There's a lot of shills out there saying things are blasting off to the moon in a lambo rocket, but what makes it likely?

The only concrete fact we know is that we're at the tail end of a bear market. That doesn't guarantee a bull run... or does it?

I think that we gonna land on the moon only in case we see some institutional money entering crypto. And this will only happen if there are some regulations.

i think that this market has still great potential, it is not mainstream, think about the fact that only the 3 biggest tech corporation have a capitalization of almost 2 trillion dollar, the whole crypto market is 1/3 of that counting the huge amount of useless shitcoin that will disappear in the next year, in my opinion a 5 trillion dollar market cap in 2020 is non so unreachable

The potential for crypto currency is, of course, very large. Large growth of crypto currency is possible, but only for the persistent.

I agree as well to thise people who said that we are going to lamd on tge moon here because look at crypto market step by step it is going up even correction for downfall is happening it still going up. It is possible base on how people, the trader and holders will handle there coins every movement depends on the the people therefore we might get a skyrocket like last year, December 2017.

Everyday, new people learn about crypto and everyday people start investing in cryptocurrencies. You can't unlearn bitcoin especially if you donn't know anything about it. The way i see it, people are starting to recognize that bitcoin has and will increase in value.

too early if we say the market is going to the moon. the market is still often moving up and down, maybe now has not its time arrived.

I agree with you, every day people are just learning about crypto, they try to understand crypto, they know crypto gives an opportunity in business and commerce, crypto provides easiness and advanced technology, I am sure this reason will make crypto will develop and the person involved will go to the moon, I'm sure sooner or later it will happen.

I think we're gonna land on moon but not this season. I think it will be in the third and fourth quarter of this year. As of now, the market is still playing with most of the coins and not most of the coins are really profitable. But those coins are still going to be profitable in the future as well.

I don't know when people would learn from all these moon of a thing, what they don't know is that the space has changed, those people making moey in the space are not here asking for the space to moon, because no matter how the market moves it doesn't affect them, the seed investors and the private investors are having 2X to 5X from the ICO price. They have access to the real projects

I don't think that we`ll see big grow of crypto market in this year: I do not observe any excitement around the market of cryptocurrencies, which, for example, was in Dec 2017 - Jan 2018.

Moon is not as big as the world so not all of us can be there so we are going to see more blood before landing on moon as always.

I think that this year we will see the price more than last year. A lot of attention from the big people, despite the negative attitude of some.Although the funds are not going to invest in currency, they want to support innovative projects, which, as a rule, will have a positive impact on the market.

I am what I consider an optimist, but only for the long term view. I actually do NOT think we will land on the moon this season or even the next season, all the way to 2019 at least. There are so many signs to read into, both for the moon and for the depths of hell. But for the sake of the future, we all need to hope the moon does not happen so soon. Crypto needs months and years to stabilize and it has not even had time to take any breaths!

I do not think we're going to land in the moon this season as there will still be a rise in the market value again and the our coins begins to do well. This is cryptocurrency and it is very unpredictable as the unexpected thing can happen at any time which might be good and sometimes otherwise. I think when even this fluctuations happen, we should only wish for it to rise early

I think when it comes to the moon, it depends on the confidence of the market, not some people's predictions! Prediction is inaccurate because it contains subjective factors. But I hope what you say will come true.

We still need more confirmations before saying that we are in a ride for another bull run. Mt Gox haven't unloaded most of their holdings yet and I guess we will still continue to see another dip around the corner in the near future. The sideways movement to a gradual uptrend of crypto price is much better than a sudden parabolic rise.

We all believe on this speculation or much better to say we are all praying for this to happen.

Bitcoin habeen denied to break the $10,000 for couple of time but for sure this will never stop until getting the desired amount of value

I think it needs enough time to make it happen. Yeah coinmarketcap has still room to grow and we are getting huge even if we are at the tail end of a bear market. It just need a good timing to make a good rally and hits a new all time high.

