Can someone provide me with some dimensions (metric system pls)?

A= total width (without heatsink)
B= tatal height (without heatsink)
C= center hole to center hole
D= edge of board to rectifier
E= edge of board to center hole
F= center hole to center hole

Are the tiny capacitors near the minion chip (on 3 of the 4 sides) lower, higher or the same hight as the minion chip. ?

a=250 mm
b=250 mm
e=c=f=80 mm
d= 81-83 mm ( some variation during PnP)
caps: there are 2 models one is lower the other is higher than the minion

 No offense Guyver, but he hasn't even shipped batch one out. Hopefully he will not ship out anymore batch 2 like the mistake made last week. I just got my first partial shipment today 6 of 50. I know its been over a month for you and I hate it, but it has been over 10 weeks for some of us.

I haven't received a single one of my 88 boards. My chips have been at technobit since July 17th.

Im trying to make heatsinks for these boards to cut costs,

the heatsinks are 84 mm high and 80 width and 250 mm long. so you only need 2 of them for each board. they are high power heatsinks.

Here is an example of the heatsink type, only wider.

here is how it should look on the board (its a scetch without the work done on the bottom).

I have done all the measurments last night with a caliper.

In the boxed 2 boards we are using 35 mm thick profile and it works.
But you need to put in in a "tunnel"

It will work with some modification, but the first supplier was to expensive
Admit I was a bit close  Cheesy
"Droomde al half van grote Gamma alu profielen van 2 of 4 meter lang met lengte ribbels bovenop waar water doorheen loopt vanuit een tank met een pompje (een kant beetje hoger zodat het van links naar rechts of andersom stroomt door de gleuven) en de bordjes met de chips omhoog en tegenaan geklemd."

google translate:

"Dreamed half of large Gamma aluminum profiles 2 or 4 meters long with longitudinal ribs on top through which water flows from a tank with a pump (a little higher so that the side from left to right or vice versa flows through the slots), and the signs with the chips up and clamped against it."

Almost correct, it was part from a post from 2.5 months back, on ecointalk's dutch subsection.

I wonder if the X1/X3 heatsink could be adapted to work. I have a bunch of them around the office, just not the time/expertise to try and make a mounting bracket.

If it's just for you then cobble it. Like I did with my junker coolers:
