Right now I have only approx 0.25bitcoins to invest/trade or do anything with them..I want to split them in good altcoins as well...please advice me what can I do with those which altcoins I can buy and how much I should leave only in bitcoins...
Right now I have 100 WCT and 55 Waves coins and 0.25btc more...please tell me which other coins I should add in my portfolio for those bitcoins

Find 5-10 projects that you like and invest accordingly.

if you want to trade then you have to do it seriously. you have to actively engage with the market and constantly move around and make profit not just put your money to sleep in some coin and wish for it to go up.
for example ZClassic and DigixDao have been performing well lately and are good investments at the moment. try finding these coins every day or couple of days and trade those to maximize your profit. you can start with 0.05BTC and keep the 0.2BTC in bitcoin for now and increase it later.

i suggest you to buy altcoin or token currently  below ICO price

I think you need to start view coinmarketcap with analyzing tokens. Then, you choose 5 projects that you liked most, which have a positive trend, or something tells you to buy this particular token. After that carefully monitor the news of the selected coins, learn telegram chats, company websites, forums. The more information you find on these projects, the better.

You willn't earn too much with top 10-20 coins with such small investment. The best way is to buy some really good projects that finished TGE not so much ago and their price already dropped while everyone wait for big news. So I recommend to go in Aion, ZIlliqa and aelf. Hi there, my opinion for your question is that you may consider investing on the top 10 crytocurrencies because these coins had reputable performance. I would suggest ETH, IOTA,Ripple and Neo since it has a good result on the price historical charts where you can atleast be secured with your investment plan.

The best thing i think you should do is research it by your own. Find a good project that you think is good even in long term and divided into five or more coins.

Just make investment in popular coin like Ethereum, ADA, DASH and NEO because these coin has strong community and solid team founder behind it. You have BTC worth ~$2,500, Walton worth ~$2,000 and WAVES worth ~$325 at today’s prices - a total of ~$4,850.

In terms of BTC my firm belief is that it will lead the next big upleg of the cryptomarket towards a total market cap of $1 trillion in the next few months, and that therefore at least half your capital should be in BTC - so if I was you I wouldn’t be selling any of the 0.25 BTC you hold until it’s back up around it’s all time high of 20K. In terms of Walton I believe the project is average and the token is fully valued by the market already at $15, with little upside as other competing projects come along - and I sold out of my holding recently at $25 converting it to BTC. Walton makes up about 40% of your portfolio, and if I was you I would be selling that right down when you can get say $20 a token and investing the proceeds in BTC and/or several other significantly undervalued altcoins that can follow bitcoin up in a few months. Waves is a decentralised exchange, and again seems fully priced by the market - and I instead hold AURA and IDXM which are the tokens of the IDEX decentralised exchange where I trade ERC20 tokens and which has the highest daily volume of the many DEXs and which has good developers and a good roadmap for impressive development this year and next.

Other altcoins I hold that I think are significantly undervalued are NEO, ACT, WINGS and ZCASH, and altcoins I hold that are from good recent ICOs and available on smaller exchanges at near or under ICO price are PXS, ZIL, TRAC, SPHTX, EVE and CPChain - which I think will most or all go 5-10x in the next significant market upturn and as they go on major exchanges.

If your funds is low, you can still buy a fraction of that coin from exchangers and who knows if it pumps very soon so you can sell it for profit.

You have a good budget, it's not low as you think. You may want to invest only a fraction of you mr total hiding. Don't sell al your BTC, keep at least 0.05. You can split your money in combination of some low priced good altcoins from  top 50 coins of coinmarketcap which have much growth potential then high priced coins and make investment horizon for minimum 1 year to get better returns.

Diversifying across many altcoin must be a great option but OP is not having very small capital for this purpose. Generally I am also agreeing with the diversifying our investment portfolio so that we can find definite profit for our capital within given time.

When time is not a constrain and we will be ready to wait for years then we can go for any established the coins like bitcoin/LTC/Eth and we can hold them for years.

Try as Much as possible to buy coins with good use cases and low marketcap as it has the capacity for better gains

Start  buying some coins equally  from top 10,top 100,top 200 . leave some bitcoin (maybe 0.05) and some Etherium too.Now all the coins are quite cheap so you can buy now much more than in January or February.Good for you  ;)

If you want to invest your money, I can suggest you to buy ICO, but the best option is that you invest in that, what you like the most and know much about it.

You can invest some part (30-50%) in some ICO with real product and make a diversification your risks.

i think ethereum is a good choice to invest, because ethereum has many users.
They use ethereum for investing in many ICO's. A good ICO's will bring you much profit if their product developed.

What I can suggest is similar to what others have suggested already. Divide to distribute and invest in the best. That is pretty much self explanatory...

Since you already have some coins already you should have some ideas. I could only recommend that you do your own homework since it's your own money.  I see people jumping in with both feet for coins that don't make any sense and devs haven't done any work.  I do my research about a coin and move on if it doesn't make sense.  If it seems to make sense I invest a very small amount and keep learning. After the further research I don't see a bright future, I get out.  If it looks good, I slowly increase my stake.

I think rather than advice, you need more information and knowledge in order to analyze which coin is good to add to your portfolio, you know the advice of some people just guessing and maybe even harming you, if you do not want to take a lot of risk then buy a coin that has a great community and is ranked highest in coinmarketcap.
