Any thought's about Litecoin?

I will advise you invest a coin that have a good vision and they are working towards the Vision. My choice might be different from yours, but my Principal choice right now which I believe the price will be 20-50X higher in 4th quarter of this year is TravelFlex Coin. The price is low now but I believe this coin.

where is it trading?

Finance XRP x3-x10
Insurance IXT x50-x200
Realestate Propy x20-x100

This year and next year, the tokens used in real business will soar. Other than that it is a lose group.
The above three fields have high affinity with block chains, and development teams are reliable.

I have one bitcoin but I have not splitted it anywhere as most of the altcoins i get is usually from the bounties and nothing else.

However, my direct investment portfolio is as follows.
1) ETH : Obviously it is must have coin and with that attitude there are more than 90% investor of this coin which makes this coin run perfectly. I will split 20% into this coin from my one full BTC.
2) IPL : I wish I could have gotten the chance to inevstment into this baby at the time of presale. It was hot. I would put 10% into this straight once it reaches the exchanger.
3) SCL : Best altcoin to have this year with 100x raising moments to hit soon. I am already having lot of inevstment into it and as matter of fact I will put 20% straight into this coin.
4) Rest of the bitcoin I will keep it as it is.

I will split my investment into those coins which are highly having adoption attitude in future as below.
1.60% ETH,its the most magnificient coin and is based on innovative smart contract having large community and large growth chance in future.
2.40% XRP,XLM,LTC,NEO,EOS,IOTA,WAVES these are all good coins with massive potential to increase in value in future.some i would hold whereas some i will use for day trading.

If I had one btc, I'd have 2 btc in 1 month when eth recovers. Lol.

I would go buy ETH as 20% of my holdings and EOS for the other 20%, the rest would stay at bitcoin. This time, I really believe on the potential that bitcoin could bring and it's the safest way to invest because it's TOP1 on the marketcap, it won't fall 90% on a day like Bitconnect. When bitcoin goes up, alts goes up, when bitcoin goes down, alts go down, bitcoin is the leader so stay with bitcoin and just trade it every peak/dip for maximum profits.

Is it smart to split bitcoin over several altcoins at the moment? Bitcoin was and is good for short, and there are speculations that bitcoin will start increasing its value.
I would only use half bitcoin to buy ether because it is undervalued at the moment. Everyone needs ether for ico investment and for all these token fees.

You're right eth is a really good coin to buy right now it will be easily to recover actually you can buy approximately 17 eth with 1 btc and when it recovers to 0.12 btc every eth you can easily doubled your unvestment

This week BTC seems to be making a bit of a correction and moving forward in a strong direction. Litecoin had a good potential in crypto community actually I currently investing in that coin and also Ethereum, Neo, Cardano, Iota.

I would on half funds bought ethereum and the rest would be invested in five different ICO projects.

Wow! If i have such an amount to invest, i will not only invest in altcoins that are already on exchange, i will also invest in ICOs that i am very sure are legit. I think you should invest your 1 Bitcoin in parts. You should invest 50% of your capital in Ether because Ether is very popular coin and now a day many ICO coming and using ether platform so ether demand will increase in future for sure and i think it will touch 1500$ till Dec-18. Other 50% capital you can invest in Steller,  Neo,  Cardano and GVT. all this coins have good project and bright future ahead.

If im investing bitcoin i search for the coins that has a potential that makes progress in a matter of time with this i can easily sell it and gain profit. just always search or check the background of the coin, dont rely on the common coin when in terms of investment theres a lot of new coins that has a potential and makes a lot more profit when you invest with it.

I'm not really good in guessing coin price movement but I will pick ETH and invest 50% of that Bitcoin. After it reached $1000+ it drop to $500+ now. Possible this drop of ETH price is just temporary just to let us buy in low price. Possible price climb will be on the corner and will happen soon. Next is Polymath a security token is the pick of most investors now I guess it will be more than $1 in few months. I will just invest 30% of that. Lastly I will pick Cardano for some expert recommended it that it will be a good investment this March. 

I don't agree that ETH it is altcoin. Ethereum it is separate technology with more wide options than Bitcoin. I think that price of Ethereum it is another story  and it has not connected with BTC.

Yes, we are the same if I would have 1bitcoin why should I split into altcoins that we all know altcoins are not much profitable.
Hence, i have that huge amount of bitcoin i rather to hold that in my wallet i think it is more profitable compared to other altcoins.

As far as I know, litecoin is not much different from bitcoin and doesn’t really serve any unique purpose in the crypto market. The blockchain technology that is used in litecoin is highly identical to bitcoin’s and is a replica. The updates that are developed for bitcoin are also applicable to the litecoin blockchain.

