Lately several critics have had so much to say about what they think cryptocurrency is. Many said the best about this innovation have been seen already, and that all we can wait to see is degeneration and probable final extinction. But for me, I think we have not even seen any glorious day(s) I believe they are still very much ahead.

My take, what do all think?

Even if the innovation that you said is degenerating and in it's probable final extinction, but I don't see it coming since the technology in which blockchain is present is continuously growing. Example of it is the cryptocurrency which is patronized byany of the public.

crypto has not reached its peak and will continue to grow until countries around the world recognize that crypto will help the economies of countries around the world, we just need to wait patiently

"Lately"? The critics are here since day 1 and even when bitcoin boomed to whole another level. Ungrateful bastards would never support the moment. You shouldn't be taking them too seriously. I don't know what example to give you of a crypto related glory but if you're too blind to notice around, you're ignorant.

Stop doubting the potential of the cryptos. Without critics, we wouldn't be where we are.

Yes it's just the beginning. i think bitcoin will be a global currency in 10 years or more.

I think that cryptocurrencies will live for at least another 10 years. To talk about their extinction now is very bold, because now even with this state of the market, there are more and more new projects and people who become interested in cryptocurrencies.

actually i think that there are some ways to find it out and tje most logical one is to watch and wait to see what will happen

there are some cryptocurrencies that are going to live forever and soem that will die qyote soon so we need to be wise enough to distinguish them

When someone says that crypto will die out, that just makes me laugh.
that's like someone in the early 90s saying that the internet will die out.

I would say that there are two types of people who are negative towards crypto and say it will die.
#1) people who don't understand the tech
#2) people who stand to benefit from crypto's extinction (traditional bankers, investment firms, corrupt governments etc)

Blockchain technology is so simple yet revolutionary.
It completely eliminates the need for a broker, a middleman, and trust.
It makes it possible to make any organization much more efficient and reduce costs.
From just a business perspective, people would be crazy to not adopt this, there really is no stopping it.

I think bitcoin and cryptos, in general, have a lot of potentials to exploit, we are still not in what we can achieve, and there are many technologies in development that can provide excellent fruits, and not just monetary, so I think we're still in diapers if we talk about technology and development and that cryptos came here to stay.

Still need to develop what's the exiting system of coins and every team trying their best to build the good future. Yet too much exploration also leads to loss for someone that;s why even those people even try to stop what;s the run in crypto environment. Last year top heads from the finance industry tried many myths. Have to see how the corporate world fully will adopt it or not.

In terms of innovation what we're seeing right now is that there is a stagnation, what we are seeing right now is more of the same, there is almost no project that I can look at and say wow that is an original idea, most projects are just trying to copy the success of another project and try to make money that way, this happened to bitcoin at the beginning and it's happening to other projects as well.

So as you can see this is not really the best time to invest in icos not only because they have almost no support from the investors right now but because they are not bringing anything new to the market of cryptocurrencies and without innovation the market cannot move forward, this is why most of the money is concentrated in just a few projects.

We are yet to exploit 5% of what "blockchain" can offer ,while the currency on it will get better some will eventually die, while ones with good project and use cases will survive. It's the beginning of Cryptocurrency and Blockchain technology we are still focused on the investment profit aspect, while the day to day usage is yet to be fully integrated by most people and countries.

The future of crypto currency is so bright and encouraging
The glory has shown, shined Beyond imaginations and now the bearish states is regulating the hypes
It will be better in the future and the Q4 we are presently can spring wonders

I agree also with that part that there's more of it ahead that awaits. I'm excited to see those days that cryptocurrencies will have a massive adoption and people from time to time transact and talk about it and that makes the growth of crypto's faster. It's destined to be there and only time can tell.

I will say confidently that cryptocurrency will be the future. I did not confirm the time, but I have an analysis and also a personal prediction. The progress of digital technology will continue to progress, one of the factors. This only takes a time process, while cryptocurrency for now has begun to be more and more people are trying to get to know more closely.

Crypto is the future because it has been offering the new way to be the alternative or avoid the centralized economic system. Remember the traditional system will have outdated. The innovative is far from being unleashed, i count this a mere introduced, incredible things will be made or achieved by this great technology.

I think the real glory will start when the common man will start using cryptocurrency for payments, for bills, grocery and other everyday tasks.

The more people will be involved and interested in cryptocurrency, the more chances that it will survive for a long time. I think that this is not the end and the cryptocurrency market will continue to grow.

Well we all know that we have witnessed some glorious times in the past in crypto and I so much believe that good times still lies ahead. Although the present condition has been discouraging but I know that crypto will still maximize its potentials to the fullest very soon. I just hope that the acceptance of crypto becomes wider than we currently have.

