Post by: ubauba on December 05, 2013, 10:27:58 AM
Sorry for the first post in the wrong area I hope it can be moved to the correct one.

As per title please do not trust this company.

Orders are received and processed however tracking codes for the shipments are fake.

Ofcourse Marto74 can prove me wrong and start replying to the emails and updates requests sent.

Until than I consider it a scam!

Hi

I've read elsewhere that people are having problems with DPD tracking numbers. I've had similar problems in the past with dpd.

Try going to the DPD site of the country they are sending from and enter your tracking number.

Also try cookietrail, they can track most parcels.

I have nothing to do with Technobit and am trying to place an order with them - but I think it might be a bit premature calling them scammers just because the tracking number doesn't work.

Though DPD have never lost a parcel sent to me, they wouldn't be my first choice of courier.

A third option is phoning DPD in your country and see if they can find the parcel, works on occasion.

Well I trid contacting technobit several and I mean several times with no replies.

Used the tracking code provided which comes up as cancelled.

Contacted DPD which has no record of the parcel.

Contacted Speedy which is the Bulgarian courier that passes on to DPD and they say the parcel was cancelled.

Tried again technobit but no answer.

Meanwhile Marto is active on this forum convincing people he is legit...

The main worry is that while we are gettng no replies to the many emails and messages he is still seen as a respected member on this forum and was able to keep posting.

No time for the orders but time to lure more people in.

Again I renew my invite to prove meet wrong by dealing with costumers and clearing the air.

Meanwhile I'll be contacting the local authorities

Definitely report him so they see he loses his status/membership or he does his part of the deal.

Well I am going to look into legal adice now, he has held my money for over a month which means I lost interests on it, did not deliver the items which means loss of income.
He keeps being active on the forum but fails to reply to me.

Something is obviously going on

Hello, me too. I ask for a refund at Technobit.eu Website on 2013-12-09. They told me, the refund "will be done in 10 days". Yesterday (2014-01-09) I double checked my bank account and get nothing from Technobit. Plus they don't answer to any eMail or Contact-Message furthermore (last few weeks). They are scammers. My Order-ID is FESYNGABJ. I am going to my lawyer and will fight against those scammers using the most possible of an law enforcement. However, law enforcement is much easier sind 2014, because the scammers sitting in Bulgaria and are now  in a country based in the European Union.

Don't purchase anything from Technobit Scammers.

I don't think they are a scam. This is how my order with TechnoBit went.

1x ordered 19th Novemeber for Decemebr Batch 1 was delivered by Dec 13th (Shipping €30 DPD) paid PayPal
1x ordered 22nd November for December Batch 1 was delivered Jan 22nd. (Shipping €4 bigger order) paid BitBay
4x ordered 23rd November for December Batch 1 was delivered by Jan 10th (Shipping  €4 bigger order) paid BitPay

I didn't get a tracking number but they all arrived within 7 days of their order system changing from "payment accepted" to "shipped".

Technobit don't seem to able to combine orders so my advice would be never to use the €4 "bigger order" option, it may cause delays because it could look like you didn't pay for shipping! Their PDF file doesn't seem to include your shipping notes like "add to my previous order".

Paypal is back on their store, and as that arrived first, I'd have to say paying the extra 5% for PayPal probably adds some pressure to deliver your order within 30-45 days!

My 22nd Nov order came last, it seemed missed because it was out of date order, so I mentioned it to Martin on the Hex16B purchase BitcoinTalk thread, and it was in the posted the next day! Comms are not great but being nasty to Martin won't get your order out any faster.

Sure I'm not happy with how long my order took, but all Bitcoin miner manufacturers have delays, Butterfly Labs took 6 months+ to deliver some of their orders, my Technobit experience was much better. These things are custom made, and they cannot make everyones order at the same time, if you want fast delivery, order from someone on eBay who has a miner in hand, but be prepared to pay up to double for the privileged.

You are geting your miners without ASIC chips - what you paid for !!!!!
You spam more than 100 msg in all my treads.
So goodbye

The problem is not in 217.5 EUR
So after all this bitching here, in monday I'll ship you what you paid for
2 boards without ASIC chips , tested to work on 0 GH/s

I asked for a refund (usual EU right of withdrawal) of 217.50 EUR on 2013-12-10 !!!!!!!!!

