The pool gets alot of orphaned MAX blocks, why?

Ideas? The pool is on own engine, self programmed. I started to develop it when 1gh still does not exist.
Just html-template looks similar, but with more features and statistic, more transparent.

DwarfPool is the most transparent pool! It shows the whole statistic. Therefore all blocks, incl orphaned. Some pools hide this information!

DwarfPool is most transparent pool. We shows all statistic. Therefore all blocks, orfaned too. Some pools hide this information.
I have hide all orphan blocks from the main page, because they impede the look of immature/confirmed blocks.
But all orphaned block you can see on personal wallet page.

The transactions have been processed and sended to the maxcoin-network, but currently some of them do not have any acceptions in spite of fee.
Because of overloaded maxcoin network (not of pool!) with a lot of transactions, you get some payments in your wallet some later.

Now you can check the status of each payment on your wallet-page on DwarfPool.

You'll get all your payments completely!

I actually see transaction with lots of confirmations (221), but also that don't make it to my wallet. E.g.
56aae6d0832c029f66bd5e61047fde0373e37c527ff90c95527bb3b7d866d687

Did the coin perhaps fork? Not sure why a TX with so many confirmations don't show up - never encountered that before.

Never mind. For some reason my Wallet fell behind even though it said it was connected. I restarted it and all good now.

For anybody else wanting to verify whether this is a problem, go to the debug window of the miner and type in 'getinfo'.

Then compare the number of blocks your wallet thinks there are to the latest block on:

I've been having trouble finding a pool that works well, but DwarfPool is behaving excellently.
One of the few pools I'm able to get consistent and reliable shares in with cudaminer.

Because of overloaded maxcoin network (not of pool!) with a lot of transactions, there was some delay in payment.

BUT IT IS CORRECTED MEANWHILE FROM THE POOL SIDE. YOU MUST HAVE BEEN PAID COMPLETELY!

The pool seems to have stopped making any payouts about 4 hours ago (even though 9 blocks were founds since - 7 of them confirmed already).

Is something wrong?

Dear members, I am terribly sorry for delay in payments!! This happened because of the other coin on the pool.
The payouts work again!! Please check your accounts! the payouts for XXL-coin are temporarily suspended for a short time..

Thank you so much!!

just a note, you need to update your website with this info, not everyone come here to check for late payment, people simply leave when there is no notice... the pool has been good but lost about 50K Mh in about 4 hours

I have 7.2% reject rate on this pool but the stats page only reports 75-80% of my actual hash rate.
Are there any settings for this p2pool that will make it run better?

I am currently at: Queue 0, Scantime 1, Expiry 2, Intensity 13

Edit: 6.9% reject now

Do you use the nearest server to you? Which hashrate do you have in your miner and on the page?

DwarfPool is NOT p2pool! it's standalone selfdeveloped one

By the way, the server stats only displays the rough approximate speed on the main page. But your payouts are calculated on the real sent shares.

But it does not tuch the function of pool and payouts, this is only webpage

I tested yestarday there are much less rejects!

Next, we moved to another server, so dwarves must be quicker now

There is another nice feature on the site, prices from the stock exchanges implemented.

Some news,

there was one of the most powerful attack on CloudFlare and OVH some days ago. It's over partly. So it can be Dwarves' website doesn't open, or only slowly, HOWEVER THE POOL INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS FINE!

Same here, I'm mining at ~2000 and pool says ~1600.

I have reject rates between 0.6% and 1.4% - that doesn't explain a 20% underreporting. What gives? Is this because of no-submit-stale? (i.e. is stale shares displayed in the cgminer hashrate?)

The displayed hashrate is only rough approximate. The formula is based on the count of your shares and some constants. payments do not depend on it! your payouts are calculated on the real sent shares.
I have tuned this formula, now you should see nearest hashrate.

Thanks for the quick response.

I wasn't so much concerned with payments, as just having a good reference to diagnose my hardware against.

I do see an improvement, but I think now you're slightly over-reporting. I have a R9 290 that has constantly been reported by cgminer as 453 for days on end now, and yet DwarfPool now reports it as 480.

I like your service very much, but I have a small question:
Does the payment amount depend on how big is the pool? that's just because the blocks were found  not so often

You may be right, I checked some constants and calibrated better. But the inaccuracy can change +/- at times

NO! the bigger the pool is the more often you get the payouts, on the small one you get not so often BUT MORE!

