from $600 to $500 and going down every day is there a possibility that Eth will reach $200 this year? is there really a price manipulation like the conspiracy about tether what do you guys think?

I do not believe and do not expect it, if ethereum reaches 200$ then it is only temporary and ethereum will soon rise again. Remember, any field is potentially manipulable, so keep thinking positive.

It might be possible of we are to talk about possibilities. And since the market is being a jerk for most people here, then dropping to 200 might just be. However, I believe that we won't go as low as that. We are in the Q3 of 2018 and either we will be stable or we will see some bulls running.

and i am not talking about some profit making from that low price but i am talking about a healthier market which can only be achieved if ETH bubble bursts and it goes down to its real value instead of this bloated one that we currently have. i would even argue that $100 is a better price for it but i'll settle for $200.
if that doesn't happen then we will be stuck in this bubble and the threat of the catastrophic dump is always with us and we won't be able to see any proper rise.

For me it is too low for eth, i was surprised some time ago that it could reach the price around 400 but now i speculate that it won't be going that fast down and in near future it will be slowly going up.

Manipulation of the price is exactly there. The entire market of crypto currency is subject to manipulation. Thanks to this, many people lose and earn large sums of money.
As for the price of  eth, $200 is too pessimistic. I don't see any real reasons for such  price. But even if for some reason the price goes down so low, then touching this mark, the price will skyrocket, since there are a lot of people willing to buy  eth for $200! But I repeat that this price is more like fiction.

Good day! I wouldn't think it will go down to 200$. If it does it will be a great loss for those who bought at a higher price. A friend bought 1 ETH from me a few months back at 1000$ per ETH that time and I would be very sorry for her if it goes down that low. Hopefully she used that ETH on trading or invested on ICO and already earned profit.

In the status of market right now this is not impossible to fall into $200 bottom price but Im confident that this will not going far from this value crypto market is slowly recovering into bear and for sure after some months it will fully recover by the end of the year we just need to wait for some good news so that believers will soon back into crypto world. 

If BTC continues to go down. Everything will go down with the BTC. ETH too. At present, there is no sign that BTC goes below 6000$ again. So the possibility of ETH down to 200$ is very difficult. 400$ as I think is the lowest price of ETH

I think it will take time to happen not this year, because the price of bitcoin and other altcoins are very low. If bitcoin price goes down automatically ethereum price also goes down. It will take some time to reach this value till that we have to wait with patience. Because now many icos are opened based on ethereum. This will make the ethereum more valuable than now. Just hold the ethereum it will cross $200 in future.

That is very very low for a guess. Yes, Ethereum still carries the bearish flag and it is quite sometime now. But i dont see that it will hit the 200 US dollar mark. if it does i will convert all my coin to Ethereum. Reviews shows it will reach the low 400 dollar though but not that low.

Ethereum now is very dependent on Bitcoin. The status of bitcoin now is steadily progressive on a up trend that is why I think ETH will never go to that amount of $200 but instead based on my assumption it will go to $800-$1000 this year. But anything can happen this 2018 let just wait and see for the development of crypto.

I think the value of the ethereum would remain above $400. to be $200 I think would be a value that is too low and not too inappropriate for such potential coin ethereum. slowly but surely ethereum certainly will be able to return to such high value on last January.

I think ETH will not change to that bad level. ETH is an altcoin that is rated as very potential in the future. Despite its long history, the founder has never stopped improving their platform and technology. It’s clear that this won’t happen this year and I’m very sure of it. Sorry to disappoint anyone who buy atleast at the price at $400+, just keep hodling. I have seen the chart if i haven’t mistakenly overlooked it since 2017 ethereum price is still hanging on with bitcoin. So I’ll take the assumptions that with the adaptation of this year and more holdings from token investors, no chance of such speculation.

No heck possibility that ETH will fall as low as you think. We have had a fall from $800 to $400 and it can even fall below $400 but not to $200. The market is rather on the rise right now as we have been seeing a good stability in the values of Bitcoin since the start of July and we can say that ETH might also follow the trend and will rise instead. In the near future, we will have a good market we all have been waiting for.

