What do you do? What is your position? Do you like your work?

In the real world I'm just a coffee farmer and if the night has arrived, I'll open my laptop and cell phone to spend some time in the internet world. In this forum I study and seek knowledge about crypto.

I am now working as a campaign participant in the danell (https://daneel.io) project, I just participated in the signature campaign and the reward from the campaign will be invested for the future.

Maybe in the future I can be more developed, focus of trading crypto and become miner.

I don't work in crypto industry in a regular basis but I do know that some users work here in a daily basis. One good example here is the campaign managers. They get paid by managing bounty campaigns but I really don't know the specifics into how much they earn from every bounty they manage. Other people who work in crypto are those who are part of an ICO like you. Besides those jobs, there are some who offers escrow services here but they don't have a fixed salary.

It's a good industry to build career

Working in the encryption industry is very interesting. I also think that I am going to work during the daytime. I will go to the forums at night to see the project and take a look at the relevant knowledge as it will make me better understand bitcoin.

I don't mine, neither with cloud or hardware. I usually check out my trades, I'm with day trading but of course bitcoin for long term holding.

1. I have businesses outside crypto while working on a simple office, nothing that much work to do.

I'm quite interested as to how crypto is being introduced to the world by having regular people who works on it. Well I'm not yet into any of these but i really want to be a part of any top ICo like daneel and such. i believe that if i do this a lot i'll be able to learn more and contribute more to this community because oi really think that crypto is a revolutionizing medium in trade in our generation and in the future as well.

Part time trading in Crypto industry

I feel as though, true 'work' in the sense of having a fixed amount of work for a fixed reward to be received from someone else is very rare within cryptocurrencies. There aren't too many positions I can think of. There would be marketing (I would say OP loosely falls under this), design/development, advisory roles and then I really struggle to think of too much more.

I would not say I have a proper crypto-related work, I have been paid a few times for helping people out in real life, but this is more like tipping and not employment. I applied to a few small jobs in the past, something related to yours, community manager, but the projects told me my community is not really supported as it has not yet grown. I still hope to get something useful one day, how many people can say they are doing work that they enjoy and is in the exciting field of crypto, right?

I think that people with big brains work in the crypto industry. And also with good money, because earlier I have not seen this, I hope I too will suffer this fate, be smart and with money, so probably it is worth more time to pay it.

Outside the Bitcointalk forum I deal with crypgraphy, electronic signature and so all in the field of electronic document management.
Such a work mostly connected with IT and I like it. The knowledge gained at work greatly helps me to understand probls of blockchain.

I’ve been following what’s happening in the cryptocurrency world since 2013 and as ecosystem is grows each passing day, especially after the Ethereum release, with amazing new projects like Decentraland, Golem, district0x and others, I’m seeing interesting job opportunities in this area. So I’ve decided to create this simple job board focused on the cryptocurrency industry.

As the board grows in terms of offers I plan to add more features: filters, search, etc

I think the people who work at crypto industry ia the big company or a higher level people in the world and they have a workers that they paid to make the currency work smooth and good.

You're right about most of the members in this forum that we had each full time job in the local company and this mining and bounty campaign hunting is just an alternative source of income since most of us were not really earning high profit like some members do.
I like it when a, member had a, good time working with Cryptocurrency in full-time and live to see their team working together.
I'm an IT/programmer and I'm also dreaming about working with a team for Cryptocurrency and wish someday I could be one of the most successful blockchain developers in this generation.

I still do not know from that I also think the same thing because it exists.

Me I'm just a stay at home mom taking good care of my two kids but every saturday I'm taking review classes for my board exam, since i still don't have a stable job im working here at cypto world by joining a signature campaign also and just like you i invest my salary or every payment i recieve for me and kid's future.

Nothing is easy in this world but if you'll think of those hard things in an easy way you can do everything you can. And employees mustn't forget that enjoying every work you do is what they all should do and so if you work in crypto industry or not, just enjoy and love your job.

I wish i was a blockchain developer, it is going to be the most sought after skill now as these people are few and far between. Lots of students are studying to be game developers, but really they should switch to blockchain technology. When this all goes mainstream, contract work will be huge and largely paid in bitcoin ;)

previously, I am an employee in a national telecomunication company in my country. I quit my job because I dont want to be trapped at a cubicle for the rest of my life ;D
now I am a worker in a crowdsourcing company that give me flexible time and place to work. this is good for me because I can learn and earn some money from this forum wthout any distraction from my regular job.

I work from home in the crypto world. I left my job to take the risk of working from home in a different passion of mine but was employed soon after I started from home by a friend who had too much crypto work on his hands. My strength in crypto is my administrative skillset, so I do admin support and bounty hunting support. We are also working towards an awesome new coin idea that we are keen to launch in the future. I enjoy this a LOT. Less hours needed and way better than slaving away for some big business.

I am a full time cryptocurrency worker,i do trading 8hrs a day ,mining 24/7 and bounty hunting for atleast 4hrs a day giving me 12hrs working hours in front of my computer,and i really love what i am doing a little stress sometimes but most of the time i am relax and making a lot of money especially in trading,bounty hunting while you are learning things about cryptocurrencies.

Hello everyone! I can tell only 1 thing - the better way is invest your time, not money. I'm trying to earn crypto, not to buy. But i have some bought coins for a long term. Now i'm working in ICO agency and understand that is very hard work and you must be very concentrated if you want to be successfull person in crypto. Also i like masternodes, easy way to earn crypto without big risks.

Hey dude, nice native promotion of launching ICO you made :) Nevertheless, I wouldn't consider community management as a full time job. You know, in some bounties you can work on the same position for tokens. As for me, I just left my job in hotel and became addicted to crypto. I am going to launch some projects. So let's see what will happen :)

I've been in the crypto world for the last 4 years, but never worked in a company related with it. I would actually love to. That's the better way to truly learn about the concepts, platforms, frameworks, etc. If I ever have to find a job again, I would seriously consider applying for a crypto-related company.

I work as for them as an advertiser like signature campaigns which is the common here in the forum. I know that trading can also be considered as a work but you are like self-employed.

Now i just a employee who get montly salary $200 amonth, and i hope from cryptocurrency i can change my financial become better. I will more focus in bounty program and longterm trading, and when i can earn more than $500 amonth, i will left that my job and more focus in cryptocurrency market.

Yeah, I've been doing mining, trading like buying or selling altcoins in the binance websites. Also, you might wanna try in investing in doing signature campaigns and if you find it interesting regarding the ICO's or coins you are promoting then might as well try investing on those.

Still a beginner in this field, but at the moment involved in some really exiciting blockchain projects. I think I am very interested in the marketing part, bounties, community building and will see where this path will take me.

We're somewhat in the same situation. I do consider myself venturing in the cryptocurrency market as my side job, but I don't think it is technically correct to use the term "work" because it's not actually a job as compared to other more traditional kind of jobs. Like you, I have a full-time job, I work as a teacher, so I only check on my cryptocurrency related stuff at night after work. So, by doing ICOs and a little trade-and-hold ventures, I get to earn extra for my needs.

When we are really comparing traditional jobs into cryptocurrency side jobs then it would be entirely different in the sense we are not really able to utilize it but there are people who do decide to leave up their traditional works and do focus on crypto works since they do see the potential income that It can generate which would really just entirely depending on how good you are on making money but it isn't really an assurance that would last long this is I do treat it as a risky stuff.

I dont think that they already exisit jobs in a crypto industry where you can earn seriouse money with monthly wage.