Generally, it's proportionally your power/sended shares!

It depends only on % FEE of the pool and its REJECT RATIO (Compare: 1gh 3% fee by 4%rejects!!! on dwarves 0.8% rejects)

The third important think is DIFFICULTY rate.
The higher difficulty the less coins generally miners get. That's common thing for mining on the whole

Have you updated to implement GRUMPY's KGW at 20333?
Yes, I have updated to new version overall

Any chance you could check my account for me please?

I have been mining solid for nearly 10 hours at around 3MH.

I have a certain number of coins just locked into the account I cannot withdraw. And now for some reason I haven't had a credit to the account since 01:17 -  and it is now 04:43 here. 96 blocks found since 02:31 I haven't been paid out for, plus the others that go back to 01:17.
Wallet - 7DqgcoPEUBCJd8oiPuLEqoqNUp2qKyBKFj

Thanks, Tony.

Hi Tony, other pools were not be able to work at all. Dwarpool was only one of working and founding blocks.
but yestarday after update to V1.2 of GRUM wallet, there were some troubles with transactions.
I'll check the payouts once again now and then pay them out. Afterthat autopayouts will be enabled again.

UPD: Bad transaction cancelled, all shares recalculated and all payouts sended. From now it works automatically. Thank you!

Is it normal for the 1gh/Dwarfpool cgminer.exe to always run at 100% on all CPU cores?

I have it running on a 4-core Core i5 now, and it's always pulling the CPU flat.

That CPU is only driving 5 video cards (R9 290, 7990, 2 x R9 270, 7850). Well, 6 cards if you count the 7990.

What on earth is cgminer doing that it needs that much CPU for??

I have another machine on which I only have an R9 290x on a 6 core Core i7, but that seems to be ok for cgminer.

Pool (erebor) down? I just received this:

Stratum connection to Pool 0 interrupted
Lost 178 shares due to stratum disconnect on Pool 0
Pool 0 stratum share submission failure
Pool 0 not responding!
Waiting for work to be available from pools.
Setting GPUs to idle performance.

Pool has been and is being worked fine. May be temporarily  connectivity issue between your provider and OVH.

Blodyx is right, you have to setup second server as backup.

Could you perhaps add a switch to increase the amount of MAX in the account before payouts?

Because there is no WALLET_clientname feature, I have each of my machines set up with different addresses (to make it trackable when things go wrong), but now I get multiple payouts on virtually each block, which is very annoying.

This seems to over-estimate by about 25% (for days on end now, which accounts for variances in difficulty and luck).

Is this calculator maybe based on your old (lower) hashrate calculation from the site? If I entered the old number you used to display for Hashrate, it gets closer to what I get in reality per day.

Thanks!

The servers are always online, cgminer works without interruptions. Meanwhile ascertained, there is a problem with win version downloaded from 1gh. This is NOT the server problem, but false client. Our windows client will be ready soon.

vardiff will be done. At the moment there are many rejects with enabled vardiff. This is because of non-standard processing of difficulty in mining-software.

If you are using multiple rigs, may be some of them are wrong configured. Pool shows the speed correctly (+- some percents)
And payouts are not calculated on the speed, but on shares.
You send half of your shares to the pool.
Please check your configs: servers, port.

Maybe there is something specific I should do when compiling it for this pool?

Vardiff seems to be jumping around quite a lot. 64, 128, 256, 128, 512, 1024, 512, 256

Would be cool if we could set difficulty by putting something like D=256 into the password field.

Some improvements were done to stabilize pool engine and improve its performance.

There were also some troubles with US-based Moria-Server. it's fixed, Moria must be stable now, please check it for yourself! Reject ratio is lower than 1%

Minimal autopayouts were increased to 1MAX to match them with Cryptsy' autoselling by deposit.

Great.....what are the typical reject ranges on the euro server?

I moved all miners away from 1gh because it accounts for too high market share, but their servers had very low rejects.

1gh = high fee, low rejects - it might all work out to be the same vs. dwarfpool.

Hi,
Calculator only shows the rough approximate value, that's what you would get, if the difficulty remains constant. do you have 100% uptime?
Another thing is by smaller pools, count of founded blocks are not constant, some periods are less lucky, but currently we have better luck, then typically.
Please send me your wallet via PM, I'll check it manually.

