I thought the market is recovering, but BTC and most of alt coins are dropping again today.
Should I sell my coins?

Volatility is the name of the game. I think its going slightly flat as many are waiting for the NewYork consensus conference. In years past this is where allot of news comes out so I think people are waiting in the wings. Add to that the non show of the sec meeting on ethereum.

I thought so too but I think the reason why these prices drop down most especially Bitcoin again is because of Warren Buffet condemning Bitcoin again and saying that it is not a productive asset and it has greatly affected the market price. To be very honest my friend, I don’t know why people go all crazy and panic during dips while they know the fact that bitcoin as well as altcoins have a volatile nature which means it is not possible for them to keep on rising or stick with one value. Dips are a part of this journey too and these have a very important role to play which I am afraid pumps cant. Buying of asset at low price is only possible in declines.

That movement of the market is normal we already experienced a lot of dips but there are also times that there are price high so don't worry hold you coins who knows the next day will rise again.

The movement is because of the users, the buyers they the people hold it and trade it. Also once the market goes up big time it will go down as well like last December correction happend and at the end total correction for downfall. I think you need to plan the target price so that when you reach the expected rate of crypto, you will sell regardless of the market up or down. Current correction is pretty normal after recent mini bullrun BTC done from 6500 and 10k but unfortunately wasnt unable to break that psychological resistance therefore market experienced a sell off from unpatient investors. The short uptrend from last week will always result to profit taking by some institutional and professional investors. There's Mt Gox as well probably unloading some of their holdings. It would be very insane to have just rise in prices of digital coins. For two reasons this sounds terrible to me, first of all, these coins will become stable earlier than they are supposed to be and secondly it is very unreal and against nature to never hurt anything. Digital market is famous for its volatility and fluctuations mean, a coin can increase but decrease too from time to time.

The main reason is that bitcoin had a strong sell wall preventing it from going up above $10k, and after a few times trying to test that level there was simply no momentum. Then BTC experienced a pretty big correction in one day, which triggered the altcoin market to fall as a result as well.

I read about that too, but I'm really confused. Everytime when BTC go down a lot of people "remember" about Mt.Gox. Of course 8000 BTC this is a solid number, but I can't believe that market goes down for that reason. well the fact that bitcoin is still struggling to make any major push even after all the hype around the Consensus event, could be an indicator that the bear run may be losing steam, but it’s not yet over.  Any announcements that come out of the Consensus could take time to reflect on the price charts. Which crypto are you talking about? Bitcoin and ETH are very stable these days and that is the sole reason why are so many people investing in the technology. Not drooping at all.
