Which coin or all coins would you choose for your portfolios, and why?

Neo and eth. EOS actually spells out in its white paper that their tokens men's nothing to individuals. I understand they want to change the world and I hope they do; but their white paper sounds like trouble in my opinion. It doesn't assure the investor at all.

Ethereum and NEO. And about NEO its better to hold for a long terms. With Ethereum think better trade and change in ups and downs)

From this list I would choose NEO. Since the Ethereum is already very expensive and it will not give a very big profit, and eos has really done nothing(all only on paper). Therefore, my choice is NEO

Of course and in my opinion ADA was even better than EOS.  In fact, a lot of people are overrated with EOS. They said EOS as ethereum killers and I know that means if EOS raising a lot of ethereum through crowdsale and dump it in the market with cheap rate. That called as ethereum killers by those are overrated with EOS. Never try to invest in the EOS because that's crap. Ethereum never needs a mount worth of billion dollars to develop the smartcontract. EOS totally money grabber from scammers.

Anyone who says NEO isn't a risky investment is lying or fooled by the Hype train. NEO does, however, have a huge potential to be a very profitable investment. I consider it to be one of the riskier coins in my portfolio, but I believe in the tech and will continue to support the project. A few reasons why it could be an amazing investment:

-First Chinese blockchain, Chinese tend to favor their own tech over Western tech (see Alibaba vs Amazon)
-Smart Contracts similar to ethereum but without having to learn a new coding Language. Smart contracts can currently be written in C# and Java
-NEO's automatically generate GAS when they are in your wallet. GAS can also be very valuable in the future.

My choice for future is NEO

ETH still wins this one based on the market cap it commands and the growth potential it has, its a future coin that with time will continue to grow its valuation.NEO is also a good coin, but ETH is way better

ETH and NEO have working products while EOS simply have goals and dev team working on their idea, but as price tells us it is one project that many people believe in.

ETH is one with huge community and many projects poping out around it and I tend to see it as Eastern blockchain network and NEO is like for Asia because of their involvement with China government.

NEO is the only competitor for ETH,  they already have ICOs running on their platform, moreover ETH won't raise with the same pace as it used to, but NEO can fly easily 10x,  futhermore,  Chinese government can implement NEO in internal mechanism

If i want to old, i would prefer to hold ETH first,then followed by NEO before considering EOS. Although they are all good coins and they have good potentials.

Ethereum has been taking quite the hammering lately, when it was first announced it really did look like Bitcoin 2.0. However, the reality is the smart contracts are too resource intensive, and the solidity programming language is clunky at best. I would stick with NEO, being open to many other programming language gives is a massive advantage over NEO. As for EOS, I cannot comment as I haven't researched into it.

If i want to old, i would prefer to hold ETH first,then followed by NEO before considering EOS. Although they are all good coins and they have good potentials.

what do you mean by means nothing to individuals? isn't the point of the tokens to be able to easily scale projects kinda,

All three are good coins and i have held all three, but when compared to all three i prefer Neo. Because Neo has a high enough resistance to the effects of the crisis.

I choose ETH and NEO; These two coin have the potential in the future, now they are more trusted and hold them. I think in the next few years they will increase the value and overcome the price of BTC. This is the expectation of many investors today. That's my personal opinion.

When i read such opinions like yours, the first thought tat come in my mind that many people can't really undrstand the ral value of each coin so can't estimate what should happen next and this has not necesseery related to the price which volatilate depends on many othr facors neither by profits but by which one has the aility to last and participat in th next crypto step for the future. hodl ethereum and trade the others.

I'll be on Neo for massive gains there is a good development behind Neo that could bring it into top 5 rank in all alts and ETH for stability also to make some good gains. EOS i dont have a believe on this one because they have already the problems in making what they are about to make.

Unless your from Asia I think NEO is a risky coin to get involved in, they could switch it around and start putting KYC on it any time they want to if they think it'll get them more business in places like China.

Ethereum and Neo, both are excellent investments, considering that the recent fall in eth's price is a good entry and that this is developing in response to new demands unlike NEO that is developing its platform anticipating future demands , therefore we must take it as a long-term investment that I would dare to say is safe due to the excellent project that lies behind it.

For the order I will choose.
1. ETH
2. NEO
3. EOS
But for now, because the crypto news is good, you can select all the coins above. possibly the price will go up, follow BTC.

I would prefer ETH since it is next to bitcoin, It is also now gaining great demand from the market. Ive been hearing it also around the internet which means its getting more popular. There were also group of companies now recognizing bitcoin and starting to make it as a mean of payment. Etherium has actually a promising future.

I will choose ETH because it should not fall below 500. I think it will grow. Next, I will choose XEM, I think it is greatly underestimated. And third I'll choose NEO/WAVES/NAS, but I have not decided yet. I think its should make a big profit at this year.