Whats up with the U.S. server?  Appears down.

Edit:  Hmm..  I'm having issues with the US server for some reason. When I ping moria.dwarfpool.com it takes several seconds to show on my screen that I got a ping reply back.  It is almost like my rig is waiting on something.  I only get the ping lines moving up my screen one every 2 seconds or so.  However, the actually pings are good.  Less than 50ms.  If I just ping the IP address (198.251.81.40), ping acts normal and I get quick scrolling lines going up my terminal which one would expect.

It is almost like it is a DNS issue.  I still can't connect to the moria server though from cgminer.  CGminer tells me it is dead and will only use the erebor server.  Even if I remove the fail over to erebor, cgminer will not use moria.

I have no idea what that is about.  Tested on several rigs on my farm and all show the same issues.  There is something screwy between myself and moria.

There is something screwy between myself and moria.

data center where the US server is, was down for 11 minutes
I just checked with own rig it's working well. please check it for yourself once more

Hi - I am unable to connect to either MAX server, CGMiner hangs after running, failing to connect. Here is my script:

#!/bin/sh
export DISPLAY=:0
export GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT=100
export GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS=1
./cgminer --keccak --verbose --no-submit-stale -o stratum+tcp://moria.dwarfpool.com:3399 -u CENSORED -p xxx -o stratum+tcp://erebor.dwarfpool.com:3399 -u CENSORED -p xxx

Any ideas? cgminer is working fine on 1gh (and I would love to switch).

cgminer.exe -h
This version of cgminer.exe is not compatible with the version of Windows
you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need a x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit
) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher.

Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.. any compatibility issues?

it worked... but i'd love if you could audit, compile and add it to your pool.. your 32bit version comes up clean on virustotal.com.. otherwise not comfortable downloading cgminer binaries from sources other than github, for all i know my shares could be going away to someplace else...  ::)

Moria seems to be working but rejects are aweful.  My farm is showing rigs that have rejects from 4% - 9% on that server.  I'll test with erebor today to  see if that is any better.  If not, I guess I'll go back to 1gh.com.  I get ~3% rejects with them across my entire farm.

Which OS do you use and miner soft?
With my rigs I have less then 1% rejects on both servers.
Could you please PM me your wallet ID, so I'll check why you have rejects.

Actually, my reject figures were incorrect.  The monitoring program I was using was giving me the wrong info.

So, right now I'm seeing 1 - 2% rejects which I believe is normal.  Thank you for following up with me!

There were implemented some considerable optimizations on pool engine today.
Announcement will come some later if all additions are made.
Spikes on the graph show the hourly summarized data

everyone was more or less concerned, e.g. here is the graph with less changes

Hi,

export DISPLAY=:0
export GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT=100
export GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS=1
cgminer --keccak --no-submit-stale -o stratum+tcp://erebor.dwarfpool.com:3339 -u 8192mXkp7Xkg8imomY5Ka -p 1
--failover-only -o stratum+tcp://moria.dwarfpool.com:3339 -u 8192mXkp7Xkg8imomY5Ka93dpE -p 1

Is there something wrong? I try with some "" before stratum without success.

cgminer --keccak --no-submit-stale -o stratum+tcp://erebor.dwarfpool.com:3339 -u 8192mXkp7Xkg8imomY5Ka93dpEdTtGNYurjPhR -p 1
--failover-only -o stratum+tcp://moria.dwarfpool.com:3339 -u 8192mXkp7Xkg8imomY5Ka93dpEdTtGNYurjPhR -p 1

Anyway, I was thinking that even with a wrong address you will mine on the pool (but don't get any coins)

that 8192 at the front of the address looks like a copy paste error, maybe it was a --thread-concurrency leftover?

We have some improvements

1. You can separate your workers without changing the wallet-id. This allows you to get personal vardiff, if you have many rigs located behind stratum-proxy.

To specify the workers just enough to add in username (which is as wallet-id now), a number after point: YOUR_WALLET . NUMBER
Example:
Code:
 HA5FPuWibнvoqiMPeUVptyGAwqg7y7uV5C.1
 HA5FPuWibнvoqiMPeUVptyGAwqg7y7uV5C.2
 HA5FPuWibнvoqiMPeUVptyGAwqg7y7uV5C.3

The main way without a number works as before.