Crypto has gained a lot but its final success will be later I consider. It is not widely spread enough to be on the top now but it absolutely will be later.

The innovation will continue and the evolution with it , we are in slump because of hype and scam ICOs not because the tech is maxed out. To think that that there is no room for innovation is just plain stupid.

Yes me too. I think that in the future, many more countries will accept crytocurrencies and many more huge companies will accept it for payments. I also think that there will be more types of cryptos that will come out in the market. As technology evolves further, so will the cryptos.

think that there is not enough known about Cryptocurrency right now but it will be the thing of the future once people learn more about it. i think once people learn about Cryptocurrency it will be a world currency and boost the economy back to being more stable it will be accepted worldwide.

Btc's golden peak is in 2017. That year, the Btc had touched the figure of more than $ 20k. Then experience decline in early 2018 and continues to decline until now. But I still believe in Btc. I am sure the Btc will rise even not at the previous level. I am still faithful waiting for the Btc to explode. And hope in the near future.

i must admit it difficult at times not to agree with critics above. but such thougths won't help anyway so i think we shouldn't feel down so soon, the best is yet to come

Crypto even up to now always grow every year and indeed for this year are in the phase of bad but keep in mind it is reasonable. though many have said is bad I don't think it's supposed to like that and it would be better if it is always active in the market to find out its development.

i agree, crypto hasn't show itself in a full glory yet. i think there will be more to expect, more surprises. besides, right now isn't time for showing off and we have to give it some time

yes right, crypto has a large community that is ready to support. It was proven yesterday when Crypto was rejected by several large countries, but they were not destroyed and could survive until now. so I'm sure crypto won't end, there will be new innovations created with blockchain technology.

Anyone can be a critic of something and crypto is no excuse for that, however, babbling so much to crypto that it will perish without any claims and evidence specifically to bitcoin and the technology behind its success the blockchain is so much for being a critic, we know there are scam coins, fud's, bad news and decreases but that scenario also applies to other fields.

The potential of cryptocurrencies is huge and we still haven't got to know them at their full potential, we've seen a great bull run in 2017 but at their full potential cryptocurrencies would be revolutionary and can lead this world economy into a different direction than we see right now. I do agree personally. Cryptocurrency grows so fast for the investment era. Moreover, many altcoins are now available in the market. I'm sure with this condition, it has chance for this today market and the future. I mean that crypto is valuable and worthy for today. But, some cryptos are very worthy for the hold for future because of its very promising projects.

It is true that there is not a lot of innovation going on in the market right now, but that doesn't mean that existing products and coins like bitcoin are not being improved by the developers every single day, just last year we got segwit activated and it's possible that were going to see the lightning network in full operation in the next years and with that one of the biggest problems of bitcoin will be resolved.

I could not agree more with your statement! We haven't even seen institutional investors coming in this sphere. And this will surely happen, you can be sure. When this begin the market will explode and we will see new highs which we couldn't even think about.

But that is not going to happen unless the market of cryptocurrencies keeps innovating and improving itself, adoption is not going to appear out of nowhere we need to incentivize the people to adopt cryptocurrencies and the best way to do that is to have a market of cryptocurrencies that is clean of so many scams and hackers because the average person is not going to be able to avoid scams the same way that we do.

So until those two factors become predominant in the market we are not going to see massive adoption, which means that we will probably have to wait a lot of time in order to see massive adoption.

A lot of good projects are at very cheap prices and this may be a good investment this year before things get into the uptrend. I believe this market will continue to grow well in 2019 as this is the time when he will have a lot of news that makes Bitcoin prices soar.

I think most people are aware of the potential of blockchain and what example of success blockchain there is if not bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general. We have not even scratch the surface of what could be with cryptocurrency in real world.

Nothing is certain. There is a chance that crypto will go up during the next few years and may give great returns to those who are investing now. But there is also a chance that crypto will slowly become defunct and ultimately extinct.

My theory here is that cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin is the upcoming financial space. We as investors are real early adopters in this space and everyone knows that the early adopters reap the most. Bitcoin is just 10 years old, this is too early to be concerned about the price. It is the time to learn and earn knowledge which will be very good for future and yes ofcourse the price will follow. ;)

Cryptocurrency is still run whatever happens the massive adoption of people in crypto is truly believable. There's so many investor trust crypto than other things. ICO'S are one of crypto largest investor that give everyday project and funds.