NEO and ETH is the best choice

Most people in this forum will come here and choose ETHEREUM & NEO because of the good run last year, while other will come and pick EOS because this year the platform of eos will launched to the market but whatever you choose its all depend on the market situation and developer of this three altcoin choose wisely all this 3 are good for long term investment :D

for me, i will go for NEO for now. some successful projects came from neo platform. and Chinese are full support of this kind of technology. and also asians creating a huge community supporting all of this assets. and also in the long run maybe ETH will grow very huge. for EOS maybe next time ill just think about it.

The founder of EOS Dan Larimer already has minimum two working and solid projects Steemit and Bitshares, so I think EOS will be a great competitor to Ethereum in near years.

Depend on the investment term, for long term I definitely going to choose eth, eth got a solid foundation and being used in a lot of projects so it cant die easily, but for short term profit I see Neo is better than eth, Neo price rising is quite good, Eos still in developing time, Eos got a good support but to compete with neo or eth still a bit too far

my job is a trader, and I always need ethereum as a means of exchange apart from the investment part. and its magnitude is probably for growth on eth compared to the altcoin you mentioned.

We dont have proof from EOS blockchain so we dont know how great it will be.

NEO is proven to handle smart contract but has a flaw on its node. If one node gets down the remaining nodes needs to be restarted (https://themerkle.com/glitched-consensus-node-briefly-cripples-neo-network/).

ETH proves its way to handle many smart contracts. However, We all know that ETH has scalability problems which happened on cryptokitties (http://www.bbc.com/news/technology-42237162).

For me EOS is the great competitor because of its proven experience (Steemit and Bitshares). We just need to wait for EOS main net.

I support NEO, coins that created by some china dev usian as an alternative for smart contract rather than ERC20 which supported by Ethereum. They both have long development planning. It's easy to make Ethereum portfolio because it was more popular than other altcoins, but for other both (NEO and EOS), they still need more time to showing their project at least this year.
So, for now i will choosing ETH only.

I think I'll invest in NEO and ETH. As for EOS, I think the white paper is a bit exaggerated. NEO and ETH have already deployed practical applications. But the EOS network has not come out. It is not wrong to invest in mature encrypted currency.

1- Ethereum - most promising coin for 2018-2019 . Most ICOs powered by Ethereum this will value ETH coin.
2-NEO China coin with cold mining. Now some ICOs running on the NEO blockchain.
3-EOS

I prefer Ethereum and I have high hopes for it. Ethereum is the most popular platform for practical activities and hundreds applications are develope on its basis. So over time, the leadership of Ethereum will only increase.

All these coins look very promising, although EOS still under development but this project has some feature that make the community bigger. NEO supported by Chiniese goverment and also there many project used their blockchain to make application and running ICO, and ETH still number 1 altcoin for now and will be bigger in every years. So for the better jump in to all Coins.

For ICO and dDapp platforms, I will put my money in NEO, EOS, and Cardano (ADA) .

I'm not putting much into ETH simply because it already has a very high MCAP and hence have a higher inertia to give a good %gain.

Further because it is already so established and supporting so many ICOs, this makes ETH mainchain technology difficult to change, compared to other platforms that were built from ground up base on what they have learnt while observing ETH and other projects, etc.

The technology behind Cardano (ADA) is base on the very tough peer-review process, built by PhDs. It will be very difficult to beat that once those layers gets implemented onto their mainnet that they already have launched.

Also there were news of more and more ICOs that were using the ETH ERC20 token (such as OMG and TRON) that will be moving out of the network, to their own blockchain, so ETH will surely fall in the short-term future, but IMO, its long-term future is certainly still sound (although I won't expect the same level of returns that NEO, EOS and Cardano (ADA) will bring).

NEO and EOS,I think it's a good opponent for ETH,and they still have x5-10 in stock,and eth x1-2,this year,of course, is my personal judgment.

for my portfolio I prefer NEO. because I have long subscribed with Bitcoin then I see NEO quite interesting and promising.

I'll go with NEO and ETH. But my top 1 is NEO next ETH. NEO is 2nd generation of ETH. NEO has also smart contract, just like ethereum. But for me, NEO is the best. It is made from ASIA, much lower transaction fees compare to ethereum.

Id add ICX to this list to once main net launches and they start doing ICOs it will get big. Korea is very big on crypto and ICX will soon list on their exchanges.

I am hedging my bets and have a postion in all three. I consider all of them long term investments and regarding the concerns about EOS, I am fairly sure there terms had to be so detailed to allow US investors to take part in the ICO. All of the tokens are going to support others coins (ETH and NEO already do) so they have proper real world usage built in.