2. Implemented monitoring of your workers. In case of disconnection from all servers you get an email within 5 minutes.
To enable monitoring just run miner with an email instead of your password. To disable it enough to restart the miner without email as password.
Monitoring works for each worker and IP separately. With WORKER_ID you can monitor your rigs singly.

For users from Asia this will be faster than using our European or American server.

Dear members, because of a bug in open source pool engine, our pool based on, shares of "moria"-server were not calculated from 15.03.
That's why "erebor"-miners got too many coins, you were overpaid from "moria"-miners.

Yesterday I recalculated all shares and balances for last two days. The payments redistributed fairly according to all your sent shares for this time. Please check your payments summarizing 15-17.03.

PS: I'll sent the patch to developers!

I'm sorry for troubles and Thank you again!

Earnings for 6 hours = ZERO!

Not scam.

Due to attack on the pool, the balancing and payments were autostopped , therefore delayed.
After manually checking all payouts were transferred immediately.

hi all,
I understand your complaints! but you can't imagine what's going on behind the scenes of a pool (especially of a stable, safety one)
one of the biggest actual problem is that our pool have been tried to hack several times a week using various clever methods (I'm not speaking about DDoS )

dwarves' dev reacts in real time mostly, to repulse such an attack takes some minutes, but sometimes it lasts some longer.
the secure scripts stop the autopayments immediately! we try to improve our work even more, please have a little patience.

we do our best for your protection and security. thank you!

sincerely, M

The most fundamental difference compared to many existing chat programs is that Talkcoin Chat won't rely on a central server to deliver messages from the sender to their recipients. The messages are stored in the blockchain. Due to more frequent block generation (20 sec), the network is capable of handling more transactions volume. As a result, there is no need to wait too long to send/read messages on the chat and the transactions will be fully confirmed usually within 1 minute.

Saffroncoin is slightly similar to Myriadcoin. It uses 3 algorithms to generate coins - sha256d, scrypt or groestl to target various miners.

Due to the connections failure in US data center, there is some delay in payment on the pool.
Both pool servers work, all sent shares are calculated.

Will be fixed shortly, thank you for your patience!

just a question regarding JPC mining: my hashrate is fluctuating pretty much (23MH - 28MH) which is not the case on other pools. I'm not sure if this is because vardiff might be too low. or is there another reason?

Because I use my own backend and formula. On the pool the speed is shown very approximately based on the sent shares for last 20 minutes. Your reward doesn't depend on shown speed, but only on your real sent shares

Hi, sorry I'm not familar with ccminer, but you need "myr-gr" kernel and set diff-multiplier "-f 0.0039062500"

Dear Dwarves miners, we are very sorry for some troubles (less than an hour) on erebor recently! Everything works fine now.

The leading a pool is very responsible thing and even more that is a compex structure and processes which are not visible to a "normal" miner.
Also some issues do not depend on the pool operator.

Anything can (and ) happen to every pool. But most importantly is to be able to fix this as quickly as possible! Our main goal is to guarantee you the best profit. Dwarves' Admin is very professional, you are really in the best reliable hands!

one more thing again. please, use our failover function! I was happy to notice, that most of miners has been used it and didn't lose any minute of mining!

Sincerely,  Yours M  :-*

official thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=583449.0

along with our features use the following different from already existing pools:

** Determine your rigs SEPARATELY for better vardiff, lower rejects and detailed statistic to get the GREATEST PROFIT possible.

** You can also mine direct to any exchange. more details read on the pool

http://dwarfpool.com/xmr (http://dwarfpool.com/xmr)

1% fee forever for members who will come within next 4 days! From Wednesday 16.07 fee will increase to 2%

we are finding first blocks!

New further features for Monero will be implemented on the pool next week

hey, thx for adding back the difficulty and fixing the colors for JPC personal page. I just tested the monero pool, and I can safely say, that it's the best monero-pool so far. The diff does not explode like on other pools, so you get your shares frequently (other pools go up to 100k diff, and you get shares sometimes only once per 5mins, also a lot of stratum disconnects). Everything works as expected. Perfect quality as usual from DwarfPool!

