Will Ripple comes to 2 dollar by end of Feb 2018? Please give us your comments and analysis.

Ripple reached more than $3.5 before, and I think it have a potential to reach more. But in my opinion, ripple is just a pump-dump coin and it is not promising for the future. For long term investments, I think it is not a suitable coin.

I do not agree with you about the long term. Already, 15 of the world's 50 largest banks have implemented Ripple technology to speed up transactions, remittances! And this means the growth will be, and not small!

This is a very promising coin. Now the decline in prices observed on the market of cryptocurrencies. The consequences of the sharp fall of bitcoin. Speculators realign their capital. Very hard to guess where we will see the pump. But in my opinion Ripple is one of several contenders. In any case, the growth of bitcoin is to this signal.

A lot of people here don't like the fact that Ripple is 1) centralized 2) used by bank.
Which is the opposite of the bitcoin and BTC was made to fight against the bank.
So you can find a lot of negative comment and text about Ripple.

But, saying that, Ripple has professional implementation in a growing number of company & bank.
It's a good point for this coin. It might increase on the next news of Ripple implementation by another big bank or with a new use case.

Might go back to 1.5 $ in February if BTC value don't move up. And 2$ if BTC goes up also.

I don't think so, as I am watching the graph of it, this coin will fall more. there is no real pump on the price.
it is all about the pump and dumps and people are getting used to it so the trust on the ICO is not getting more better.
they are not into it anymore as whales are just getting profit from it/

It all depends on the overall market and that is generally driven by bitcoin. If bitcoin continues to fall or even languishes around 10k for the whole of February then I think we'll see many alts struggling also and XRP will be in that list.

As ripple is not a decentralized system, no one can really say the price.
But if ripple is world widely used, 2 dollar is not a difficult target

I think this coin still has potential for growth, because the team works and concludes the new agreement, the question is, when will we see growth ?! But I think certainly not in the next 2 months....

Ripple suffered a big rise and fell to the values that should be in my opinion. I don't think there's going to be a rise in a short time.
Maybe the second half of 2018, it could rise.

hmmm.. when it comes to ripple, i gotta say, i really do not know anymore. i pretty much think that the price hypes that happened to this coin was just caused by a pump and dump scheme. although i am not sure, it pretty much seems like it to my eyes. plus damn! to be honest, i never really liked their project's ideologies or concept. really is just something that is truly not meant for the crypto world. that's just my opinion though. but really, this is the reason why i did not invest into this project back then, although a ot of advisers have been saying a lot about the potential of this coin to grow in the future back then, it really never sparked an interest for me. simply because i just do not invest in coins that i do not believe in nor agree with the concept. no offence.

My analasys is that ripple is just like bitcoincash, pump and dump, and backed by some very rich people... They can dump it whenever they want and start doing this with another one... stellar? same thing...the smart ones are telling me like this, I just spread the word...

With current declining situation, I think it's more possible to see it under $1 instead of $2.

I think that XRP to the stake of 2018 will cost more than $ 4. At the end of 2017 it gave good results.

Yes it has that capability to reach to 2USD. You can buy them because they are really good and high value coins. By the end of Feb 2018 it will definitely reach to 2$ or higher.

Like last year we may find the bitcoin and other cryptos bumped in the market. I hope your expectation will be reached 100 percent for sure. Because I too invested on the ripple around 300 USD few months and I was believing more bumps in this coin and I missed everything completely.
Now waiting for the bump on XRP in future to exchange it for bitcoin or ethereum.

it would be a happy day if Ripple comes to 2 dollar by end of Feb 2018, but i dont think it will. We are gearing up for a long bear market i think, and all cryptoz will be affected. So i hope for ripple to rise, but it is quite improbable.

It's too bad that states are trying to take control of the cryptocurrency. I think it is very dangerous to invest in such currencies, which may depend on the decisions of the authorities.

I don't think ripple will recover. The way things are I think we have at least a couple more weeks of this slow market and given that by the time things pick up it won't be the kind of sharp recovery some think, it will be slow and painful. Maybe by end of March ripple will reach those heights.

Good question. As for me, I don't believe that ripple has a future. As it was said earlier ripple is pump-dump coin. It can be used only by banks not by usuall people. The price of this coin will never go to the moon. You can hold it for a long term, but I prefer to invest in others.

Ripple is a banking community coin, their technology is almost identical to Ethereum. Previously, Ripple ever be in 2nd place after bitcoin, and ethereum at number 3rd.

After a negative issue about the Ripple struck, Ripple lost trust and Ripple shifted to its original position, which is 3rd, and ethereum came back in the 2nd. With the existence of such evidence, not difficult for Ripple to overtake ethereum for the 2nd time. That means, the price of Ripple will be above $ 2 by the end of February.

If Ripple continues to make partnerships with large banks the price can rise significantly. They have very ambitious plans and I will not be surprised if the price goes up soon. We need to wait for a while ofc, but yes, I believe in $2 by the end of Feb 2018.

