Hi guys me want suggestions

me planning to sell all my btc and wana buy etherium  ETH as btc is down 6.23 % in 24 hr and eth is down 10.68 % so me thinking best time to buy eth as it will grow

what says guys ?

no don't sell your btc then buy ethereum and bch because btc is already trusted here that still continue to grow anytime so don't think anything like wait until it go high

Well if you think carefully bitcoin is still higher price than eth and everytime the bitcoin goes down and so eth does. Better if you keep your bitcoin on hold and if you want to have eth then buy through separate money. Only sell all of it if you will totally cut ties with bitcoin because as long as you are holding bitcoin then you still have the chance to earn money if the price goes up again.

I would recommend you to keep all the BTCs you have. And if you can opportunity, you can invest further in some Ethereum.At this stage both coins deserve investment.  :)

The truth is that all the BTC supporters will say you not to sell your BTC and the ETH supporterd will say you to buy ETH. In this case the best option would be to diversify your money into both of them. Sell half of the BTC you have and conver it to ETH. In this way you will be able to get the peofit in both of the cryptocurrencies.

for now me just now SOLD all my btc and now me has balance in my currrency in my account so no loss no profit ... im planning to buy full ETH with that what u guys say it will be sure profit cause just in 10 min eth price drop 10% to 11.79 %

This is not a all time big fall bro. You need to understand that bitcoin, ethereum and any alts are volatile in nature. Moreover due to fake news has been shared through out the world. I see very huge price fluctuation dude.
We do not to worry about this price fall at all. However, with in some days or week of time you will find the price recoverance to 12k USD or even more than that dude. As you thought you please go to buy ethereum with the bitcoin you have but spend half of the fund only on it.

Selling just because their is a small fall will not help OP to be a long term investors as he gets panic easily. The statement itself show that he is very worried and 5% from here if it falls more he will have sleepless night. If want to make some good money in this market better to hold as the shortcoming will be recovered in the quick time.

It seems like you've entered panic mode so I'd recommend you to sell. If you can't handle these kind of swings in the price then you're not ready to be in crypto market. And the fact that you're planning to sell your BTC at such low prices to buy ETH (which is currently at 0.05!) thinking that ETH will go up makes me think that you have no idea what you're doing in this market. Sell your coins and come back once you have a clear idea of what your strategy/goal will be.

Also, I have to say the most bearish traders are expecting the lows at $5k, so by saying $800 you're just looking like a fool out of touch with reality.


How can it be "too low" when it's above the bottom, which is at 6k USD? Also, ETH depends on BTC. Don't think that if BTC keeps falling ETH will somehow ignore that.

Diversification is always wise IMO.

Don't sell all your BTC, and don't just buy all ETH.

Consider also to look into other quality altcoins with prospect for growth (which has potential to give a higher %gain due to their current low MCAP) too, after proper research that is.

That is really sad to hear. But if you will continue, your potent profit will be lost. If I would be ask, holding will still be a good idea to do. Keep in mind that it will eventually increase since dumps are not permanent. But at the end of the day, that is still your money and you are the only one who will manage it so for those who do believe with Bitcoin, be patient and wait.

Good advice indeed. You can not predict what is going in the coin market tomorrow. Therefore, you can not assure that you will be able to purchase ETH at a lower price. Bitcoin has better market exposure than ETH. As a result, BTC has more potential than ETH for price rise.

no this is not the best time to sell bitcoin you should wait, if the value are more than 9k maybe that is the best time but in todays value don sell, the value of etgerium are relying on btc value so if you are plannin to buy etherium this is the best time but dont use btc to buy etherium just keep it.

I see no reason to buy altcoins right now. They will not rise in price until the bitcoin market recovers. Who can know now the margin limit of eth? May not be a god idea my friend. Its true that price of BTC is pretty low now, but it’s not the end of BTC. And I think price of all other coins are not different from it. When the market will bounce, no coin will benefit you more than BTC, I think.

No, keep your Btc in wallet, do not be panic. i am sure that the price will go up soon, most coins are go down now.

Look man, you are already at a lost, and a lot are also in the same position in various altcoins and not just in bitcoins. Isn't selling your bitcoin with such low prices obviously a bad move? You would be selling at a loss and even if you made profit you would make much less than you would if you just waited for the price to go back up.

It's your choice. We can't change your decision. I don't think it's a good idea to sell bitcoin. I think the value of ETH is now much lower. Many ico are now banned, and the use of ETH has fallen a lot. I think its price will continue to fall.

I think your idea is good, ETH will be demanded by many people rather than BTC, and now is the best time to buy ETH but you should wait for a several moment whether ETH price still in down trend or to reverse.

I think you are waiting for a few months and the price of Bitcoin will return to 8,000 US dollars.

There are two ways you can proceed from here:
1. You can either sell all of your BTCs and immediately use that money to buy Alts which are still giving good returns even during the time of dip.
2. You can keep holding on to your BTCs since the price that you are saying right now is the support price and BTC won't fall lower than this.
Either way, it is your call, but I would suggest you to use the latter option.

In talking of price affordability in which in favor of new comers then i say buy Ethereum in which its cheaper to purchase right now than Bitcoin but in talking of earning thru price growth nothing can defeat Bitcoin. Do not judge Bitcoin in just 24 hours performance because the average growth of Bitcoin is very far away better than Ethereum. If you will just review the over all performance of the fast moving value trend of Bitcoin in the market not just in 24 hours you could see the big difference between the 2 coins. I see that you're a panic seller, just because the value of bitcoin is dropping, that does not mean that the bitcoin is going to die. Bitcoin is volatile and thats normal. Selling of bitcoin now is bad choice. I know that bitcoin is unpredictable, the value of bitcoin goes lower but it will go higher eventually, so why sell bitcoin now? Just hold your BTC till Dec 2018 Lets see how much % BTC will pump I think like 80% or more but my prediction price is $50,000 on Dec 2018. Dont lose hope Holding is not risky at all.

I can feel the current state of the price movement, I'm still holding some coins that I hold and I plan to sell it at the price much higher than the current price. I also was planning to just sell all of my Bitcoin because of its drop again and I feel like Bitcoin can’t increase its price anymore. Not really in panic because of the price but I just don’t want to lose everything. 0 sense to me if the OP is really planning to offload his bitcoin because the price is already or we are almost at the bottom. So I'm expecting that this bottom has no other choice but to bounce back and go up. So if he sells today and the price suddenly picks up then it will be just futile to make the sell today.

I think you don't need to sell btc because as what we observe from the past btc and ETC is almost the same. Remember the time that btc falls down? The etc value also goes down. So for me, the best thing to do to avoid such loss, you have to wait and hold your btc. You need much time but it will be worth it.

It could be a good choice, but it seems that you are expecting that both crypto will increase in the same value. Let say what if the bitcoin increase at 10% while the eth increase at 5%. The question is which could be more profitable, by that bitcoin is definitely the winner. Don't sell your bitcoin for ethereum because we all know that bitcoin is the most trusted coin here in our industry and still has the potential to grow, don't think selling it until it's price rise up again. totally agree with you dude. we should not put all our asset into one coin only. a better way is to divide into some coins so that it could minimize the lost when the the price of a coin drops, we still have another coins to count on. we just should not simply sell all our btc and and buy eth as many still consider bitcoin as the king of cryptocurrency and believe that the price would raise again as it was before.

Well I don't think that it would be a good move. You should try holding your bitcoins as the chances for bitcoin's price to grow would be far more than that of ethereum.