The shown stats is some delayed up to 10min ( I'll fix it, thank you). But it does not affect your sent shares or payment

All confirmed blocks are and will be paid fully, since 6-30 is no block found, that's why no payouts after that ) or you did not reach the minimum

I am just using scripts which monitor logs from stratum-engine to check them for last 24 hours.
All users only have "invalid" and "not found"(too late) from zero up to less than 1% of their shares.

And only five users have some more, but even less than 2-3%. And nobody has around 10%.

Send me your wallet, I see precisely.

I suppose, that happened because of fork on jackpot that night, there were some troubles on all pools, four of them were on the wrong fork.
After some time everything stabilized back again.

Hi,

as far as I know, ccminer does not support that command. I never had that problem before, it startet when the fork happened. I also tried monero at dwarfpool yesterday and I had a full 100% all the time. Only with JPC it shows ~90%. I just restarted the rig, maybe that helps.

EDIT: restarting the rig did not help :/

Do you see any reason for bad share on miner's console? Now I see in logs only good shares from you, no "not_found_job", no invalid shares. 100% valid.

as far as I know, ccminer does not support that command. I never had that problem before, it startet when the fork happened. I also tried monero at dwarfpool yesterday and I had a full 100% all the time. Only with JPC it shows ~90%. I just restarted the rig, maybe that helps.

EDIT: restarting the rig did not help :/

Code:
[2014-07-21 18:33:06] accepted: 1539/1731 (88.91%), 27227 khash/s (yay!!!)

Do you see any reason for bad share on miner's console? Now I see in logs only good shares from you, no "not_found_job", no invalid shares. 100% valid.

hmm...strange. well, as long as my shares on pool side are ok, I can live with the wrong stats on my side. but I'll post in the ccminer thread, maybe someone else has the same problem (and hopefully a solution ^^)

I think its there vardiff, that has a problem.. on my 6 card rigs I get the same thing lots of boos, down to only 82% accepted. My 2 card rig is fine..

Do you only have Nvidia problem cards? And "2 card rig" ATI? I will search where the problem is. And Nvidia cards does not have "no-submit-stale" option.

Now I see that JPC-wallet give us lower diff...I think when PoS blocks come again, we get normal block-time and diff. PoS will be enabled in ca. 20 hours.

I have increased vardiff for power-rigs, so that must be lower "booo"-rate

Detailed per rig statistic added. On the graphs you can see individual sent shares for each worker that has own worker-id.

Looks like that:

On DwarfPool it's possible to mine any coin directly to an exchange without any local wallet.

Just put your personal wallet id getting from exchange

Due to very high transaction's fee that pool pays from own funds, we have changed rules for autopayouts to exchange:
- once an hour if balance >5 XMR
- once a day if balance >1 XMR

For users with normal wallet no changes:
- once an hour from 0.1 XMR

Is there something wrong with Jackpot Coin? I have been mining JPC and haven't received a payout in the last 18 hours. When I check the web page with my wallet address it shows Confirmed but still not on balance, all the coins are sitting there not yet confirmed.

Thanks

Nice try  ;D of corpse you meant "wallet address"  ::)

On XMR hickups, paying against txfees=0.100 XMR as current situation is ... tedious. Any plans? They had to raise fees up on to insanely high values, conquering a DDOS attack consisting out of malicious transaction packets (blockchain bloat)

I'm fine with leaving coins on the pool for some mining days. Or you email me the pools wallet so I can take out the coins manually  8)

It was some small bug, now fixed and all payouts made.
I have audit system that find any anomaly and stops payouts, afterthat I have fixed issue.
All shares were calculated and not lost.

Monero developers report attack to XMR-network.
As temporary solution the new wallet was released with 20 times larger transaction fee as before (0.1 instead of 0.005).
Because the transaction fees are fully paid from the pool, we have to increase the autopayouts for this time, to partially cover our losses.
For exchange-wallets 10XMR/day or 20XMR/hour.
For standard wallets stays 0.2 XMR as stated.

The reason is because transaction-fee will be payed from pool's fee. Miner's doesn't pay this fee.
As example if the pool pays 1 XMR to miner, currently 0.1 XMR will be payed as tx-fee from pool's fee, but from 1 XMR pool get only 0.02 XMR.
Therefore Minpayout is 10 XMR for exchange-users, where pool gets 0.2 XMR, from which 0.1-0.13 go to monero-network as tx-fee.