I don't think that bitcoin will land on moon. But everything can change at any moment.

I have the same thoughts as you. Rush in making decisions can lead to losses. So stay calm with the growing market conditions, but do not forget the correction that may come suddenly. Market conditions are very volatile and flexible depending on demand and sales, so it must be prepared with all the possibilities that will happen.

Moon is coming after consensus for sure

2018 is going to be another year for cryptocurrency and has huge chance to increase their prices, but when it will happen, nobody, don't know everything is in prediction and we have to move according to the market.

The high demand makes it likely going to happen though even without those shills we are heading to that type of market.

We are not yet at the end of the bear market, the price of bitcoin goes down again to $8,700 and I still consider this as a normal bear market / correction.

No. We're not going to the moon, I think we're going to Mars :)). In this year there are a lot of bad news for cryptocurrency at the early but now, it's not importants anymore cause there are some big countries are going to legalize cryptocurrency and it make people forget about all other bad news :)). I think in this year, we can see the whole cryptocurrency increase to the moon then it'll be Mars :))

I think that until autumn we will not see any major bullruns, we shall stumble between 8k and 12k.

Alot of investors got serious gains in jan17 and exit crypto. We have to wait until whales enter the game again, so prices will go up and only then small investors will join and drive price sky high.

As for long term investors, this is the the prefect time to fill up your bags and just wait, theres nothing we can do about it.

As for general speaking BTC will bull alot in few years when smart contracts and blockchain will be a corporation and even goverment economy and bussines standard.

Future is bright, but future is years ahead of us, at least 2 to 3 years.

With the increase in the number of investors, there will be an increase in the price of asset. No doubt bitcoin and other potential coins have grown more famous than they used to be in last year or before that. Bitcoin was able to touch 20k dollars because there was a huge embracing of this coin by big investors. Due to its limited supply, even a small change in investment produces huge value difference.

Landing on the moon? And wait, even though there are new investors buying encrypted money every day, but there is no big money coming in and it will be better in the third quarter.

Land on the moon after get through the correction. Whether Bictoin can break 10k is crucial question. If Bitcoin will keep grow after breaking 10k, then landing on the moon will be realized.

I though we will crash like in the 2014 bear market but now i believe we are not going to that phase again and we are like earlier 2013 its mean we will see mega bull run this year. And the crash in 2014 is because mtgox hacked 850k bitcoin which did not happen this year. Also fundamentally people comes in to crypto industries everyday and they are new comers its mean we are going to land in moon soon.

Well, I really hope that we will really land on the Moon this season, I mean, before the year comes to its end. I guess that the coins will increase in their price at leat twice.

I think 2018 is good year for cryptocurrency market growth with more and more companies interested in decentralized technology. And if the exchanges increase security and no bankruptcy happened, the market will be better.

From a purely TA stsndpoint, it looks like bitcoin is in a sideways movement with a strong support around the 5-6k and resistance around 10k. If we can successfully break 10k this year, I think there's a good chance bitcoin will retrace 20k and beyond.

If am not sure about all the holders but those who have bitcoin or any other potential plus volatile altcoin will definitely be landing on the moon by the end of this year. Bitcoin has already given this experience to investors and it holds a bright future. There will be many points in this journey when people are going to earn huge amounts of profit due to the high growth rate of crypto king.

Quite the killing to be made in the recent sideways movement. Seen a lot of folks taking profits off the momentary ups and down. Don't know how long this is gonna last though - or what's even causing it in the first place

I expect rather there will be no moon, I think ''lambo'' might be uncorrelated with the real moon season and many people were mistaken before because you can't predict how hard the moon would be.

Landing on the moon isn't certain, as crypto can't be predicted. Basically most people are optimistic the market will be favorable this season.

We need more traditional fund entering the space now, what I see of recent is that people don't feel comfortable holding Crypto the way we were 2 or three years ago, if indeed people see this as a store of value then there is no need to be seen these frequent dump we are seen in recent time
