I do believe LTC has the best shot at being a true retail transactional cryptocurrency. It has good speed, low fees, and wide merchant adoption already, and accessible to purchase for newcomers.

Litecoin is very potential coin.I heard about LTC most provably end of the 2016 but this time i was not interested to invest in Litecoin when price was 4$
but still this is bright future crypto coin.

Huge potential for LTC! Litecoin should already be higher than $1k imo. With the long term history, plus ASICs backing it.. There is no reason why the price should be so low.

In recent days ripple is bumping in all the price index sites. But litecoin is not growing like XRP so now investing on ltc is not advisable for anyone. However, some weeks before we have found the LTC shows around 150 USD bump in the single day.
There is not big adoption LTC on that too so still grows in that time means in future also we can find the exponential bump in the chart.

By adding support for cryptocurrencies like LTC, DOGE and BCH, our players will be able to spend much less on transaction fees.”

Litecoin is one of the oldest currencies of this market. People prefer litecoin when bitcoin loses value. For these reasons, Litecoin will continue to gain value every year

litecoin i believe was the first altcoin.. i think at end of 2018 could see it at 0.1-0.2 BTC. I believe Charlie Lee selling all his ltc holdings was bad in the short term but in the long run it will benefit the coin.

Litecoin is the first alt I know and I never doubt it. Maybe in the next year will be many people who are interested and use litecoin. I'm sure the price will rise to 200% or 300% of the current price.

As the prices of other coins are expected to increase in 2018, LITECOIN will also increase and give the holder great profit

It will be at least 0.15 BTC next year or more. So i will Invest in LTC

Litecoin has great growth potential in the coming year.  It is a reliable, well-know name that has maintained its ground over time.  The actual technology behind litecoin is also solid and serves a real-world purpose for quick and feasible transactions.  My feeling is that Litecoin will reach wider adoption in 2018 and therefore rise in value.

Litecoin is dead and then charlie lie as the founder of litecoin has been sold all of his shares in the litecoin. There is a lot of competitor for that just like bitcoin cash, bitcoin god and another bitcoin fork coin with the more improvement anytime.  Litecoin is not good as these people said.

I sold all my LTC at 109 right before the big bull run, i'm regretting this very much, i wont leave sell orders over night anymore

Litecoin has been around for a long time, but the development of Litecoin prices is far less than that of Ethereum. If it's about Bitcoin Cash, I guess I'm still unsure of that. Because I can not decide only from a short development. Unlike the development of Bitcoin which is a master and has been there since the beginning. Litecoin is always volatile, but still good in its uniqueness. If you use for mining, maybe it can be good but you have to do your own research. Lately, I heard that Litecoin prices went up but I also heard that the developer has sold all of his Litecoin.

No chance! LTC never be ETH. May be ETH will die in 2018-2019 but LTC never replace this. There are some more smart coins that better than LTC. And LTC that is fork BTC simply no chance to move up

one of the benefits of being Litecoin is that it is a copy of bitcoin (of course it is also its downside too). because of this this altcoin have always followed bitcoin to the moon and we all know that bitcoin is moving towards the moon one way or another.

Definitely Lite Coin future will be bright in 2018.I consider LTC is next ETH.In February 2017 Lite Coin price was more than 10$+ when I bought 8 LTC now worth of 1500$.Last month LTC touched 300$+ I think in 2018 it will be crossed 500$.

Now the price of lite coin is reduced from 300$ to 180$.This seems to be a good time to inverse in lite coin.Now the price of lite coin is half of the price raised to maximum.So make your move to inverse in lite coin.

This currency is massive potential and I believe that Litecoin will be more successful in coming years. As well, their current price is  acceptable ( $ 188 ) in spite of this period the majority of currencies in crisis.

I think that litecoin is one of the better projects available in the market and it is one of those coins which will surely grow in the future. Litecoin is known for its lightning quick transactions as it is almost 4 times faster than Bitcoin. the fees for transactions is also very low which makes it more usable than Bitcoin.

What's the difference between Litecoin and Bitcoin Cash?

Litecoin is my favourite coin.I like this one very much and in 2018. I see the price of per litcoin will be touched 1000 usd. and we are already see that in november litcoin touch 400$. So I will strongly believe its corss 1000$ very soon

I think it has bright future but at the same time i think its value will also be linked to btc, if btc does well in the rest of the year ltc will also follow, at the moment market is in a bearish tone, lets hope it will reverse soon.

Litecoin has a huge potential in 2018. But it is not the future of 2018. There are a lot of pennies competing with Litecoin. But I still think Litecoin is one of the best coin ever. I can guess its price will be around 1000$. If bitcoin is back up to 20000$

I think price of Litecoin will be highly affected by bitcoin price and real time usage of Litecoin. Some websites are preparing accepting Litecoin as a payment method. If this happens price will soar.
There is also a battle between Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin, I am sure Roger Ver have some instruments fighting Litecoin and we will see how this will affect the market.
And finally, if Bitcoin transforms into lightning network and its real time usage is succesful, this may affect Litecoin negative.