Manual payout below limit possible, just email me

I have only about 6kh/s of hash power and it takes too long to get paid which is frustrating, especially when price is roller coaster like at this moment.

It depends on monero developer's.
But I'll release button for manual payouts, so you can get your coins even if the threshold's not reached.

Monero was forked. Currently all 3 servers on the right blockchain, but I need some time to make audit of user balances and check all transactions after fork.

Can somebody explain why my Current Aprox. Speed is always 20-30% less than actual in miner?
Even worst, Earning in last 24h is at least 15% lower then Next 24h earnings estimation... so I feel something is not correct, even with lower than actual hash is reported I still can't even reach estimation based on same lower reported speeds. I would be OK with like 5% lower payouts than expected but this is too much.
I'm using 10x280x & 8x270(x) rigs with Claymore GPU miner 6.1 and miner proxy (void 5% fee).

Thank you.

The engine is custom and approx.speed based on my own formula, it was not precise.
I have yesterday corrected it, so I think shows correctly what users send.

"Next 24h earnings estimation" was calculated on currently difficulty, now I have changed it and also in calc-section to 24-hour average difficulty.

Please check all values and if you see big difference, write me email with your data.

But still I don't get how my Earning in last 24 hours are 37% lower than calculators, for example on http://monero.crypto-pool.fr/.
This is very worrying as the difference is huge. Other calculator show similar discrepancy... can you explain the reason?

because of yesterday's attack there were some disconnections, so may be it is the fault of less earning, send me your wallet address I'll look what the real reason is.

or do you mine to a wallet or directly to an exchange? "normal" payments are completely made, but "exchange payments" not yet for security reason some suspended. the situation on the exchanges is not clear yet, I wouldn't like our user to lose their money on the way to an exchange

Today I corrected the speed-formula, must be more accurate. Also in section "Next 24h earning" and in Profit Calculator (http://dwarfpool.com/xmr/calc) now I use avg.24h difficulty instead of currently.
I checked some users with stable speed and last day earning is like "Next 24h earning"

An exploit has been found in the pool code, which means that some miners are submitting duplicate shares to the pools. Pool owners should update to latest code, pools that have been patched include minexmr.com, hashinvest.net, monero.crypto-pool.fr., and cryptonotepool.org.uk Other pools are currently being exploited, including moneropool.com, which means if you are mining there you will recieve ~50% xmr less than you should.

PS this is not related to the recent BCX stuff
That's from the Monero mining thread. Is Dwarf patched for this exploit?

Is there something wrong with "Next 24h earning" calc for Monero?
It's constantly showing ~25% higher than what I'm actually earning plus BTC/USD shows 0.

Thanks.

Is your hash speed constant? I can only suppose, if you sent your data,I can see exactly, why does this happen.

Please see an example with always constant speed:
http://dwarfpool.com/xmr/address?wallet=de2493c1c50e26188289247bf7ec9d14264c691d435581ccc40d35bcab226cf4

The "next 24earning" is equal the payment, or real earning even more.

btc/usd 0 is a small bug, will be fixed, thank you

Added ports with fixed difficulty, very useful for miners via proxy

Stratum-port: 9050 fixed diff: 50000
Stratum-port: 9100 fixed diff: 100000
Stratum-port: 9500 fixed diff: 500000
Stratum-port: 9999 fixed diff: 1000000

Four powerful dedicated servers in two locations:
xmr-usa.dwarfpool.com
xmr-eu.dwarfpool.com

I can't believe you guys are still mining on DwarfPool.
The admin Atrides is gone away long ago with 10000 XMR from the community.

Come on Atrides, give back the funds or finish the damn work !
At least give us some explanations.

2) The work is still in progress
3) You are not donater

1) I have no idea how much you received and it would be good to have this as a public information.
2) This is why me and some others asked about it. You don't need to feel offended.
3) I gave 100 XMR in January but didn't receive any notification from you https://forum.getmonero.org/8/funding-required/128/openbazaar-pro-with-monero-support?page=&noscroll=1#post-618

Hello,
It would be so nice to see DigitalNote XDN at your pool. Pool is great and reliable.
We have a  miner inside the wallet and will point it to your pool too.
Also you have a cryptonight support with Monero, so it will be pretty easy to add XDN.
Thank you.

