The best coin should be the one that can beside going up in the price also get you profit from somewhere else and thats the coins which have masternodes or pos coins but for me the best coin would be VEN because of the partnerships and because of the Thor

This coin is BitWhite. This is coin(not fork, it is running on its own blockchain) based on DPoS algorythm. There are 100 delegates, and by voting delegates you can gain reward by participating in network without running your own node. Simple as is, and that is cool. Also it has really low supply(60m total, market has only 30m) and now it costs around 0.1. So it can easily grow till $1 and you will make 50 000 from 5 000, and this is in short term. So get a closer look on this coin ;)

Credits looks good, And another choice just like tomo and lala. But it seems lala will be listed in 3 exchange sites soon. I will try to predict about early hype for lala. But i guess, you have known about what risk will be involved if you are centralized your amount into one coin. I just mention some coins that have potential to growth at least for short term to give you another profit.

there's a lot of good undevalued coins and token in the market now. like Credits (CS) Utrust (UTK) Atlant (ATL) Lala World (LALA). this token is still below $1 but worth more than it. Or try your look on the upcoming ICO and expect a good price when it hits the market.

I think it would be nice if you invested in etherium toen for that $ 5000. because of the token's etherium you can get 5 to 6 etherium tokens imagine if etherium reaches 2000 $ in the middle of what year's profit will you get.

I strongly agree with this. Universa Blockchain (UTNP) is just starting it's way to the market and I know their technology bring a lot of potential. This could be the next Ethereum, they also have a great team, strong community and not missing their weekly update to show how the project is doing. But please don't buy all 5000$ on the same day, that would cause artificial pump and you might get rekt.

I think for that kind of money you have to buy altcoi whose price is not up 1 $ because I myself have experienced it more and more altcoin got more profit will I get later.

I think you know how risky on investing in just one coin or token. That would be nice if you split it to at least 5 to 10 coins or tokens. If I were you I would put 30% in IOTA, 30% in BTC, 30% in ETH, 10% SiaCoin.

I will never put all my money in one basket no matter the potentials the project shows, I like Bluzelle alot, project like Insight network, Confi, Wepower, Boscoin and Fortuna. I believe all these projects have great potentials for growth the most interesting thing now is that most of them are below the ICO price currently

If you are asking for coins under $1 than let me tell you that you are going to regret this decision few months later. As its not the price of a coin that matters but its market cap. If a coins market cap is at $10 billion, still it can be valued at 10 cents. Its going to be a lot harder to move a coin with such a big market cap.

I'm going to invest $ 5000 on a coin that I've learned about it and I know maybe in the future it will be a bitcoin replacement coin and have a higher price that is bitcoin cash.

I don't understand what you mean. Why do people get so caught up in the price of "1" coin. The coins are infinitely divisible. In the case of bitcoin it doesn't matter the amount of coins you have or if you have less than one coin. The only time this matters is if you need to buy a masternode or some sort of ticket to earn a reward stake. Otherwise the number of tokens is irrelevant. I can't understand why it would hurt your feelings to not be able to buy a "Whole" coin.

Yes, maybe many peoples will say that your money your choice, but i can recommend you to hold NEO in Binance, you'll able to received GAS monthly, and recently Binance airdropped ONT for NEO holder. And I believe price of both NEO and GAS will go up in future  ;)

I do not think this is the best time to invest in a coin. You can buy bitcoin and eth and you will be back in the market in April. It will not be good if you buy some coins now.

I have some suggestions that I'm currently holding some of these coins,you can know them too but I will give only two of them XLM and XRP.The most potential to go only XLM cause has made a new plan about their team which also has a lot of news at the moment.

I think investing 5000$on one coin is not a good idea because we don't know what will happen in the future so instead of spending 5000$ on one coin you can invest on the coin which will value less then 1$ in future it may raise up to 1000$ also it will depend upon your luck also

For non-ICO that is under $1 coin, I would suggest that you check out syscoin. It's around $.60 at the moment. With a working product and a good team. Plus upcoming masternodes.

I suggest you Doge because this coin have potential to grow in future and now a days its price is very low.

take ada or xrp they are very promising now go down as the entire stock exchange is then expected to grow about 3 times but need control over trading on the stock exchange

You should invest only in one coin, allocate your budget for at least three coins to minimize your risks. This is the best option.

If I do have that around $5,000 worth of investments then I would do hit invest on more Oyster Pearl PRL because  I really do trust the developers and the staff of the project, it's implementation, it effectiveness and it's future.

Nowadays, crypto market look like more stable and in my point of view, I can't see major up in coming days or months. Most people follow under 1$ price and invest with the hope it will catch high price one day. But, It's happened with luck I think. It's better to plan in a good manner. Likewise, If you have only 5000$ capital then don't go all the for under 1$. Just put around 10% to 30% in under 1$ coins. But do some research and put like in 3 or 4. You can also try any good ICO. But, For the ICO investment, you need to invest your time also. A remaining fund which is from 70% to 90%. I recommend investing in some major crypto in parts.  8)

The best coin to invest under one dollars is Ripple. This coin is not favourite for everybody but can achieve big and easy growth. In this year should achieve big price

If I advise only one coin. Then I would invest money in Zilliqa. Today, such a drop in the market, that the price is very attractive for buying. Do not limit yourself to "only up to 1 dollar." Just study the project and think - does it have a future.

This is a very good amount for investment perspective in crypto basket i have hold some coins which are XPR,ADA,XLM.Three are very good growing coins.
XPR (2014).is centralized currency and is manipulated by Bank and is used for money transfer.Strong community.
ADA (2017).Project is new but experience team is supporting it and its gaining popularity.Advisable to hold it for coming 2 years,its price is growing gradually.
XLM(2014).In Jan-18 it rose to 90 cent its price is growing slowly.No of exchanges listing XLM increasing,Its partners are increasing like IBM,Money match,Neo frame,There are strong chances that its price would increase to $1 or more by the end of 2018.
As per my stance you can invest in these coins which are delivering worthy results.

POS coins are good but you still have to be very sure they are not just some bunch of shit coins. There are so many shit coins out there and it is good to be very careful. I would also not buy coins that are being pumped already now, but rather buy coins that have been oversold in the market, and that would guarantee a good profit. Most coins that may be overbought now, may get dumped when bitcoin recovers fully, but for now, since most of the coins have bottomed out, he should be fine in the long run.

No doubt ethereum has a great future. But it’s a 800$ coin and he has asked to invest in the one’s that are below one dollar. Ethereum is safe investment, but the returns are not as good as one would get investing in a low value good potential altcoin.

Ethereum has great team and technology no doubt in that, but the growth potential is not as great as the rest of the undervalued altcoins that exist in the market with real world use.

If you have made to invest in one coin such a sum, then you know something better than us and I will not argue that this is wrong, I will say only take a monero.

If you are insisting on investing all 5000$ in one coin, I would suggest you to go either with XRP or IOTA. According to me these coins are the safest for investment and moreover they hold the potential to be easily 3X to 5X this year or even more. IOTA though is not under dollar one, but still its better if you hold on to it. If I keep aside your below 1 dollar saying for a minute, I would even suggest to buy NEO as it has smart contracts and is a great platform.

Xrp is not really good choice because the supply is to much so its not easy to grow.
