All the major oscillator indicators would tell anyone that this is a fine time to buy.  The volume is still impressive meaning there is a lot of strong interest in this space.  If anyone has learned anything since 2009 it is that cryptocurrencies are not going anywhere.  But as the landscape of crypto is constantly changing... last year it was ICO... this year it seems to be masternodes... All charts right now indicate that 3k- 4.5k is highly likely. In this sort of situation its better to make your purchases in lots. for example you could try and pick up 10-15% of your total intended purchase every 500$ drop.