New EU rules on consumer rights
http://europa.eu/rapid/press-release_MEMO-11-675_de.htm (http://europa.eu/rapid/press-release_MEMO-11-675_de.htm)

Quote
5) Better refund rights

Traders must refund consumers for the product within 14 days of the withdrawal. This includes the costs of delivery. In general, the trader will bear the risk for any damage to goods during transportation, until the consumer takes possession of the goods

6) Introduction of an EU-wide model withdrawal form

Consumers will be provided with a model withdrawal form which they can (but are not obliged to) use if they change their mind and wish to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance or at the doorstep. This will make it easier and faster to withdraw, wherever you have concluded a contract in the EU.

So again: Give me my money back. Otherwise you can also pay for the transportation as well as the 217.50 EUR refundable costs!

Why you told me the refund needs max 10 days?
Why you asked me for my paypal adress to refund me, but did nothing?

You wrote via contact form on 2014-01-10:

We are able to do this paypal so please give us paypal account

Why you NOW decide to deliver products I asked a refund for it?

I asked for a REFUND!

HI,
I believe I did answer this already
in 10 days since 12 of December

Might as well jump in here too.

Marto, through a botched Group Buy scammed me out of 1.43BTC

If you look at the details in his trust you will see many people have lost money to this guy.

In my case, he ran a group buy then 6 months later, decided to cancel it due to avalon not delivering,
and instead of PMing everyone in the group buy he leaves a message in a 6 month old thread telling everyone if they don't send him a message to him by a certain time and date with a special signature that you were out of luck.

In that very same thread month or more earlier I asked for a refund and he did not provide it.

Then when I finally saw his little message he said I was too late and all he was willing to do was ship me chips, which he claimed to do in October of 2013. You know what Avalon Gen 1 chips were worth in Oct 2013? NOTHING!

But even then he said he shipped them, they never arrived and he tried to get ANOTHER 0.10 BTC from me to pay for special shipping.

be an informed buyer, read the threads where he does business you have about a 90% chance, in my opinion of getting screwed in some way, late shipment (usually 3 months), No shipment,  lost shipment.

This is someone you NEVER want to do business with. EVER.

Technobit have HUGE problem of communication, but they are not scammer. You'll find dozen of people that have received their boards and are happy with them. You can even find some one ebay.

https://bitcointalk.org/Themes/custom1/images/post/thumbdown.gif Technobit  Up to 10 week delays in shipment of some customers Minion Group Buy Units.

The hurt / delays continue for some customers of Technobit who have paid substantial amounts for miners over 10 weeks ago.

I agree with scrappy here, Batch 1 should of been sent out by now. reading the thread its totally unprofessional sending out small orders first.
i see some people waiting 10 weeks now for there order to be shipped out and nothing. Seems people with large orders are getting shafted.

I think compensation is due MARTO!!!!

People have been patient with you since you had a problem with the boards, but this now seems to be resolved.
So what exactly is going on??

i do not what to take legal action as BFL are facing and now KNC miner, marto.
You really havent provided any updates to people with large orders on the forum at all.

Please provide a clear update on what is going on and when everyone's orders are going to be fulfilled and compensation package.
with have been patient, but you have taken are patience for granted now.

There is seriously something wrong with this thread. Folks Martin has yet to deliver batch one yet we have 3 confirmed cases of him shipping batch 2. He says "small orders" Fuck that shit. Mine may have been large and paid in fiat. I have as of to date received 6 of 50, and Marto has promised 6 shipping dates and only sent once!

 Guys, enough of the bullshit.

I paid in fiat for a flat conversion, have been lied to about shipping, and seen batch 2 orders go out before mine. Check the thread, I was in page 2 and traded in 2 x3's and paid in fiat. I know I am not alone here as I have spoke to many of you in pm's. Enough with the BS, bring it.

scrappy do, dam so shipments are just trickling out. i would of thought at least batch 1 would of been completed by now

I haven't received a single one of my 88 boards. My chips have been at technobit since July 17th.

Marto any news when batch 2 will be shipped, its been over a month now since you received my chips. ive emailed you on your site, 2 weeks ago and no reply.
would like to know whats happening with those.

you going to be offering any compensation for late deliveries now. awaiting 25 boards  >:( and counting

No offense Guyver, but he hasn't even shipped batch one out. Hopefully he will not ship out anymore batch 2 like the mistake made last week. I just got my first partial shipment today 6 of 50. I know its been over a month for you and I hate it, but it has been over 10 weeks for some of us.

Nice of you to delete my post because I had a positive experience, are you seriously so desperate to make them look bad you won't even have one postive view as a counter argument when you know that you'll get more bad experiences because ragers need a place to post. It's quite pathetic Bicknellski, now if you want to make a real scam accusation how about you make one where both sides can openly say their experience and not just the side your on.

How about you review Martin's latest failures and comment?
