This since few months the crypto currency market has been experiencing major outbreak. And starting the downfall of btc and expected the alts coins too. As a trader i feel tension and afraid when the market is slowly going down because of the rubbish market… How about you guys did you feel afraid when the market is going down?

You should only be afraid if you are an investor, but in your post you claim to be a trader and a trader does not have any reason to be afraid of the market going down, you have no intention to keep your coins for long so you can sell for fiat as soon as you think the market is going to crash, however as a trader you must understand that there is also a lot of money to be made when the market goes down so if you are any good you can stay in the market and make money shorting cryptocurrencies.

Major outbreak? You missed that not in the last few months but in the last six months before the start of the year. As a trader, you shouldn't let the market dictate your feelings. You enter the market at a time that suits you, not the other way around.

I think the main reason people fidget while market is going down is basically when they see crypto hodling or trading as the only source of income. Off course, if your only source of income is dwindling, you should have to worry.

So if we have other sources, we won't have to panic but to relax and allow the market to do its thing.

Not afraid, if bought the right coins then dnt have to worry, Good coins will surely back to normal soon.But sometimes seeing our coins down to 70% its really2x stressful.But patience is the key.We just wait the right time.

As a trader the motive is to make profit, but this is like every other business or investment, sometimes you make loss during the beer market, that way you appreciate and value the market when you make profit. No im not afraid of it instead i consider it as a good chance to buy more while bitcoins and altcoins are on sale now. Usually a trader will be happy if the price drops even drastically. The reason is, they can buy bitcoin or altcoin cheaply and wait a while for the price to rise again. Remember the concept or theory of a trader buy cheap and sell hight can you imagine when prices continue to rise, will you sell your asset? a decrease in price is a space for you to sell your assets and start again after you bring the profit that has been obtained. That is what is called trading, if you experience feelings of fear,  I think you are not compatible to be a trader.

No. with long term plan. I am completely confident with the crypto market. with the history of bitcoin + the utility and efficiency that the blockchain industry has brought. That's the right attitude to have!  Don't let this market scare you and stay strong.  These times are what seperates the true holders from the panic sellers.  I'm looking at the glass half full and using this period to accumulate more coins on the cheap.

Why should anyone even be afraid rather than them taking advantage of the lower market ?

There is always going to be two sides to a market, which is either up or down and I wonder why people would just keep thinking the market would keep moving up as they please, and that shows the little understanding they have before even investing in the market in the first place and that is of course a very bad thing to be doing.

Bear phase will always come and go and then the advantage of a bear market is that it gives you chance to buy lower for the long term which is what a lot of people because of their fear and not understanding what the future possibly holds, always end up missing.

We are technically not even in a bear market, the market has been stable for few months now, but for a few spikes. Traders are afraid of a stable market, not bear or bull market.

I'm sure afraid man. It secretly eats your portfolio up without notice, and that is really scary buddy. It's like you have $1000, and then suddenly it comes to about $900. It rebounds and you regain your money or more. You'll be there speculating for even higher prices and then gradually you'll come down to $800, $750, $700, and so much more. It's really scary. It'll just eat you up without your notice.

That is if he is a real trader or someone who just heard he can make money from trading and then decided to hop in without any knowledge or strategy whatsoever to trade the market. Market is always bound to be volatile and most especially the volatility is high with the cryptocurrency market which is the reason why you just have to be very vigilant, know what you are doing, and make decisions without emotions but what you know and what you see.

I have never entered a position based on signals without ending up setting a stop loss, and that has always saved me from falling markets if the trend decides to continue downwards as against thinking of a reversal.

You only feel afraid and call market rubbish when you are attempting to make decisions without knowledge. Sure, there is no way you would not feel a bit tensed if you are just starting out to invest or trade, knowing that you may find it very hard to make some decisions, but the reason why there is stop loss is because the market could actually decide to go against what you expect and as long as the market will always be one step ahead, you have to play it carefully. If the market is slowly going down, all you have to do is to wait on the sidelines, and try to get a pretty good signal based on your strategy before you end up getting in.

Yeah, we have been moving sideways for a while now and there is no doubt about that, while some of the altcoins have even shown some pretty good bullish momentum, but nothing is certain yet. The market to me is still bearish until we see a clear signal on the direction the market wants to take with bitcoin being the sole controller of the whole market.

Bitcoin is in a descending triangle, which if we are to play by the books, it is bearish in nature, and the likelihood of seeing it break downwards may be there, even though, you may still see it break upwards if the bears does not have that power to push it down below the support level. For now, I would just say patience is all we have to imbibe, but nothing is guaranteed.

Well for me it's a good time to buy any coins you want when the market is so dip. If the your reason you're afraid because you might lose big amount of money then don't sell the token you have bought until the price returns to its original price or more. we do not need to be afraid of the decline of the crypto currency exchange rate lately. Be assured that in time it will also rise again, and make someone feel sorry for having sold it when it came down.

I always think that the cryptocurrency market will not collapse, because it has a blockchain as a dependency. When the market declines, it is normal. I think this is the performance of adjusting the price, not the collapse!

We are in the cryptoworld so instead of being negative during bearish market why don't we used it as a reason to buy more because  we all know that someday every altcoins and main coin will go up. In bearish we can earn more profit if we buy more and more.

If the coin is slowly going down then it is not a favorable for someone even he or she is a trader because trading will be successful if the price is moving in different direction everyday if the price is slowly going down a trader cant do a successful trading.

No i'm not, because I know what I'm getting in, also I know what I'm doing here too.  There are always two things happen in the market and that is increasing and decreasing its value, nothing else. Only the lifespan of it is unpredictable of how long will the market increase aggressively or decrease. Because almost all coins in the market was volatile, and I guess everybody knows that things.

Being afraid, most of the time is always subjected to what you know exactly. The thing is as long as you know the long term potentials of the market, rather than being afraid, you will always know how to deal with every situation that comes. Market going down is not always the problem; it is your attitude and mentality towards a downtrend of the market that is basically the major problem here.

I really don't have afraid when market goes down. If the project are legit and continue development of projects all i can do when goes down to hold and wait for a better price if i bought coins in higher. All who is in crypto trading should not be scared for dips in price and hold their coins until get some profit.

Over the course of a year, my investments and tokens received from awards decreased by 2 times, I understand that the market works this way. But every time when I see that my purse falls by 5%, my heart always feels awful.  :-\

I have no reason to be afraid as I know that my coins can bounce back after the fall. This is the reason that you should invest only on those currency that has good community support. Market will crash anytime without a valid reason and be ready for that.

After a big growth btc had last year, i was expecting the lrice to fall down but maybe not to this point, i was a little bit more optimistic about that but you cant control or predict the market prices.