I would choose NEO. Ethereum is already very expensive and it will not give much profit, EOS is also expensive, and yet he did not do anything (besides being beautifully told). A neo has the smallest capitalization of these three coins so also he has already done a lot of work.

I am holding Ethereum and NEO. Considered EOS for a while , but decided to pass. In my opinion Ethereum is the best of the three and NEO is great to invest. EOS is not comparable to the other two in my opinion. 

At the moment ETH is the best of all unambiguously. But in the future, in my opinion EOS is capable to compete to ETH. EOS shows fantastic results on long ICO. I look forward when the blockchain of EOS begins to be used in a large number of projects

In the list you give, I choose ETH and NEO. Although ETH is high value and has to spend a lot of capital to invest, but ETH is more stable than other Altcoin. ETH has solid foundation, technology is trusted, community is growing. NEO is an improvement of ETH which is a low capital investment that can earn high profits. NEO is very potential in the future.

As far as EOS I'm not familiar with it but I believe it's a top 10-20 coin market cap.

If we consider only decentralization, I advise to use ETH, but if it does not matter to you to use or hold the centralized coin, you can hold EOS or NEO. it is simply that decentralization is very important in crypto world

Etherium would surely over power the two altcoins. Etherium is believed to be the strongest altcoin. The proof to this is the growth that it had fron the previous years which is proportional with Bitcoin's development. The three coins are all good coins a d also unique in their own ways. Though, you might still want to consider investing in either Ethereum and EOS because this two sort of look alike in their project. But still, if you have the capital,  you can Invest in the three coins , so you don't have FOMO when any of the coins have starts pumping.

Beside BTC I will choose ETH and NEO in your list. ETH gives me confidence in a stable market, strong community support and high value. NEO gives me confidence in advanced technology based on ETH platform. I am very confident in my decision.

I don't like EOS and I don't trust it. Ethereum and NEO are great projects and I believe in both of them. They are going to be very big and popular.

Top 3 for me is the ethereum of NEO and EOS.

Since ethereum and EOS are the ones that seem to have smart contracts out of the three that you have mentioned then they are better option. Although I have invested in the NEO project and believe it will do well in the long run but eth has always been a personal favorite of mine so I always favor it in any situation. ETH`s speed is 10 tps. And it is most usable blockchain with working smart contracts, lol.
NEO`s speed is good + possibility of free GAS collecting, but it is centralized.
EOS`s blockchain is not launched yet.

Honestly, Ethereum is still my choice. Ethereum was the first platform token to allow widespread creation of tokens. Before NEO, EOS, and other competitors could even get their white papers out— Ethereum had already had several successful ICO’s launch on their platform.

According to me ETH, NEO, and EOS are the strongest coins in the crypto currency market, their project very strong and I would advice for long term investment rather for short term.

I incorporate all three in my list and also invest in all three as well. I think the same coins have a third chance to be great. not only that, because the competition is getting tougher crypto certainly need coins also can survive in the long term investment. and the third altcoin that's my choice and there are still a few more.

If EOS will release mainnet than its 100% eos.
They are too late to launch mainnet but still they have time. Also they have enough ETH to develop a huge network.

I bought Ethereum today because now it is sold at a very good price. Also, I have NEO. I traded the EOS on Kucoi, but in the future, he will not be supported by this exchange.

I am interested in NEO. Much of the interest in NEO comes from its association with Onchain. Personally, I am just holding NEO and Ethereum. However, I think  NEO is better, and hope it will skyrocket this year. NEO came after Ethereum. NEO was able to learn from Ethereum’s mistakes and improve upon its functions. For one thing, smart contracts via NEO can be coded using the most common programming languages that developers actually know, rather than forcing developers to learn a whole new script. Additionally, NEO is already in the proof-of-stake stage, whereas Ethereum is stuck in proof-of-work.

neo, eos and ethereum are cryptoes that have good prospects in the future. In terms of technology, the three coins have it. but in fact ethereum is the most popular crypto in any investment and trade rather than neo and eos.

ETH and NEO are two of my favourite coins. I do not have enough information about EOS but I know it has a good amount of marketcap.
I will hodl my ETH and NEO since these are the ones I trust.

I don't make the choice I already own all of them. NEO I am looknig for growth from current levels, Ethereum I mostly use for investing in ICO projects and EOS I am backing as a future potential star coin. It makes sense to spread your options over several coins than restrict to one.

It would be nice for me personally if it's on ETH and NEO and split the investment on both while accompanied investing in bitcoin. Same here. There is a big chance that these three coins will become big in the future. But out of these three, I will prefer ETH. I am not really a fun of NEO and EOS while being a great project but is yet to run successfully. ETH is bigger, wider and more proven.
