:

Once I have received the rolls I will look to everyone to pay for their shipping costs, for this I will accept any cryptocurrency as payment. I will also ask Moto at Satoricoin to mark down the value of the tokens even further to avoid high import taxes / VAT charges. More on this once we get there.

Regarding payments.. I won't mind accepting coins besides BTC as long as there's a bit extra added to cover transaction fees and exchange fees since I'll have to convert it as Satoricoin only accepts BTC as payment. Just let me know once I'm starting to accept payments and we'll figure it out :).

As for closing this and accepting payments I'm still awaiting a reply from Moto to make sure is 100%, I don't want to rush in to something when we are dealing in tens of thousands of dollars.. I'll keep you all updated on whats going on though :). I think ordering tomorrow or on Monday won't make any difference with the shipping as nothing would happen on Saturday-Monday due to new years and weekend. But I'll make it happen within a good timeframe :)

Also just heard back from Moto so here's the latest update regarding the order we'll place:

Starting today until January the 4th, Satoricoin will close shop and all employees will take a vacation. This means that the earliest they can ship out any order we make will be on January the 5th, in 7 days.

We can place the order prior to that if we'd like to but I'd rather not, so let's keep it open until Wednesday and then I'll start collecting payments to make sure everything goes smooth. Moto also said they'll once again ship it using the FedEx Priority option which means 2 or 3 day delivery! :D.

So, order up boys, let's see how far we can take this :).

I would possibly like a roll depending on the price. But I really think the order should be placed when btc is at a low not a high

The price depends on what rate BTC is at when we make the order.. I'd also like a time machine or a fortune teller that could actually predict the future so I'd know when BTC is at the low or the high.. But that ain't happening.

The price per roll seem to be just below 0.037BTC so I'll ask everyone to pay 0.037BTC per roll to cover everything if BTC were to have a crazy spike over the next 12 hours. Don't worry as I'm saving down every txID and writing down exactly how much was sent to me from each individual. Any extras left over will be kept to cover shipping fee's (means you'll send less later on).

I'm asking everyone of you to please look over the post to see that your roll amount and total amount is correct. If you'd like to do any changes please let me know, we are at 175 rolls in total so if you want to remove one or two from your order you can do so without worrying about making the price higher for the rest of us :).

Please, when sending the payment, include a sufficient fee to ensure I have access to these funds within the next 18 hours, anything that is unconfirmed after that time will be returned to the sender without them being able to participate in this groupbuy.

I'm guessing the hold up is the 2.129BTC that is still unconfirmed.

Did you opt for Hhampuz Prime?  I did, same day shipping, highly recommend you do it next group buy. 

Given that the order hasn't been placed yet (I assume, since funds haven't been moved and a large amount is still unconfirmed), and that Bitcoin's price has went up ~2000 USD in the past 24 hours, should we expect to see a lower cost per roll?

The order has not been placed yet, we are currently waiting for one final transaction to confirm (1.794BTC). As soon as it does confirm I will place the order, which should be shortly :).

As for the price per roll, I believe it will be a bit lower but considering the lionshare of the cost of these rolls is the 0.025BTC that is loaded on to them and as the price per BTC increases in USD so does the cost per roll. I still expect the price to be around 0.036x but anything that is left over will be kept until I have the rolls in hand so that it can cover or partially cover shipping costs and import taxes. Anything that would be left after that will be refunded :).

I got snowman prime.. also got a refund on my last shipment as it took a week!

Looks like they've sent out over 1000btc at an average 135sat/B, and no TXs have confirmed in the last two days

(S)hitBTC.. They suck. They charge their customers a flat fee of 0.0009BTC, and if you look at that transaction that is yet to confirm you can see that thay are basically robbing their customers if you do the math :D

UPDATE

I have now sent in the payment to Satoricoin. It was not only the unconfirmed transaction that was the hold back, they had some issues with their payment provider as well.

The total cost per roll ended at 0.0349 per roll which means you are all owed 0.0021BTC per roll you ordered. I would prefer to hold on to this until I have rolls in hand and have figured out all costs for shipping & import taxes. Hopefully this is OK with you all as last time around I sent back refunds first and then people had to send back some and it became a giant mess.

I'm continuing talks with Moto and I will keep you all updated on any progress. I expect to have the package by Wednesday and I'll start sending out packages on Wednesday night hopefully, I expect all packages (barring everyone has sent me their shipping info) by next Friday. Please send me your shipping info if you have already not done so. Use privnote.com to create a self-destructable note that I can only read once.

I honestly don't know what is happening with HITBTC nowadays. I always used to use it, however its beginning to dawn on me that I should probs stay away from it. I had a withdrawal of around 0.1 BTC after I traded some ETH, and it took them around 40 hours to actually send out the BTC. Confirmation will take another few days.

Shipping should be a flat rate of ~$25 worldwide with the rate going up only with the weight, no matter the location. The larger shipments (8 rolls +)  I'll try and figure out the best way to do it. But last time around it went really smoothly so should be no worries now either.

It looks like I'll be getting the first package on Thursday and the second package on Friday :). I've been thinking about this since I learned that they've done custom chips in the past, currently talking with Moto about it to see what we can figure out. Finally got my SnowPrime delivery in hand. At first, I questioned the cardboard rigidity standards in Snowworld, but I think the USPS simply treated this thing like a dodgeball. In any case, I opened it up, and not only were all my rolls undamaged, but the great Satori god Hhampuz granted me imo the most desireable roll of Satori releases. #420. Holy fucking christmas.