The market has recovered a little bit and while this is a good thing all of those that were expecting for an even better price so they could buy ethereum seems to have lost their chance and I'm glad, people were being very cheap by wanting the price to reach 200 dollars before buying.

I expect that Ethereum will go to 600$ and then can drop to $200, but not in this year and after such hard drop it will update ATH next year. That's why I prefer just wait when it will drop under 200$ about spring of the next year and then think about buying it.

200usd can not reach mining costs. i dont believe the eth price never drop mining expenses costs. miner can always make profits to continue the circulation. sometimes profits should be very little but its temporary situations.

At the moment ETH price is being under $500 and I don't think it can dump lower than that :). Although this downtrend is really terrible but it's not enough to make a good cryptocurrency like ETH can dump to $200 :). Beside as I can see downtrend is coming to an end and BTC has risen over $7000, it's a good signal that crypto market will rise back very soon :).

This is not humorous at all. We have a rising trend in ETH as well these days and the current value is $460 USD which means that it has improved. Besides, knowing that Bitcoin is slowly on the rise, how can one say ETH will fall more than double? Now this is a bit humorous.

Well it is important to remember that Ether was trading for 1400 just a few months back so this type of correction did sort of have to happen. it is also important to remember that Ether was trading at under 20 at the start of 2017 so there is potentially a lot more downside still.

Well I do not see any possibility that ETH will come down as low as $200. We will rather have a rise in the market values of the crypto because Bitcoin is rising and it carries the whole market with itself even because it has captured a big portion of the market.
Besides, the demand for ETH is also high and this is also a factor that decides the appreciation in the market values so there is not further chance for ETH to fall back and it would rather rise so better claim your coins if you are thinking of investing in ETH.

I don't think that this will go down to that level for Ethereum alone. Unless bitcoin will suffer too much dip that will crash those cheap coins at the bottom and make Ethereum go at $200.

Which is right, if bitcoin will suffer more deeper then ETH can go down to that level but since that bitcoin supporters are still holding so with most
alts around the market, we can possibly see that some big downfall if the problem start with bitcoin itself, still the basis for the current value and

Though anything is possible in cryptocurrency as it is volatile and unpredictable but I do not think ethereum will fall back to this amount, I think it will continue to fluctuate around the present amount till the bull run will start.

I am looking forward for ETH's price to go down from $400 to $200 but there is a speck of dust chance for this to happen. It is very unlikely now, which I think ETH has a strong support at $350-400. Q4 of 2018 could probably be the time when BTC will rise which will very likely to be followed by alts as well.

As long as there is a possibility of bitcoin going under 1000$ there is a possibility that Ethereum will go below 200$ or even 100$. That being said, I'm sure you'll remember ETH going to 1400$ not a long while ago. Great reward does come with great risk so always keep that in mind. The trend since the peak on 2017 is going down. There were few bumps and ups but still it is a down trend. This month the lowest price of ETH was around 400$ and now having a resistance not to go below 400$. Consider the trend of the whole cryptocurrency market. Bitcoin's price goes down and most of the other coins goes with it. Bitcoin has fallen down again since it reached the 8000$+ mark. If Bitcoin will fall down deeper around 3000-4000$ then we can expect the price of ETH around 200$ too. Also the people are more focused on Bitcoin, the attention falls off even though there will be a significant update to ETH.

That 400 mark is where I'm going to lose all faith in ETH. It's been bouncing off it a bit and might even break through. If it does, I wouldn't be surprised to see 300 next. There doesn't seem to be anything breaking its downtrend. It's just bumping down in a sad and miserable way, with nothing to hold it up.

Everything is possible in crypto space. The range of its limitation is very unpredictable, you cant just simply say that because its way too low or too high, a certain coin wouldnt reach that point. Why not? , now the current price of Ethereum is less than 280 usd and there is a big percentage that their value will decrease in the near future. In fact, I expect that after 1 month the price of Eth will  become less than 230 usd especially when Bitcoin will fall to less than 5000 usd because there is relation between btc and the other cryptocurrencies , they are like the followers .
