With altcoins it's not that easy. Litecoin or Ethereum may be accepted here and there, but not much else.

You can withdraw them or just spend them on some sides on web or even purchase something in your country cause there are more and more shops that accept bitcoin, in future it will be easier to spend them, believe in that.

There are exchanges existing already, and most shops are now accepting crypto as a payment so it is not that hard to spend them all. But for a newly listed token it will take time to get listed in more shops but instead accepts a well known crypto currency.

I do not think that it is good time to sell your bitcoin. I honestly don’t use Bitcoins for making payments. I rather use it as a long term investment. But you can spend Bitcoin in many ways.
1.   First of all, obviously you can purchase anything for Bitcoin if the dealer is ready to accept it.
2.   You can download paid movies, apps and games from Microsoft app stores by paying in Bitcoins.
3.   You can book you rooms and flights with Bitcoin.
4.   You can buy gold in exchange of Bitcoin and
5.   Even buy pizzas for it.

I think in future and little by now we can spend  bitcoins and altcoins for bue different goods for different needs. Or receiving services.

This is a great idea. It increases the circulation, awareness, possibly even adoption if it pushes those friends to start crypto businesses or incorporate BTC into their existing business (or the business owned by their parents).

Mostly i just hold on to them and jusy let it grow. Whenever it grows i reinvest it to alt coins and other stronger coins. Then some coins i actually convert to Fiat then wire transfer it to my account. I convert alt coins to Ethereum then transfer it straight to my local wallet then wire it to an account.

I have invested for long time because I have many big dreams in the future and I want to overcome that dreams with crypto earnings. Well, Satoshi Nakamoto made a lot of reasons why he invented Bitcoin and I guess making it to make money is not one of them. That's great to hear, a lot of things I am doing with my bitcoin, and that is to make money with it thru investing in different coins, some are for holding and some for my expenses, and I am also allocating for my savings for my future use as we don't know the value of our investment from time to time at least we do have a cash reserve in case of emergency.

I also convert my BTCs into fiat before spending it because in herr in the province, there are no stores that accept bitcoin. I am also sue that we who knew bitcoin that lives in this province will not be greater than 1/4 of the whole populatiom that is why bitcoin adoption here is still impossible even online payment is not yet implemented. In this moment, I don't want to spend my bitcoin and altcoins because I didn't yet earning profits. I just want them to store on my metamask and electrum. The Banks in my country are crap right now as the Central Bank of Cyprus won't even allow me to bring in money directly through any crypto related entity, such as Coinbase for example. I use though a Crypto debit card, and I use that for all my living expenses. Right now I have a job in a Blockchain Company so I get paid in BTC, plus whatever else I can grow by trading, bounties etc. So all my living expenses are paid for in BTC, technically I load the card in BTC, or ETH and I get FIAT the other side to do all my monthly expenses. I want to buy some land one day and buy a house in Bitcoin if possible to have a sustainable lifestyle.

I spend my bitcoins by converting it into fiat, luckily in my country, the government are not that aware of bitcoin but the exchanges from crypto to fiat is prevalent which makes it easier for people like me to use it, we do not have that much services and businesses that accepts crypto transactions so I mostly rely on exchanges.

In our country ,it is not difficult to spend bitcoins because we have an online wallet and at the same time an exchange where you can convert your bitcoins,ethereum,bch, and xrp into our local fiat money. But if you want to spend bitcoin directly then you can do it there. You can use it to pay bills and buy loads easily.
