I am starting investing in ICOs, so i am interested about your attitude to ICOs. I glat to here any ideas.

It would be realy nice if somebody shared their experiences and advice some interesting ICOs with high potential. Btw, bad experiences are very interesting as well!


P.s. and I was doing my own reasearch on KickCity, seems pretty promising. Do somebody know it, any ideas or advices whether invest in?

Before you make any investment make sure you do little research about that project start from the company the dev and etc. also make sure the project is legal in your country. cause i have join some ICO and allready send the ethereum, but after that the company start do kyc and my country not in whitelist so i no longer can participate so they refund my fund and i miss the project.

Storiqa is still going on if I remember correctly. They should be over soon, they just need about a million dollars left before they get their hardcap.

An awesome ICO is composed of several variables such as the competence and experience of the team behind the project, a problem to be solved and an innovative solution, the community support, the amount of tokens in circulation so that they can have a valuation without the market value threatening the reign of the largest Altcoins.

Ico is a new thing which is high-risk and high-return.
Everyone sees a ico can pump many times, but does not see the team may no longer support the project, so no matter how careless you are, first research the team background information before investing.

In my opinion make investment in ICO is good way to make big profit because many previous  ICO was given multiple profit just a few month. Indeed any high risk in ICO but with good risk management we can reduce it. To find good and potential ICO make sure they has working product or minimum viable product, they has strong community and team and the purpose of the project is interesting and different with others.

I'm voting for ModulTrade, it's a great project that'll allow to reduce costs in the exchange of goods around the world. It's a trading platform that connect a vendor with a costumer directly. And they don't have to spend most of the budget on taxes and bank fees, they just connect with blockchain technology

Some really attractive ICOs running in these days are Sharpe Capital (I am wearing the signature), Daneel, Nucleous, Live Tree, Cryogen, Napoleonix. If you know more which are very attractive, please list them.

Please note that high potential of getting X-es and high potential of actually doing something in this world is not the same thing for ico projects. So there's a metric let's called it "hype rate" among traditional ones.

ICO seems to be very very picky now a days. Meaning you have to struggle a lot to get into ICO which is far better in the time. The thing is we have started getting ICO's which are just garbage now a days. They have all the repetitive project concepts, same gibberish thing which was made earlier. It has become the fashion now to copy the codes of the another projects as everything is open source here and publish it under the different names.

The overall effect ? These ICO's look all the same and it confuses the investors whether to invest into them or not. Million questions start arising, should I invest into this or into that!

After long study of 8-9 months I have only picked up one ICO that I think is going to get same bulls ridden away, that is Social Coin. This project is in demand now a days and you can search the info in the ANN section. Put some hard work in searching it. You will find it thoughtful.

If you are interested in just making a fat buck and rolling your money into another project then you should look out for the hyped ICO with large telegram community following them (10k+ users). These have a good chance of selling out fast and creating a demand for when they hit the markets after.

First of all congratulations and it is a good decision you already took. But you have to be very careful about scam ICO's and but majority of them are real.  Before investing any ICO's we should properly go through their white paper and then we can get the clear idea about the project. Furthermore we can follow their social media channels and can get some feedbacks from trade experts as well. I think Arcblock is a good ICO. But the Registration for ArcBlock Token Sale Event has been closed and  public sale will start on Feb 3rd, 2018, 7pm CST. Read a few of my tips on taking part in ICO. This is just my opinion drawn up for the period of my participation in them!
1. On preico, the team must have a contract for automatic transfer of funds with prescribed conditions for early investors - not handles like many do, namely those prescribed in the smart contract - otherwise the collected funds can simply enrich the funders or conditions will change during the play - cases of lots.
2. The contract for preIOO should be part of a large ICO contract - not by different coins - it is not safe in terms of vulnerabilities and withdrawals.
3. The contract for preIOO and then the ICO should be registered lower and upper barrier - if this is not the team does not know what it wants - just a scam.
4. The contract for ICO should be escrow of the funds received as a result of placement - it can be a frieze or multisec with a voting condition. This will give you a guarantee against the expenditure of funds earlier than the team completed the previous stage.
5. In the contract, an unconditional refund should be prescribed in the event that the lower limit of the collected pool is not reached. It is in the contract and not in the white book, if it is not - scum.
6. All contracts must be posted on GithHub, this will enable third-party developers to check the contract for the vulnerability if the team has not taken care and before the ICO has not posted a bounty on the vulnerability.
7. The contract must specify the conditions for the team and for the bounty.
8. The contract must specify the conditions for not traded tokens - with clearly defined deadlines.

