I've was very excited about the website release. It has a slick design and the founder bios are better than I expected. This project has everything now:

• very active development, always delivering on time
• no ICO, crowdfunding approach
• great vision / tech

For me by far the most promising lending platform.

$10 by march, no problemo

One of the most underrated project out there, no ICO no premine, just free airdrop for everyone. It was very shocking to see that the devs are very intelligent people and not just some random developpers

Today is really a serious fall.But I think it was a temporary phenomenon, now is the time to buy because the coin is strong, a good bookmark for the future. A considerable amount shows interest in investing in this coin.

Personally I think we won't see $10 before March.
If they have plans to add the coin to new exchanges my prediction would change.

Adding this to my list! I'm looking for good coins to buy, is this available in Binance now? Seems like everyone is liking Elixir but I'll still do my research about it before I buy later.

No, it is still on small exchanges like Coinexchange and Etherdelta, recently it was also added to Kucoin.

Just for the sake of understanding how cryptoworld works, I indeed was expecting a little dip after the announcement because of people cashing out (what those people are thinking in a moment like this for doing that, I'll never know. But I'm a noob, so what do I know  :P), but a huge pump after that because the announcement was very positive for the future of this coin, let alone the tech behind it and potential usefullness. In fact, it's one of the coins with larger % on my portfolio, for the long run. My questions are, do you think this dip was only because of people cashing out? Hoy soon can you expect a significative rise (which sooner or later, will occur I think)? In my mind, I was expecting the pump to happen yesterday, but it didn't. Anyway, this is clearly a coin to hodl, don't sell it, you will regret it. I will only sell it if a meteor hits Sillicon Valley, and I don't see that happening soon.

The dip after the annoucement is natural and very healthy for Elixir in the long term, now I think the price will increase a lot, 2018 is going to be the year for Elixir

They need to expand the team I think. Seems a bit too thin for the amount of work that needs to be done, in relation to the hype and the growing following.

Once they do that it's nothing but a mission to the moon.

Probably won't be a meteor hitting the valley anytime soon...

But you never know where the Falcon Heavy might land!

In all seriousness though, this is a coin to hodl hard, agreed.

And not only to hodl hard, it's also the best time to buy it. I don't think we will ever see this coin under $1 again after this month (that's just my opinion). If I had more funds, I'd spend it on this coin (and maybe SHIFT and XSPEC).

How does it differ from other lenders like SALT or ETHLend ? Do users get benefits for using elixir token in the lending app? What gives the value for this token?

Salt - Tokens grant you membership to their service, 1 tokens = up to 10,000 usd of loan in exchange for 10,000 usd worth of Crypto (BTC, ETH) - basically Salt takes your crypto that you don't want to sell as collateral for a loan. Salt loans are only currently available to US residents.

ETHLEND - not too familiar with the project, but it just seems like an Ethereum P2P lending platform with some form of collateral.

Elix - P2P lending (you can choose interest rate). Pooled Lending (crowdfunding). Mined through time unlike pretty much every other crypto. and so much more.

Regarding speculation, I see Elixir and Oyster Pearl as very similar projects. Almost the same market cap and circulating supplies, very good dev teams and roadmaps, priority on development over marketing (which is coming for both in the near future, so I believe both are a time bomb ready to explode and rise a lot), still not listed on big exchange sites, today both projects released interesting news on their twitters, etc. They are like twins  ;D, even though they serve for different purposes. For which one do you see a brighter future?

ELIX is a nice coin, currently on KuCoin, all the new coins are getting listed on these Chinese exchanges.

Kucoin is growing very fast, and it's very user friendly. Could use some improvements on some issues though (sometimes it keeps kicking me out, and I have to log in again, or sometimes I find it difficult to place or cancel a trade. Minor issues).

Regarding Elixir, it's one of the main coins on my portfolio. I truly believe on the project, and I think it's very underrated. Low market cap for that kind of project, so I guess 2018 is going to be a great year for this particular coin. It's not late at all to get onboard.

This is another coin from the category of the Trone or Doge, or I am mistaken. Something is not visible in it of the future or it while on a stage of origin. So you just need to watch it.

I wrote it recently in other topic on 7th january before 2$ and seems like we got it, 2.37$ now
My speculation is very very easy 5$ at end of january.

~25$ Q2 2018 or even Q1 2018

I will be expecting $5 at the end of 1st Quarter. The price will be a gradual increase. Anything can happen though.

Still not overpricced, kinda cheap comparing with many pumped altcoins. Price is high but volume is a little bit low. Whenever it reaches to 5 USD people will talk about it more and invest more and it will go up so faster.

It doesn't get much attention compared to other coins that 10x in 2 days. But it was 10 cents beginning of december and now trading at above $2. That's how good projects grow. Consistently. Stay away from P&D.

I am very optimistic about this one, it can really be touching $15 before the next three months, or before the Q2 of this year.

More exchange is a good thing. Already Kucoin is doing well for Elixir.  Kucoin will be like Binance or even Bittrex in a few months.

I can't wait to see Elixir on more exchange, it's one of the most underrated coin out there with NO ICO and the team looks fantastic.

I have a feeling that this year will be the end of most of these hyped lending platform, the real projects will be separated from most of these hypes projects in the space.

These days have significantly dropped the price of almost 0.90$, trading volume also decreased a noticeable decline in interest in this coin.

Well lots of corrections happened over the market and people got scared.. I am pretty sure the interest is still there, but it needs time to grow.

As you've seen before the coin was not skyrocketing but continuously growing and that will continue that way.

Well we have 4 wawes and i was excpecting corection. So i just boght another big bag elixir. Few days a litle considurations and we are back on track.

Will grow gradually.  Long term growth here like all the good coins with real life use