For me I think the possible price of the litecoin become $1000 so it's better to buy litecoin now. Because if you have litecoin you cn gain more profit. For sure those people who bought litecoin when the price is very cheap or 1 digit are now very happy because some of them for sure are now rich or earn big profit.  I hope I go back to the prjce when it cheap and buy thusands of litecoin and hold it for few years to become rich.

As I currently feel this coin is underperforming compared to others, in terms of price. On the other hand, I love using it for transactions, as its quick and cheap, a nice alternative for eth for making transactions. So the underperformance is not a bad thing by this perspective.
If they make developments to further improve the coin, I might be looking into buying more of it.

I think there have to be some big changes coming for LTC. I still am stuck on the Charlie Lee drama with selling all of his coins. It seems like a move that would be required if he was going onward to develop bigger partnerships with LTC and other companies (FB?)

Yeah your right, value of litecoin now in the market seems healthy because more people now are looking for some alternative coin to invest. I guess they want to promote litecoin now that why their price are continuously increasing.
Buying litecoin now is a good strategies due to their price recently was not yet on the maximum value so I believe that if we buy now, we will earn a lot of income in the near future.

LTC is a long term projects and it has a support behind. People know it's a real project and keep giving their best for the rise of litecoin. Only sad thing was the selling done by that Assian person on september 2017.

In the future, the coin with its blockchain of 2.5 minutes will make transactions much more speedier and secure. Segwit activation has helped a lot with that. It is a good coin and one can expect good returns from it.

I also believe on litecoin and many other coins that have good potentials. Litecoin is one of the most used coin online and this will surely noticed sooner than later.

Litecoin is often used to send in a fast way other than bitcoin. because the fee is not large and also fast. will become bitcoin competitors later on

to be honest I am not too sure about the litecoin price condition, currently the litecoin development is not very good and even there are almost no investors who want to raise litecoin prices and maybe in 2018 the litecoin price still remains that way up and down will not be much.

For me, litecoin has a great potential to has more supporters in the future. In my opinion, it can be a very good option that investing in litecoin, after of ethereum and bitcoin.

But at this time LTC has the opportunity to survive and rise even though it is significant, I am still curious about this LTC movement, and still, hope it will rise and not flush.

They are further developing litecoin (with Charlie Lee on top), but it is has been a while now that there is no 'real' news.
I think Charlie Lee knows what he is doing and that there can be a future of LTC besides BTC and some other altcoins.

There is a huge silence for litecoin now but for sure at the end of this it will recover. Litecoin is can be considered a potential similarity to  Ethereum with its fast transaction and cheaper price.

This year Litecoin will not performing well in the market because I know the complete data of previous chart. I think this year no more improvement in Crypto market but next year we will see the best result so long term investment is perfectly suit for this platform.

I think litecoin is one of the few coins which are really strong and have a very good potenial to be stronger in the future. Maybe I can not say that it can reach new records before of the 2019, but I think it is promising and profitable.

Litecoin is one of the rare coins I can not warm up. And I predict that in the near future the volume will be very low. Because there are much better coins than him.

We live and die on BTC fortunes.  With that said there is huge upside on LTC and I will be accumulating.

Litecoin was greatly affected by bitcoin's market price fluctuation from 200$ down to 50$ mark, we can clearly see the big dip this crypto have to endure because seeing it crash like that can give negative trust to some other investors who are holding it or those who want to invest on it. It may look bad this year, but i think it will boom again in 2020.

I really cannot see Litecoin being abondonned. It is a solid tech and i believe going forward it will continue to be used for payments.
It will also be adopted more and will rise again just as Bitcoin will.
It just may take time.

Litecoin is now drops from top 3 coins to top 7 from chart things that very alarming for those who trust this coin for long,and looks like in a couple of months even tether will take its place to number seven spot and litecoin will experience another fall again

agree. LTC is valueless. Old tech and price sucks. LTC price is 1/2 of price of May. Poor. Have no idea why LTC still have bunch of supporters.

Litecoin is better than bitcoin cash, it was created a long time ago and has proven to be a reliable and widely accepted coin. Soon they will add privacy features that will make it similar to Monero so it is worth adding a few to your portfolio

As it seems to me, litecoin is now experiencing not the best of its times, since charlie left the project - the price of the coin is constantly decreasing, maybe it will never reach its maximums that were before. The project is not progressing. Moreover, the market is still pretty depressed, which does not have to grow.

I think this coin has a future. I like this coin and several times I earned very good money on it. The project is actively developing.