What's wrong with eth minning?

My earning was about 1,68 - 1,7 eth per day.
Last day or two is it 1,4 eth/day.
It's about 17% drop in two days!!!!

Calculator shows for 220 MHs ~ 1.69 eth/day.

Has anyone had this message appear on Ethereum mining pool:

Miners used old EXMO wallets.
To transfer your balance to a new wallet
1) authorize and make minimal autopayouts to 5 ETH to prevent withdrawal (optional)
2)email on admin@dwarfpool.com you old and addresses ad IP of your miners for security check

What does this mean?

same error on both.

Yes.  XMR pool is all fucked.  Nothing is accumulating now even though miners are submitting shares and about 36-48 hours of mining is unaccounted for.  No response from admin email address either.  Thinking about looking into another pool.  Anyone know a decent cryptonight proxy?

@Monero - all of your vardif and fixed dif ports using the same fixed dif of 10000 (although you write about fixed dif ports up to 500000 at your pool page) , so I get many "low diff shares" errors at miner. So whats wrong with these ports?

Hello McDwarf, anyone home???

I selected your XMR port 9100 which should have a static dif of 100000.
But equal which port I use, miner always connect with a dif of 10000.
Which results in many "low dif shares" and disconnects.

http://fs5.directupload.net/images/160915/j2wwcmkm.jpg

I´m not sure what sucks more, your unreliable pool or your non-existent support.
But of course I´m sure that I once again will not become an answer to this post.

@Retard Termie, if you are that retarded that you are incapable of seeing that the payments simply stopped (https://dwarfpool.com/xmr/payouts) (i.e., for you - the retard: stopped for everyone) and yet you so idiotically ask "Anyone else?" then you have no place on this forum or anywhere else among normal non-retarded human beings, so spare us all of your retarded presence and go ask your parents to admit you to the nearest mental asylum asap, you little retarded child

furthermore, the payment system doesn't make any distinction between individual mining addresses as they are all equally anonymous so there is never time nor place to ask "Anyone else?". but of course to be able to even begin to comprehend the previous sentence your brain would have to be actually capable of logical thinking which it clearly is not

p.s.: before you get locked up with the other imbeciles ask your elementary school teacher to explain to you in terms your undeveloped brain would understand (if that's even possible) the difference between "payed" and "paid"

12+ Hours no block on Zec.   Everything ok?  Crazy bad luck or something else?  ~14 blocks per day at current Pool HR normal luck

Now blocks found don't match up with payouts.  What gives?

Leave this Zec pool unless you want to donate to them.  What a piss of time this was.!  Plus no response with concerns.  Must be nice to rake money in with no obligations!

My automatic hourly payment function for XMR is not working on Dwarfpool.  I have reported it via the contact email and no response.  Only way to get paid is to process a manual payment which charges me a fee.  Anyone else seeing this issue or am I doing something wrong?

im sure they realize its an issue. Heck it could even be your route to the eu server.  Most miners swap ports when they continue to have issues.  Dont stay and continue to get beat up.  Just move ports or move pools simple enough.

in light of the recent yahoo hacks  maybe you want to reconsider Yahoo as a safe email ;)  https://dwarfpool.com/faq/#bademail

Anyone else having problems with xmr pool today (and part of yesterday)?  Getting a lot of odd errors including occasionally "IP Banned" but usually "unauthorized login" or something like that.  Obviously I am not really IP banned because it reconnects.  It's causing my poolside hashrate to appear much reduced.

I see the pool appears to have lost a lot of hashrate in the same timeframe.

Yes, the website has been down for me the past couple of hours as well, but my shares are still being accepted. The question now is if they are being correctly counted/credited.

Nice ;D

Update :
Due to technical maintenance the website will be offline for a short period of time. All your shares are calculated, all pool servers work. The main server will be migrated. Payments will be started as soon as possible.  :-\

I have also seen some rigs complain about an IP ban, but it's inconsistent... it's like I'm occasionally banned from just one of the IPs that xmr-usa.dwarfpool.com resolves to, but not the rest?

These rigs are all using Claymore 9.6 & 9.7, and the issue seems to impact just a couple rigs at a time... with the rest of the fleet apparently continuing to mine without issue.

