    More and more ICO projects are coming based on many major currencies and specially in this year the trend increased rapidly with many reputed organizations that are in various industries and trades decided to start there own digital currency to make there business more effective and efficient in order to gain more profit.
    Can these new launching Altcoin's make a negative impact on bitcoin's expansion in the future because we all know in order to increase the demand, usability and accessibility of bitcoin it should be widely use in most business areas but if Altcoin's take these opportunities how it can achieve its vision to become a widely used digital currency

Based on how altcoin price is it, many alcoin just be trash and have more drop price and it not better for buying and invest coin there. I found many altcoin delisted form exchange market and have lost money there.

The presence of so many varieties of altcoyins can not in any way damage the bitcoins. In altcoyins, especially for tokens, their functions and tasks, and they are used in narrow spheres of human activity. Bitcoin and altcoins do not practically intersect during their existence.
The presence of a large number of altcoyins, in my opinion, can only benefit bitcoin, because if people first learn about the existence of altcoyins, they will surely afterwards hear and be interested in bitcoin.

look at the history. it will tell you all you need to know. we already have 9 years of history and in this period of time we have had tens of thousands of altcoins that have been created, pumped and dumped and eventually many of them died. there are years that they create more of them like last year since the altcoin pumping market is booming during that time but in the end the fate of shitcoins is always going to be death and their short life and death will never affect bitcoin in any ways.

Altcoin being a threat to bitcoin is just an ambitious move of every altcoin as they're all dreaming that one day they will be on top. Nonetheless, no one will and ever replace on where bitcoin is. The argument that Bitcoin naysayers use is that Bitcoin is worthless because there are thousands of other coins out there that can be created. Peter Schiff tries arguing this point a lot. Erik Voorhees had the best response to it, which is, sure you can copy and paste the Bitcoin code and make thousands of crap coins, but you cannot copy and paste the community, infrastructure, and development team that supports Bitcoin.

So no OP, no other altcoin can threaten Bitcoins existence. Bitcoin will always be ahead because it is the reserve currency of the crypto space. Bitcoin is self dependent and its existence brought about other cryptocurrencies which are now known as Alternative currencies. I believe that no matter how strong an altcoin becomes, it certainly would not be able to take over bitcoin's existence. The previous and current state of the market at every given point in time shows it all.

I will say let them keep coming. Bitcoin is forever the big guy every altcoin is looking up to. In the past, alot of  altcoins have marketed themselves with some sort of comparative advantage to Bitcoin. I agree with this. This is probably just some acts that will only prove that bitcoin is theost powerful coin im cryptocurrency and no other coin can beat it. At the same time it will probably affect altcoins and not bitcoin. Because we can see that there is a huge possibility that the altcoins user will be torn into different coins. I do think that bitcoin will continue to innovate itself over time. A revolutionary technology as such is bound to outdo its current features to survive. And i think the forks that occurred, both hard and soft, is a clear indicator that bitcoin is not resting its laurels.

I see the replacement of Bitcoin as something that cannot be avoided. I always see someone always talking about "being the first" to apply services or technology. I think that person is not familiar with the saying; "First to market, first to fail". Current market prices are a reflection of BTC adopters who do not use coins for anything but trade.

Bitcoin is poles ahead of all altcoins. The best they can do now is to play catch up on bitcoin. I know bitcoin has some issues which has to do with scalability and high fees. But bitcoin will also be working on these lapses to mitigate it. Bitcoin has a chunk of the market share and it has the highest price in the market. It is true that many ICOs are coming everyday, but most of these would fail in future, so i don't think that too many altcoins would pose a threat to the existence of bitcoin. Bitcoin is a well-established coins, so new coins wouldn't match it.

One way to gauge the "threat level" is by looking at Bitcoin's dominance in terms of percentage of total market cap.  As of today, BTC has around 55% dominance over the rest of the altcoins.  Back in January, the threat of altcoins seemed quite real and alarming while Bitcoin dominance was as low as 32%.  Even then, Bitcoin continued to exist.  One thing to watch out for in the future is if any altcoin overtakes Bitcoin in dominance.  The closest one I've seen almost do it is Ethereum back in June 2017.  If such an event ever came to pass, Bitcoin would still continue to exist.

No, i wouldn't say that in any condition. The Bitcoin is the first and the most powerful coin ever. Also the Bitcoin has the %57 market cap so it has big dominance. I don't think there is a competition between bitcoin and altcoins. Every legit cryptocurrency  has its own purpose. Even if a coin is supposed to replace bitcoin, it's not bad. It can only replace bitcoin if it's better than bitcoin.

