If you promised to refund the guy then refund the guy. Problem solved.

Doesn't matter if the guy is a complete asshole. Pay em if you owe him problem solved. This community doesn't really need more companies that act in an unprofessional manner. Who cares what words he uses. If you owe him pay em. Problem resolved. Then you can get back to building products that work. I respect the work you do Marto74... how about we can get back to focusing only on that. Pay this guy and move on that way we can see working A1 miners in the wild faster. Don't waste time firefighting this stuff let the other crap companies play that game.

I have an order that has yet to be fulfilled by Marto & team. 3 months late on a supposed 3 week turnaround.
No matter the situation or how the customer acts his message above demonstrates his customer service. I haven't cursed Marto/Technobit, He still ignores me, And when he does say something in regard to my or other orders that are just as late or later (going on 4 months for some) than mine it ends up being a broken promise. As far as I'm concerned my money is gone, the worst part is that Marto has wasted my time. No one should have to follow him around on the forum to get the equipment that they paid for within a time frame that Marto himself has set for delivery.

Bicknellski, I wish I knew about the hive project before I sent my chips to Marto/Technobit. He's a seemingly awesome EE, but he definitely needs help on the business front.

Marto, you can not sent this buyer incomplete miner. He canceled it a while ago and you ask him for paypal to refund.
Why are you now wonder why hes behaving this way. I agree with bilecinski and refund him like you said.
He did now overeacted but you have responibility for your customers.
Hire somebody who act mature with your buyers.
Its very easy solution, refund him like you stated in december, and he will clean the thread from spams.

This is completely true, "customer our master" this is good sentences we all should understand, even if customer is an complete jackass he pay's and make profit for seller.
The simplest way is get his money back especially if its 217 eur... quote of that kind is not worth time lose for this kind situation...

And marto I also understand that angry customer... you really have some problems with deadlines for orders and refunds, I also felt this but I'm other kind of person that hi is and I just take this of my head and wait... had my lesson and that all  Cool

But this customer put about 100 BOLD off topic msg in a few treads.
This can not continue.
This kind of behavior .
So I'll send him exactly what he paid for. PCB+componets , assembled and tested .
Yes it is not correct , but  I'll prefer to go to court for this , rather than allowing this kind of behavior to be example for success here in this forum .

You're right. I am ready to stop this shitstorm, when I get my refund. Paypal is the fastest way. It is up to marto74.
It is very easy and marto74 (Technobit.eu) can stop it by just refund me.
Sending me canceled order (incomplete boards) is not a deal. I just want to get my money back.
It'is late for this.
I'll rather stop posting in this forum.