It can happen, because the ripple is still in development stage. maybe at this time the price has not been awakened. but someday the ripple will become a favorite coin

My friend invest in ripple a lot of money and he think, that the price will burn in the end of the February.

February is too early for ripple to reach the $3 usd price. we can expect that it will happen on the 2nd quarter of the year 2018 (april  - june) this is because of the slow movement of bitcoin.

I think $2.00 and possibly more by the end of febuary. On the 28th of feb it will get added on coinsquare, canadian exchange so I am expecting some action.

Ripple is one of those stable coins which has a big potential to grow, so I would not have second thoughts that it has the potential to reach $2 or even more by the end of Feb 2018. But if ever it would not reach that price point by end of Feb, there is still a big potential to grow it's value this year. Each day many potential investors are looking at this coin, once they are convinced enough to invest in Ripple surely it's value will rise up. For those holders of this coin just keep on holding on to them. I could see a big profit coming it's way this 2018.

Ripple is a good coin otherwise it will never comes in top 5 list of coins of whole crypto market. It already crossed 2$ this year itself before and it can again reach 2$ or more when market goes in bulls hand.

Yes it can come to 2$ by the end of feb 2018 but will not be easy by seeing the yesterday downfall and instability of the market.Sill I believe Ripple is a very good coin and has everything in it to reach new heights.I am in a great hope that there will be a turnaround in the market and we will see the rise in cryptocurrency. 

I think that Ripple will rise to 2 bucks in the near future, but not so fast. By the end of March, according to my best forecasts.

I would say its definitely possible if the theory is true that the market will return bullish after the 15th. If not then it will probably stay at same level.

Price prediction is hard. However, my belief is that definitely by the end of March it will be back to $2. Right now, there's a lot of FUD in the market such as with South Korea banning cryptos and now the tether auditing problem. Once all of this drama clears, then the market will be free to resume going up. Cryptos is a complicated business and there is a lot of legal and regulatory issues that need to be addressed in order for the market to be clear to go up. I would just HODL. Cryptos are too important for governments to simply ban them. However, the government has to add regulation in order to protect the public from fraudulent ICOs and coins. Or else, unsuspecting people will lose all or most of their money. Just be patient and HODL.

Its likely not going to happen. The whole market is experiencing a big loss and the end of February is too soon so that's a very short amount of time to expect. So that's the best forecasts that you can give? I don't want to give you some disappointment but XRP did reached its ATH before so why you all didn't sold it?

I think its just an empty words right now, because of global cryptomarket situation. We hope, that we will see spring uptrend after China's New Year, but its only expectation. If its happens  - Ripple will hit 2 dollar and more, no doubt.

i hope so alot of investors have purchased this coin in the fomo when it was for 3.5.. it is just following the trend and i pray that crypto market bounce back to 800 billion

I know everything is possible in crypto, but so far I have no reason to believe that Ripple will grow so much in the next three weeks.

Now ripple along with other crypto currency is falling in price and, according to CoinMarketCap, its price is about $ 0.7. Therefore, if by the end of February there is no general price rise of the crypto currency, then ripple has no chance to increase in price to $ 2. Apparently, until the general situation on the crypto-currency market improves, this coin will fall in price along with everyone.

I do not think they will ever again see 2 USD. Wanchain is coming soon and also I would favour an investment in Nano to Ripple.

Ripple top 3 on coinmarketcap and highest price 3.5 dollars. I think 2 dollars by end of FEB 2018 is attainable but we need to consider that down of bitcoin all altcoins are affectected. Ripple is a very promising coin which i believed again boom this year

I think it touches the $2 Price at the mid of the year 2018. Today most of the Coins are going down so obviously Ripple also falling down but it's not permanently. Its recover its position ASAP.

It depends on criptocurrency market situation at all. If it will be positive trend at the market Ripple have good chance to grow up.

It depends on bitcoin if bitcoin price stabilize and so thus alt coins like XRP but if bitcoin continues it crash will see relatively crush on alts aswell and so $2 for XRP is impossible.

No doubt with that because growing of ripple was so fast in the previous day. But on the other side ripple price are like bubbles it was vanished rapidly. In reality it's hard to predict the future value of ripple but I believe that this year they can get $2 value or else more than that.

I think the crypto correction will last longer than many are expecting here. Imho we will one new low until February and then new highs in most of the currencies out there. I see Ripple worth much more than 2 USD in 2018, bot I do not think that XRP will reach this price in Feb.

I hope by the end of 2018 we will not see ripple in top 100 on CMC. Better place for it is somewhere at 150 position near Bitcoin gold, ..cash, ..shit, tron. And what cost is per coin I'm don't care. The main they free space for real blockchain products

Now the market crypto currency is so fevery, that you can never tell exactly what will happen in a month. It can cost and 2 dollars, maybe 10 cents.

It will back to 2 dollars, but don't know if will get that in Feb.

It's a good coin and growing nicely from last 3 months but because of this bitcoin correction it came down but I am sure when bitcoin get stable it will start to grow again and will surely reach 2$ and more also as the time goes on.

I don’t think so. We are already recovering from the bloodbath and in that hard situation also our expectations are always high. However, we are not going to hit the two dollar mark because that’s too much market cap to cover in short period of time. Feb is already passed with seven days and there is not even old sign of recovery. If we need that much rate then it could only be done with artificial pump. With XRP I believe that’s not possible because it is already a centralised currency and whole thing depends on founder of the coin.

I get pained to see so many new investors who bought into Ripple when CNBC guys were shilling it. Note to myself to never listen to those thugs ever in my life. The answer to your question is, yes it will reach 2USD, but no way that it would be by feb end. It has completed its market cycle and needs time to cool off. But then we can have noob money again flowing into it and you never know. My only suggestion is that if it does reached 2$ before feb end, get out of this shit coin.

Ripple has the chance to go up to 2$ this year. thinking of it's uses when it comes to transacting to country by country can be used for the masses. there is a single thing that can make this not possible it's because of "Centralization" which most of the crypto enthusiast would not prefer using.

Yes Ripple is not a decentralized system. XRP is actually used in day to day basis from banks to banks. it's adapted by almost 50 banks in the entire world.

Nothing is 100% sure, but in my opinion, after the Chinese New Year, altcoin and tokens will attractive back!

Actually, Ripple is a profitable currency in the long term, but I do not think that their higher price in this month will be just $ 2. Moreover, it has reached $ 3.32 in a quick way at the beginning of last month and despite that this crisis in the market has led to a significant fall in the price of Ripple ($ 0.7) but it is certain that there will be a recovery soon (within the next days) in the value of this currency because many banks use Ripple and have invested huge proportion in it, so their value of market cap is big ( 30 Billion dollars) compared to other currencies with a weaker price.
In fact, I think the price of ripple at the end of this month will be between $ 3 and $ 5 and it will rise more and more quickly in the coming months.

I think that the price will be dropping slowly until spring. But if the market will start getting back by spring then the 2 dollars price can be reached by summer. For now all the market is down, so its not only Ripple in the situation like this. Nothing to be worried about. I am planning to wait for the price between 0.40-0.50 to buy some

Nope. Why still asking ripple? There are a lot of coins that has a lot more potential than Ripple. Cardano is there roadmap will be release this month. ThKey, Bluezelle, Icon, Wanchain those coins has a more potential that ripple if you really want a big gain spend on those coin. Thank me later.

I think it will not reach 2 dollars instead it will get dumped again once bitcoin make another bull run again. The  previous pump in the price of Ripple is still high so there is a possibility that it will do again rather than pump up.

Ripple is an important coin to watch because it is where all the really dumb money is at. If you see Ripple go to $2 you know the market is getting overvalued. If it hits $3.5 its time to take profit.

I think Ripple is a project, that need some time. It has been a lot of speculations about Ripple and nothing good comes out of it.

I think it will yes, not just because of what XRP is doing, but because of the whole crypto market. I know we have a slump at the moment, but we will recover and crypto will grow through 2018. The main reason I think that XRP will pass $2 is that it has already done it before, so that is not an all-time high, and I think a lot of coins will hit new all-time highs later in 2018.

I usually compare the market price of BTC and Eth on Coinbase to the prices on all-crypto exchanges to figure out where the dumb money is moving  ::)

I see that many people no longer trust this coin. But I do not agree with this and it seems to me that ripple is a great project. If the developers will cooperate with banks, the price will grow very much.

I think Ripple is good investment for a long term. But don't expect too much profit because it has already grow up. With next wave of alts growth it will hit 2-3 dollars.

It could go to 2 dollars but this depends on how bitcoin performs as it has some influence on most altcoins, if bitcoin goes up then altcoins such as ripple will ride the wave and equally be in the green($2).

Ripple reacted to the good news very poorly. I was hoping that the price would go up more actively. Probably this was not enough to push the price of the coin up. But I am sure that this year the coin will significantly rise in price. But frankly this fall was pretty evident due to the last surge size.

Everything is possible, all it needs is a 120% increase, in the crypto world, you can get a 12.000% in the period of a month, so yeah, I think it could be worth 2$.

$2 is possible, I think in next pump it will cross $1 margin and after few days it will reach your price. But now the crypto market condition is too worst we don't know what will happen in coming months. either it may grow or it will come to the bottom. we should be ready to accept both.

I think not, because XRP is a centralized crypto, which may be withdrawn by the management company at any time, so it loses popularity with investors and traders now. The real price of it is about 0,3-0,5$ per coin and i don't recommend you to buy it in the hope that it will grow to 2 dollars.

No. It is very early for this as all crypto  now are on red sign so not possible for this month. I could say it can be possible around March to April. I am not good to this method but I think it is possible after this red stage.

Totally agreed, good point. 2 usd level is pretty much possible. It has potential, only thing necessary is a bit more volume. if it can break 1 usd level upwards then 2 usd will be very easy.