There are some clues to choose an awesome ICO.

I see you are very interested in ico, but you should be able to see in detail if the ICO is potentially or not. because ICO is currently emerging and sometimes does not provide profit. so my advice you should understand the concept of the ICO so that in the future you can get a profit when you invest in the ICO you choose.

I want to add niche market. Although it is not sometimes visible to whitepaper, it will be always a good point know their niche market since it will determine if the platform they've done will be used by many people and get paid for the services so that it become sustainable and guaranteeing holding the coin is profitable.

I`ve started to invest in ICO since last year Octomber and i am sad that i did not started to invest earlyer. Till now ICO`s gave me more proffit that trading, that much that i cand even compare them. But this is my case, a user that dont have many knowledge about trading.

Basically, read the whitepaper and announcements, do your research, find out everything about the dev and dont put all your eggs in one basket. 99% of all ICO could be junk. I've invested in many ICO's (both good and bad), such as RedChain, Restart Energy, LiveEdu, etc... However, I've two which are still on the market and I'd encourage you to consider them:

One thing I want to share to you is: Beware of scammers. There are lot of scammers here, they get your money and go away with it. So if you want to invest in an ICO,you must read their whitepaper and research more about their project. With this,you can easily identify now if it is a scam or not. Some people invest their money in ICO  because they like the purpose of the coin they're proposing. You can also join bounties if you really like the ICO, it'll help you gain profit.

There are many cases when they bring money by agreement for pumping ICO which may have no idea behind except pump and dump gambling

ICO's can be very interesting especially when you choose the right one. You can make good money from it but can also loss money. Always do your research before investing in any ICO because there are ICO's without any future.

Make a further research about the ICO you want to join there's a lot of bogus out there so be careful. don't hesitate to ask or to chat pioneer here they can help you a lot specially in ICO's because they have a lot of experience handling this situation. For me for now awesome ICO's are INS and Socialmedia market they fair and square giving a stakes. :)

After making a lot of searchs for a good ICO, found out about KWH. It's relativly new but suggest you to check it out. I think it will be awesome at the end.

My two favourite ICOs at the moment are both banking orientated - Hero & Bankara.

Everyone knows about Bankera, but do some research on Hero... this has huge potential & already has a sister business which is successful - read the whitepaper & take note of some of the Executives inlisted.

I am very excited in terms of icos this coming month, need to decide between four hopefully i can get in all of them but probably just 2 will be for sure. A lot of ico, which took place in December / January, showed amazing results. Something like x5 x10 x12 on the etherium. But the failure was even greater, you just had to choose a project, look at the team, the idea, the project itself, at what stage of readiness, etc.
I would recommend looking at the Arcblock project but the whitelist is already closed;)

I've found ICO several times that look great but ended up a scam. very surprising.
I've done the analysis including reading WP, looking at the team and reading the roadmap and all look good and great.
Maybe it's a matter of achievement and target, dev is too ambitious.
meaning the project must be reasonable and not greedy. it's important to see a great team.

Not all ico's are legitimate because sometimes they are scamming their participants and because of that, the value of their coin is decreasing its value in the market. Not every ico as well can really grow their coins value since not every coin in the market does really have the potential so always look at the platform if its really promising.