Compared to the fiat currency, cryptocurrency is just barely scratching the surface...this is just actually the beginning and that we are looking forward to a better future with this platform. But what we have now is still the Wild Wild West stage and soon there will be the needed consolidation and I am sure many players now will be extinct...just like what happened with the Dotcom bust. Cryptocurrency will thrive but the players or participants can be changing. Right now, there are even big institutions and big firms contemplating to also join the party and one day these firms can be enjoying the many benefits and advantages of cryptocurrency. We the people should never let this go just like that. This is our platform and the power should remain in our hands.

now many people say bitcoin will die, maybe the reason they say that is because bitcoin and other coins are experiencing a downturn, even though this is common and not one of the causes of bitcoin's death.

We will witness a glorious future of cryptocurrencies. We have seen good times yet and I am sure that everything will be even better than it is now. So for me it is very important to work hard and make money.

I am also too interested in some statements or opinions from great people or people who always attack crypto. Because every success must have a process, struggle and always get obstacles. Therefore I always multiply my assets and will not miss this opportunity to become a fortune in the future.

Now, the outstanding features of electronic money have come to life for many people. But electronic money has not worked its full potential. Extinction? That is probably not possible as digital forms of currency will eventually become more popular and accepted as normal forms of payment for everyday use globally

I agree. Screw the critics. Who really cares about their opinions anyway? We don't care about the government's stance on cryptocurrencies which is why I don't really understand why anyone would be interested in what the critics think.

The cryptocurrency market is here to stay and I have complete faith in my statement based on my experiences with this market over a long period of time. For example, the lightning network has evolved to a point where we can use Bitcoin to purchase Coca-Cola through vending machines.

I think every idea requires time to grow, blockchain and cryptocurrency is still growing. The glory in cryptocurrency will fully be obvious after reasonable level of growth and mass adoption.

Crypto is just product but the blockchain is the future, crypto maybe will not survive but blockchain technology will grow up. Those who say it's going to extinct, don't really understand its potential and what future holds. They are unaware of how technology is revolutionizing the industries all across the world. Those who don't believe in it are just going to lose their chance to a great life ahead.

With every new technology you have those that oppose it or are simply ignoring it. Some have ulterior reasons, some simply don't see it (yet). Have you seen the amount of experts telling people that computers would never be a house hold item? Or that internet would be fun and all to find an address of a shop or building, but nothing more? Blockchain is being kept down, by ignorant fools and people that don't want blockchain to succeed, but only bitcoin (for their investments). I'd say blockchain may for now be a glorified database, it's a solution that may bring a lot of prosperity, mostly in terms of cost saving measures. Maybe it's hyped right now, but that's because it is only at the absolute start of things. I can't wait to see it being used to stream line healthcare, government, business processes, international (business) transactions etc etc. And as for the crypto part of it? Keep things incentivized please.....great for mass adoption, because why would anyone cares what would happen behind closed doors (if crypto was just an IBM thing...)...

Real deal of crypto is quite clear and I think that it has so promising predictions and trying to go on in its becoming popular all over the world. I believe in it.

We are in the  early stages of crypto. New ideas, coins, and technologies entering on the market. If we compare the bull run in
2013 and 2017 we can see that completely different coins were participating in it ( except BTC ). The evolution of crypto
and blockchain has just started and the glory days are ahead. Possibilities for new use cases are endless.

The world of crypto money is too young. The market is not yet satisfied. Until then, fluctuating prices will continue. I think a few years later the crypto money market will rise to victory.

There are so many people who have never experienced the beauty of crypto and its development is in its beginning- why the best days shouldn't be ahead of us? We have come through a lot since the explosion of that unbearable growth. But guess what: teams did not stop putting their effort into their projects even when their tokens/coins were in a gigantic loss. These two reasons make me convinced that we have not seen anything in comparison with the future. And if we don't make it... well, the world would lose a tool to make the lives of millions of people better. That would be a complete waste.

Many people believe that electronic money will be the future of the world. Investing in electronic money will bring you more profit and glory later. But I do not know if it really happened or not. I find electronic money more risky and unstable.

I think cryptocurrencies will not die in the coming days or even years. Perhaps these critics or analysts said that in the near future the cryptocurrency market will fall, as I can believe it, but still I think that it will grow.

I have stopped believing in people that call themselves experts because they are not giving their honest opinion about what they think about cryptocurrencies, they are just being paid to give false information to the public, and we know why they are doing this, they are spreading that false information about cryptocurrencies because they know that if bitcoin becomes successful and it is adopted by a huge amount of people then they are going to lose their jobs.

In an economy that was dominated by bitcoin we will not need so many economists and so called experts because there is not going to be any need for a monetary policy, because as we know the rate at which bitcoin is mined is constant and it's not subject to be manipulated.
