In the past few days I've seen the price of ethereum fluctuating as a new entrant in this field. What should I do to buy or sell out need advice from a specialist or switch from eth to eos for investment I see The eos is growing ever since it overcame eth in the future

In my opinion Ethereum still become the number 1 altcoin in next acouple years, because this crypto always try to be better. The team development has plan to solve scalability issue by use sharding and plasma and will change from Proof of Work to Proof of Stake. Ethereum will be possible to process amillion transaction persecond and when this success, mass adoption of Ethereum will be huge and more starts ups will use Ethereum blockchain.

Why most posts here are just about etherium? Why shouldn't investors trust etherium? If you ask me, those entering etherium at this time will be having a good chance as the price is actually very low, it all depends how long you intend to hold, If you are a day trader, you can just take advantage of the fluctuations and make profit within it. Irrespective of the price fluctuations, Etherium remains a good coin

As an investor it is up to you, whether to cut your losses or continue holding it, cause after all profit is your's and loss is too only your's.
Recently, Ethereum price got dumped to $167, almost near to last year's low of $144. But it jumped from that low, i.e. $167 and is currently trading at $225-$230 and I believe sustaining above $235, it might to up to $270-$280.

Ethereum has suffered so much serious deterioration recently that I think the investor no longer has sufficient confidence in him. Especially in the last month, in addition to the serious decline in the negative speeches of the founding partner Vitalik Buterin'in also written in the Ethereum minus. These conversations and the new news of Vitalik as well as the serious downtrend we have seen as a result of the investor no longer trusts Ethereum as much as it is possible to understand on the market volume. Although it has gained some value in the last 2 days, we can see that today's price can explain how this assurance has been shaken.

I think Ethereum is still one of the best investments. and I always believe investing in Ethereum. Many ICO use the Ethereum platform, so there is no doubt at all about Ethereum.

There is a lot of hype around EOS as an ETH killer, and ETH has been falling like it's going to zero, but I personally dont think so.

The price may be the basis of some investors but for me the technology of ETH are still useful especially in most of the new coins. The price dump because we are in a bear market but we should stay calm because the market will recover again and ETH will pump so investors should still trust this market.

After the big crash that just happened, i think now is the right time to invest in ETH again. Ethereum still will be a good platform. What just happened i think its because there's a people try to make the crypto looks bad and worst. Scam people with a Token looks like cookie just for hype. But sadly, they scam. And after that, they dump the ETH price with all of Ethereum they have.

Ethereum becoming number 1 altcoin is highly not possible, even from start when it was created this hype was their but still it is proving that it is not worthy that much of bitcoin is. The volume of coin created in the market is enough to pull it back to 2nd top altcoin. But even it can lose its 2nd top position when their are so many new altcoins are their in market competing it more better then ETH.

Investing in ETH will always give you profit but holding for long cannot say.

I feel you're missing the fact that Ethereum has been the top altcoin for quite a while now, so it's not "highly not possible", it's been status quo basically. There's currently over saturation of altcoins, they're becoming way too specific and way too niche. Not to say that it's necessarily a bad thing. I'd like to see the likes of XMR / Dash come up above Ethereum as the dominant altcoin but at this point it's pure speculation to say it will absolutely happen.

For me, now I still believe in this coin, with a second place in the crypto market, they will have the opportunity to increase as much as 2017, so rest assured, if you have bought ETH should Keep holding on, do not rush too frightened and sell them out

indeed in the past few days the price of ETH has experienced a very deep decline, and everyone has a different opinion, some think right now is the right time to buy ETH because the price is very cheap and they are likely if the ETH price will be able to bounce back.
and there are some people who have doubts about the current ETH price with a price that continues to decline, arguing that they are afraid that the ETH price will not go up again.
if I personally believe that the price of bitcoin will rebound and the price increase exceeds the highest price yesterday and this is the right time to buy the coin.

Still, trust ethereum no matter how embarrasing it's price is. We cannot say that the performance of ethereum will no longer experienced some downfall. Afterall, eth is still part of an altcoin cryptocurrency. So trust on him no matter what.

Of course investor is always trust with ethereum because most of the people know about ethereum. Yes eos is also a potential competitor of eth but stil it will take more years to develop more. Personally, I'm a believer bof eth despite of everything that happened but I'm open for eos and want to see it grow in the community.

Tokens are smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain. If the price of Ethereum goes below $ 150, then there is a great danger to the thousands of tokens which are based on it. Maybe we're going to watch all the tokens go down with the fall of Ethereum.

I am no specialist but I can tell you one thing which everybody will. Do not underestimate ether as it is the second best coin after bitcoin that has a good potential, a better platform, a large community and is being used in so many places over the internet. The price being so low is not at all a problem since every coin faces this. Look at the history of bitcoin and you will find out how long it took BTC to reach at this level.

If people still want to invest at cryptocurrency especially for altcoins then there is no reason to not trust anymore for ETH and even though the price still low but ETH still strong in the second position on coinmarketcap which mean people still trade for ETH regularly almost each day and in my view ETH is good altcoin to hold for long term because have strong community

Don't treat Ethereum this way, it is one of the strongest cryptocurrencies that has been tested by time and trends, just like Bitcoin, it died a thousand times to go up again and remain firm amongst the cryptos. Being number two in the market capitalization over all cryptos today is not just an standing, it is an eminent proof that this one is really really good and profitable.

You right, Ethereum is good to buy this situation so all the crypto hunters are buy and hold for long term relationship. So I am also support to this scenario because most of the countries are know the Ethereum also so this will be right platform for long term investment.

eos doesn't have fees, unlike eth.

