Hello FrillDX long time no speak, how are you?No my friend I'm just working with another developer.. actually its a member from SHF... all service went down again for SHF for a few weeks and I couldn't get hold of sampletext again...so I was talking with some guys from SHF about trying to get the network back online and one guy "Berran" was able to deploy the SHF services locally by adding his own node but our hands were tied as I had no access to the github repo to change anything officially. Anyway we got talking and he told me about his idea of a new crypto with some great features so we started hanging out for a few weeks and talking about Atheios and where we could take... Fast forward to today he really is a super developer...there nothing like what things were before with SHF this guy actually does things and is very good at what he does for a one guy developing hes amazing so I front everything else for him and have grown a pretty decent team in such a short period :) Our mainnet launch was a massive success network hashrate was reaching 800+GH within the first day, but like I said everything was done much more professionally compared to SHF we run testnet for a few weeks to make sure everything was super stable before anything was released... But more importantly FrillDX we have ZERO Premine so no chance of the dev cashing in and disappearing this time. OK back to atheios... How did Atheios start? There was a few members in SHF discord channel talking about how it sucks that the project was just going to waste and there was nothing we could do until we made contact with sampletext again you can hop onto that channel and see this for yourself ;) Anyway one members Berran (AKA ATH dev) tried to fix SHF locally by hosting a node for it and got the wallet working locally but that was all he could do again until we made contact sampletext.... We waited and waited while at the same time chatting and getting to know each other then Berran told me he was thinking about starting his own project and asked me if I would like to be part of it because he loved how passionate was about an already dead project... I could screenshot the exact quote... anyway realizing we both were passionate about a few things, cryptos, game development, communties I listened to his ideas and liked what I was hearing so we started working on Atheios Berran made a test network and we set about testing it... I was super, super impressed the work rate of this dev is..wow perfect and so fast :) In regards to the listing on StocksExchange... well I'm the community leader of this project so I've been the one reaching out everywhere like exchanges etc...yes it's listed on the same exchange but what does that mean??? Let me tell you I've contacted 100+ exchanges from a list 200+ exchanges and price of listing a coin are lowest 0.5 BTC to 10+ BTC we are currently listed on several other exchanges voting list as well but when I contacted StocksExchange their price was 0.7BTC which for a exchange that lots of people know and use was actually a good price and I suspect the same reason SHF choose that exchange... anyway Berran decided to pay the 0.7BTC to get listed on the exchange asap as lots of people were asking constantly and people in discord agreed stocks would be a great exchange to start with. Again I have outlined a honest opinion above as I always do and always will. You should think about what you wrote and edit your post advising people not to mine Atheios as that's just ludicrous ATH is a totally different project with a developer with lots of ideas and actually dedicated to what he does and is already making waves reaching out to other developers and crypto fanatics and gaining a wealth of knowledge along the way.... Hope to get some help :) On my windows PC that i also mine from.. for whatever reason on some windows installs I would hash ethash algo normal for a little while then it would snap and eth / etc hashrate would crash but exp, pirl, musicoin etc the hashrate was normal. So if the same thing is happening to you then mining on claymore it would mine your normal hashrate then crash the hashrate on while mining the dev fee for claymore.. then go back to normal when you connect back to your normal pool. I never figured out what caused this but i no longer have this issue. I'm very interested to add Atheios to faucethub.io and allow users and site owners start using it actively. Here's a fun fact: A working blockchain, hash increasing an existing product which is being developed, market cap of ~$100k. At x10, mcap would equal to $1M. At x100 mcap would equal to $10M. Well, we never thought this would happen. But it did. Shortly after the one-year anniversary of Atheios, Berran walked away from the project for personal reasons. It is amazing to see that immediately after this sad event the Atheios community grouped together immediately to discuss moving forward. We are currently assessing and discussing different options, but one thing is clear: we, as a strong community, are committed to making the next “Atheios” broader and stronger. A new team has taken over This past June, Atheios was dealt an unexpected and sudden blow: the founding developer left the project which in turn caused a massive disruption and risked the integrity of the chain. Hash rate dropped, exchange value tanked, website and wallet functionality went offline. Within a few hours, several dedicated members of the community stepped forward and formed a team to stabilize the chain by providing hash power and getting additional boot nodes online for network security. In the emergency meetings that followed, it was decided to keep the coin alive and to cut all ties to the previous developer.