Website shows zero stats, account stats is stuck, MoneroHash hashrate distribution chart no longer shows Dwarfpool and it has zero hashrate. OP is not posting any info or any update on here either. What's really going on? An unscheduled exit perhaps with all the pending miners' proceeds? I've read somewhere in these forums about the unsavory history of the pool admin in the community but I still gave it the benefit of the doubt...until now.

"All monero pools under attack. Write email with your wallet and IP used for mining to get private server."

Would be interested to know what other XMR pools are worth exploring that allow mining to an exchange with a low payout threshold?

Well, apparently the admin has had a history of scamming so perhaps, that explains the "payout games" that this pool usually plays and then plays dumb by not replying to any request for support on here.

still nothing, almost 0.5 ETH on BS "Confirmed but still not on balance"
fucking thief. not mining there for the last 6+ hours and probably never will again.

now after delaying it for almost a day, the funds were transferred to the actual balance from "I know it's your money but I hold it for a while" section
and an hour ago XMR payout went out (upon manual request for a nice price of 0.024 XMR) an hour ago with transaction number that DOESN'T exist in the blockchain...

Monero did a hard fork a few days ago and the transfer fees skyrocketed.  The pool manager increased the min withdrawal and it's announced on the site.  The fees for monero are ridiculous now but may average down soon.

If you load the Monero GUI wallet and try to transfer some, you will see that a 1 monero tx costs 2%

Nice pool.

Thanks for it.

Question:

Q about ether pool, my worker's Calc Mh/s seems always higher than the Sent Mh/s,
what does ths mean, any problem with ths?
It's like
Claymore reported combine would be 205Mh/s (which is about the total of Worker Sent Mh/s).
But the Current Approx speed is 238Mh/s, which is the total of Worker Calc Mh/s I believe.
I'm using Claymore's dual miner.

Is there a way to see if I have stale shares while mining ethereum on your pool?
Is stale share useful here at Dwarfpool, like for getting some uncle rewards maybe?

XMR pool has been finding blocks for the past day and a half and they just dropped every block with associated rewards claiming the blocks got lost due to a daemon-fork which no one has heard about. I am attaching a screenshot of some found blocks which they claim were lost.

The servers: BR-Server: eth-br.dwarfpool.com (Sao Paulo, Brazil) and AR-Server: eth-ar.dwarfpool.com (Rosario, Argentina) are actually both US-Server only renamed to fool the South American miners, all the 3 servers has the same latency and IP.

If anyone is unhappy with they're current ETH pool, I invite you to ethmypool.com (http://ethmypool.com). It's a small pool, and as operator of the pool, I am always available to help miners.

Pool fee is zero for the time being, and a reward of .1 ETH will go to the miner/address that discovers a block, for the next 5 blocks found.

I sincerely hope to see you!

One textbook example of "How not to treat your customers"

It is not so hard to:

1) Tell your customers a proper explanation
2) Stay in connection
3) Stop services during maintance
4) Give an ETA for resuming operations
5) Offer some compensation for bad experience

Now it is showing:

Pool website will be enabled today (13th) very soon. All shares and balances double-checked and payment will be enablen also.
Due to technical maintenance the website will be offline for a short period of time. All your shares are calculated, all pool servers work. Payments will be started as soon as possible.

I switched yesterday to ethermine ...

Trying to mine Monero but get "Earning in last 24" -  0.00922693 XMR.
By calculator I should get  0.015XMR.
Why my actual earnings are so small?

Highly recommend NOT TO MINE here.
Can't recieve XMR payment almost 2 weeks.
"We upgrade our monero-payment system. Payments will be enabled soon" banner was shown only 5 days ago.

==============================
UPD. Problem is resolved this day later.
"Payment system upgraded. Pool hoppers will be punished, stable regular users have more profits."
and pool made payment to my wallet.

Seconding the last comment, my pending balance was not only never paid, but also REDUCED TO 0 after the upgrade. Highly recommend to look elsewhere for your mining, especially since admin is completely non-responsive.

UPDATE! ETH pool is closing. Please switch to another pool by February 23th , 12:00 UTC.
All balances will be paid out automatically

Despite the announcement my Current balance amount has not yet been paid.

Does anyone have any idea when payments will be made?