Actually such falling after great growth is natural for any type of assets. Moreover I expect that Ethereum will fall lower. May be it will drop under $70. But because of technology behind Ethereum, it will recover in the next 2 years.

Can people please stop put EOS with Ethereum in every sentence, EOS just launched there Mainnet couple months ago only and it was a failure, 2 days after the launch there Mainnet froze, they still have a lot of work and development to do before they can be in the same level Ethereum is.

And about if you should invest or not, you should make your own research no one can help you with that, but I can tell you one simple fact #1 altcoin will not gonna just vanish and go to zero, that's never gonna happen.

We as a whole can't trust any crypto currency or its creators. In the market, everyone is for himself. Here, everyone is trying to earn money. Therefore, you need to have the knowledge and skills to earn.

I'm not a specialist, but if must choose between ETH or EOS i will pick Ethereum. It's price down only because follow main coin that already down and that coin is bitcoin. if bitcoin can recover, i'm sure ETH will follow.

There is a lot to still trust in a project as long as it has a real life usage and the issue most of the time with people is that they tend not to understand the part where market can generally be bound to be bearish and there is nothing anyone can do about it. You must doubt the value of ETH as it is having unlimited supply and arrived here with lots of pre-mined coins. I am not sure about the value of ETH in both short term and long term. Moreover, in my view it is just a gambling. It may have good future if ICO platform will do good.

The demand of ICOs has dropped in the bear market since the beginning of this year. Most of the ICOs from last year are at >90% loss and they are not recovering anytime soon. Yeah you should consider more the technology behind a coin and it's actual use instead of the current value. The value of a coin will change but the technology that runs it for what it's for will determine if it'll be worth keeping. And ethereum for has that.

I think that is a potential currency. It is the altcoin that I find most confident. I have invested in it for 2 years. And even now the crypto market is down, I still believe in it and Bitcoin. If you have invested in ETH, you have to understand what the real potential of it is. If you can not understand the potential and trust it, you will sell it and switch to EOS. If you invest in EOS but do not understand your potential, you will continue to sell and you will lose capital. So it is important to know what you are doing and how long you will invest. Ethereum is as strong as it gets for an "altcoin", if you could eth an altcoin at that. Yes ethereum reacted harshly during this bear market times and the results have not been pretty but remember other coins dropped as well but ethereum had founders of ICO's selling of their eth they acquired during ICO times as well. With that kind of sell push, its no wonder it dropped significantly.

The raise in EOS is just a small positive fluctuations.But now the price of EOS is reduced with increase in the price of bitcoin. Bitcoin is the base of raise in the price as compared to other cryptocurrency.Now the price of Ethereum is crossed above 220$ and waiting for huge raise.

As for any coin some one must go big in order to get the snow ball rolling. So it will be enough for one good investor to go in then the others will follow, and to me more direct to your Q. then maybe they should. It has been getting a bit of future enthusiasm. We'll see what happens

Many investors still believe in ethereum, I believe that the ethereum is also a potential coin that can rise anytime, so maybe some investors are now buying more ethereum and hold it on their wallet, maybe ethereum will rise soon and it can really give a huge amount of profit in the next few moths from now.

Ethereum may not have the holding value of bitcoin in a long term position.  If I am holding Ethereum,  I will carefully re assess my long term strategy  as regards buying, selling and holding!  Ethereum has many competitions now and ethereum may not be the best in smart contract capacity anymore!

I think it is pure from your choice, if you have confidence that ethereum can be very expensive then you can buy and save as much as you can.

You can save both coins as assets, but my advice should not switch from ethereum to eos because ethereum still has a good future to develop.

Unless ethereum finds some good method to take out the inflation problem the price wont rise. Many of the holders have sold their coins because they feel its not going anywhere with the ICOs dragging down ethereum and the inflation problem. It might be a good coin to hold for long term because the devs might just come up with an solution - possibly staking to be happening soon.

do not totally eliminate eth in your investment, if you want to have eos then go fo it but never settle for a single coin that is currently creating their name in the market. you can have eth while having the coin that you are planning to deal with.

I barely doubt that we should be changing our minds so easily from the ETH to EOS. Just because ETH is having some bad patch right now (with the market) then it doesnt mean we should see it as worst investment of all time. In fact it is giving us the perfect time to buy more or become the bigger investors of the same and thus earn some bucks out of it. I dont think EOS will ever give us any kind of profit that ETH will be giving us in the future. I am still sticking to the ETH because I have seen the huge spikes and better ATH as compared to any altcoin out there.

I am wondering why some people who used to give a trustworthy to ethereum but when they got the bad fluctuation of this coin, they started to doubt Eth. Eth will soon have a recover, I advise all of us should be calm and continually believe in eth, sooner or later it will give us a good news.

Because of the market competition in blockchain infrastructure projects investors should not trust filully ethereum. Due to slower development of the ethreum developers they have lagged behind and their competitors are rising positively in the market. Earlier ethereum had tough competitor NEO but now it have more players like EOS, ZIL, Ontology, Steller and cardano. It's better to diversify the total investment of ethereum to this rising blockchain infrastructure projects. Because this new players are more scalable and are being adopted by other projects.

I do not know about you guys, but if you already distrust Ethereum because of everything that has happened from the beginning, then it would make an even worse choice to trust EOS,,, which from Day 1 was such a problematic project. Extremely centralized, extremely unfair (1 year ICO guys have you forgot?), for a zero product that when the coding was completed was full of security holes, and they had to pay bounties to find them,,, and then the centralized arbitrators,,, so many to mention.