Litecoin doesn’t really serve any utility and doesn’t have any real world use or application. So according to me, LTC is just a hyped coin and nothing much and will either be stagnant or fall sooner or later.

agree, especialy with LYM, I have been wathcinh this coin for a while, their community are strong, whitepaper are more than solid.

Doesn’t look like ETH will recover any time soon LOL and you might end up making your one BTC into even less by investing all your money in ETH. There are many altcoins in the market that have smart contracts and are much more secure and technically advanced than ETH.

There are platforms like NEO, ADA and WAVES that have no to very low transaction fees and are highly scalable. The number of ICO’s launching on ETH platform are reducing now and I think ETH will be stagnant for quite long if there isn’t development in its technology.

I don’t think you must put 60% of your investment in ETH because according to me ETH is losing its hold on the market and is becoming stagnant. The actions against launching of ICO’s by the government and banning of crypto advertisements by the social media platforms has reduced the number of projects launching on the ETH platforms which has made its price stagnant and its growth slow.

Moreover there are coins like NEO and WAVES that also have smart contracts on their platforms and are much more technically advanced than ETH.

If I have 1 bitcoin, I will invest a whole 1 bitcoin in doge. Doge has not been pumped yet and I have a strong feeling that sooner or later, it will be pumped at least 10 times. Doge was one of the top 10 coin but not it has lost its position.

If you have 1 Bitcoin it is better to keep it that way in my opinion. Otherwise I would buy Ethereum and NEO. Probably some Cardano as well.

I will split it into 3 parts: One part for ETH, second part for Ripple and third part for 4-5 risky coins, I do not like to deal with very risky coins.

In the current period I am putting my efforts into the bitcoin mostly. I am earning bounties, had some investment into the alts but I am dumping them for good cause. The strategy is to buy more BTC when it is really low and then grow my wealth very fast. After that profit, I will think on the diversification into the alts thats are new and coming out of the ICO's.

Though that is the case, I am holding three major altcoins and not dumping them for all the good reasons. The first one is off course ETH, a coin which has always given me lots of profits in the long run and it will do the same this time, so thats the major alt for me. Then followed by this im holding up some JNT tokens that I recently bought and then there is XRP with little investment just to see if it spike 300x the current prices.

I would distribute my portfolio like this: 60% under air, 20% - EOS, 20% - NEO and XRP, I think all these coins will show good growth.

Consider platforms that will grow, rather than indiviudal projects. Bigger cap ones are EOS, NEO, ETH, ADA. Lower cap ones are POA, CS

Passive income:
Holding some coins gives you staking rewards, masternode rewards, or profit share. I like BNB, KCS, DASH for higher cap and MEDIC, SYS for lower caps

After reading countless topics on this forum about which altcoin is better, I just came to realize that is not what matters.
What matters is the number of people holding it. So why not instead of trying to buy half of bitcoin, you (the one reading this now) get into something not famous yet (as all altcoins were at the beginning).
That's what you do if you want to make an investment. You find something cheap. Cheap because it is not so known yet, not because it lacks other features. And then you talk about it everywhere.

If I had now one BTC to invest, I would spread it over around twenty coins. I would buy at least 5 blockchain coins, like zilliqa, cardano, nuls, eos and neo, for example. If I have one BTC to split into Altcoins I would split into those coins which are solid technology wise,community wise LIKE ETH.Some coins which are also very good and undervalued like NEO,ADA,EOS,MIOTA.These coins are gradually growing and will increase tremendously in coming few years.I will split as

I had 0.5 BTC extra a couple of months ago then divided it to 5 0.1 btcs investing in these alts: XVG, TRX, ADA, TOA and AChain.
I will hold them for 10 months then sell at whatever price but I believe my profit will be x10 by that time.

I would choose the same coins that have a big growth in the last year. The first one is Ripple which increased from 0.006$ to a over 2$. With only 100$ invested you would have a profit of over 34.000$.

We can say the same thing about XEM NEM which increased from 0.003$ to over 1$. Let's don't forget about NEO, the price of 1 coin in January 2017 was 0.14$ and now it's 70$.

Last one but the best is XRB(Rail blocks) with an unbelievable growth from 0.009$ to 28$ in just 1 year. You would have made a profit of 300.000$ and that's more than a normal person earns by working everyday.

I agree with your assessment about Oyster Pearl. I have personally profited very nicely from this coin during December of last year when it pumped to insane heights. I never expected this at all since I was planning on HODLING these coins for a long period, but the insane pump persuaded me to sell all my PRL which helped me earn heavy profits in the short term. I feel lucky to have invested into this coin during the initial stages and the crazy rally by Bitcoin clearly affected it in a positive way.