I think having too many altcoin does indeed affect the bitcoin market because it would diminish the overall market cap and thus depreciation in the coins that are worth more value.

Bitcoin is like the digital currency backing all atcoins. Most ICO project prefer that people purchase their coin with bitcoin, meaning bitcoin is kinda the backing currency to their project. This indicates  that, Altcoins are never a threat to bitcoin.

I don't think its a threat since almost all of altcoins depends so much on bitcoin price, and there main functionality is to serve as an alternative to the original one which is Bitcoin. Though some coin has the potential but mostly they serve as a utility coin or token not as a currency.

I have always believed that each and every coin has its own philosophy and that's how it works. Bitcoin is solving the issue of peer-to-peer transactions without paying high transaction fees or waiting hours to get transaction confirmed. On the other hand, there are good alt-coins solving a different kind of issues but I don't see any other coin having that potential to replace Bitcoin at least in the coming years.

In my opinion, the appearance of a large number of altcoyn can not damage the bitcoin in any way. With the advent of a new variety of altcoins, the common interest of people to the crypto currency is growing and this also positively affects the popularity of bitcoin as the first crypto currency. I believe that we need the altcoins, even if a significant part of them are useless. All of them will be weakened by the crypto-currency market, only useful and promising ones will remain, and thus, the whole of the whole country will develop.

The situation is totally reversed from your suspectaion. It is the Bitcoin which is the sole reason why most of the Altcoins and tokens are existing. Some of the altcoins are quite good with thier transaction speeds and low fee. But it is yet to be seen the wider acceptance of those altcoins. Some altcoins may co-exist with Bitcoin and we will see some losing people's interest and value along with it.

Not realy, almost all of the altcoins are shitcoins, they dont take away anything from BTC, they are made just to make invstors belive that they will get their money back with some profit, that is it.
Other popular coins are private coins, these also are not a threat becasue decent vendors wont use them anyways.

Well, the existence of too many coins could lead to bitcoin been in tight corner as some of those coins could have great potentials of becoming higher in price than bitcoin. Unfortunately, most of these coins are not really showing any great signs of trying to give bitcoin any meaningful competition as bitcoin is still in the lead as the world number one leading digital currency. None of the many coins in the market pose any great threat to bitcoin as most dying out in the markets with zero or no volume in trading. The coins that are coming closer have a difference of about 4000$ dollars per token to be able to get closer to bitcoin which is impossible as far as the cryptocurrency world is concerned.

Bitcoin price is not influenced by Alltcoins, it has own price which very strong and unique because it was created with good foundations. The price of bitcoin depends on the market demand and supply of bitcoin itself. It means that the holder of bitcoin influences the price. However, as the coming so many altcoins todays it has impact to bitcoin price because many investor are move or even spread their money in altcoins. So, when the number of investor of bitcoin is decrease automatically the price will high. It is not threaten, that is my opinions.

Seem's like we are seeing less and less ICO'S over the past few months due to people actually facing criminal charges seem's to be stopping a fair amount of people trying to pull exit scams. This is good and sooner or later the market will ween out alot of the scam coins and junk coins without any project or use case. It will be nice to see which coin's come out in the end because bitcoin is not the only good coin out there. Some have other use cases and some already outdo bitcoin.. but it will not lose it's spot as top coin.

I don't think the same as you, I think agree almost every time there is a new altcoin emerging from the ICO, but that won't affect bitcoin in a big way. it is precisely bitcoin that will greatly affect all altcoins that have been traded. Honestly I was overwhelmed with the numbers of altcoins when I checked binance, cryptopia, idex and coss exchanges these coins are too many and cut across different projects however their existence cannot be a threat to bitcoin considering the fact that most of their values which in most cases are relatively small and worthless and competition among them is likened to survival of the fittest.

It's precisely because more and more Altcoins I think other altcoins will die if they don't survive. Because it is very difficult to survive in this crypto world. Therefore, what is harmed here is another altcoin.

Hi. I don't think altcoins can be a threat to bitcoin for even many ICO projects revolving nowadays, bitcoin is still the reference of those altcoins. I think there is no effect in bitcoin even there are many altcoins are growing and those altcoins that cannot compete the trend of bitcoin are sometimes slowly disappearing in the market.

I think that altcoin that are born or new have no effect on bitcoin, bitcoin is king of crypto, all coins depend on bitcoin, if bitcoin is experiencing an automatic decline the price of other altcoins will drop, no one can rival the price of bitcoin, bitcoin will remain number 1 in cryptocurrency. Maybe the negative impact for bitcoin is only on the many ICO scam projects that make investors start to fear investing in the ICO they will invest in bitcoin safer.
