There is something wrong with the site... I used the faucet and got 100 satoshi. I made a bet of 1 satoshi and lost, so I was at 99. I then made a bet at 3 satoshi, and it put me at 95 before the roll was finished, which should have been 96 because 100-1-3=96. The win did work properly and all balances are right after it is finished but that number when making the roll is weird, some sort of display problem. Also, there is no information there about how to convert etta points or how many you earn for different wager amounts or anything...

Desktop mode doesn't works on mobile browsers like chrome/firefox, if you want to access ETTA from a mobile device then you have to install browser like puffin. it's best to play on desktop. ;)

Actually it's not hard to participate this promotion, you don't really wager huge amount to win the prize, indeed you place more bets you will get more ETTA points, means you will have more chance to win. But the entry level is not high, you only need to deposit any amount, you can at least get 10,000 ETTA points and you may have 1/36 chance to win. There are many ways to get ETTA points including daily login..etc.

Before update of site you could play on it only using metamask 1 single bet needed a single TX on eth chain ...   after large diffusion of cryptokitty (readed online it filled the eth net) i was trying to play  but fee on eth raised soo much and also some went denied from chain and i lost fee too ..

I was attempting to go check out your provable fairness system, I found your verifier (https://www.ettagames.io/ProvablyFair). I can change the client seed, but not the server seed or the hash secret. I'm assuming this is a bug, I thought you'd want to know about it.

And it's not a bug, actually, we focus the fairness on each bet result. If you can change the client seed of a certain bet, it means the client seed you enter will be part of the randomness of the bet result.
But if you can change both the server seed and hash secret, it's not easy to verify the result of a certain bet.
So you can see that you can verify each bet result by examining the "BET DETAIL" of every bet.

At ETTA Games, we currently have 2 types of the verifier.
When you play ETTA Dice, you may check the fairness of each bet by clicking the VERIFY button in each BET DETAIL.
Let's take below round as an example:

The system inputs automatically the client seed, hash secret and nonce, and you can find the "Server Seed" of the previous seed pair in "Fairness" under "Profile"(client seed is changeable every 5 bets in the same area ).

Put the Server Seed into the corresponding column and click VERIFY, and you can see the result is same as the bet result.

As for ETTA Baccarat and Lucky Dice, as the client seed, server seed, hash secret, and the initial shuffle are changed for each round, and you can change the client seed by clicking the "Provably Fair" button in-game before each bet starts:

And indeed the columns in the verifier link we put in "Fairness" page, except the Client Seed, the rest is not editable. However, each bet is verifiable in the corresponding BET DETAIL.

WOW! The new design is really great! Adding Bitcoin as an option, adding more games and going off-chain (but not removing the on-chain one) are really good moves. As to the Live Support, it isn't really live since my problem has not been answered yet or maybe because it's holiday? :D And how about adding a chatbox and affiliate program? Nonetheless, the site is really good! Looking forward to more developed ETTA Games ;)

*I just noticed that Total Profit is showing my current balance instead of my real profit.
*I need to claim ETTA points every time I complete an achievement, it will be better if the points are stacked up every time I complete a achievement. Example: I completed "3 combo wins", even though I completed the said achievement twice already, if I didn't claim the points, I will only get 500 points, better if it will stack up the points instead of play-complete-claim-repeat.

Edit: It took an hour before they responded to my first query, and a smooth conversation after that. The next one took 2 hours, then smooth conversation again.

Deposited, won and withdrew. Encountered a problem with my email, cannot confirm the withdrawal because the "Confirm your withdrawal request" link isn't showing as a link in my end. Contacted ETTA Games' support and after some discussion, they told me that "we will proceed your withdraw soon". Withdrawal amount was deducted already from my balance but no transaction yet. So, to explain: to withdraw, you need to enter your account password as well. It seems I forgot mine, and the site returned a message saying "Withdraw Failed" instead of saying "Invalid Password".

In the end, I have reset my password and tried again. ETTA Games offered to pay back the mining fee after all of this.
I'd say this was just unfortunate and I'm happy everything turned out okay.

I will probably test the site again in the future. Note: I'm not a big gambler or anything , but once in a while I like to test new sites/concepts.

Some problems with the mobile version:
1. Bet amount, Payout and Win chance are not editable.
2. Clicking play, deposit, withdraw, faucet button and some other texts highlights the texts which is annoying while playing
3.1 No high-low switch button
3.2 If the ⇄ button is the high-low switch, then it isn't really switching high and low. Only the colors are switching (example: my current win chance is 97.99% [<97.99], I click the ⇄ button, the win chance becomes 2% instead of 97.99% [>2.01])

I hope these will be corrected immediately as I can't play my depo with these problems. Thank you :)

This is normal for a dice game but they have really good design of course and we never heard anyone complaining about their withdrawal process yet since it is a new site. And btw like you said, I want to see more about the autobet with more feature because all dice game will just have this exactly same auto bet, if only you can make it better, it will good to see many players coming

I've a problem with my withdraw, tried different times from different browsers - still the same: it's either "Over your balance" or when I type "," instead of "." - it says "Withdraw Fail".

The minimum withdraw amount is 0.0025 and I have over 0.0026 on my account. So, what's the problem?

The message means your withdraw amount(0.0026) + withdraw fee(0.0002) > your balance amount, so it shows over your balance.

But as to our log, we found you created many account to play ETTA Games which is not allowed, you can refer to ETTA Games FAQ

How long to process withdraw? Today i test almost games of Etta Games, maybe only Etta Dice is suitable for me. Well, at least i don't recover my deposit but it really have fun at here. About automatic system, could you add limited balance?

Actually it does not really big deal for me because I do not fond of autobet but only sometimes that I will use that. I can't tell you much about the autobot thing because I never know better about it. I just want to provide us with some more variances instead of this simple autobot, may be stop on win or stop on loss feature that can really hold your balance more

The minimum withdrawal required for ether and bitcoins was a turn down.Can you please decrease it? Or just tell about the min. withdraw at the deposit page too?because some people might get stuck with their low balance.

Yes, so hard :).. Today reach to more than 19ETH is so smoothly (yesterday only 8.3ETH).

Instead to always use mail or twitter just come to give an eye on topic  ;D

1) voted blackjack , but also roulette can be fine other game too  but not soccer would like soccer but it need alot from dev/owner   and other site are really bad on this.

2 ) there is no more  play using dapp system without login , so we are registered there is balance on db... betting can be speeded a little ( i mean the transation in progress goodluck overlay thing ...)

3) i agree with @bixbem90,  number should be posted in ALL/MY BETS table

4) why on lucky dice 1chip is 0.00000100eth , 10chip is 0.00001000....and so on ?  and i know total bet is shown  at top  but if bet is over 1000 (like 1220 not like 2000)  on table is  rounded 1k..  4k..

5) Advanced feature for autobet ?  Return to bet/ increase by / decrease by / stop

(Many users post were deleted too and i read alot of them they were not saying anything bad )  This is not really fair ... i can say it im provablefair

This  is one topic your name is called here too becus this was only against luckygames but almost all do giveaway / airdrop or bounty not in btc  its crazy stuff happening  really bad and not fair .
