The prices went even lower than the last years' dip right before the bull market. However, the BCH hard fork with its Hash Wars doesn't seem to bring any clarity or stability to the market.

So the question is following: would the market still go down or not much more and it would make sense to start shopping?

Ofcourse yes, crypto is at the bottom line of the year so this is a great opportunity to invest in crypto coins now and your intention should be for long-term if you want live like a millionaire. Guys make use of this development as this is a new generation.

While we are dealing with such a young market as the cryptocurrency market, it's impossible to predict the bottom now or not.  The market is the subject for manipulations and technical analysis doesn't work here as well as in the Forex market, so my strategy is  - to buy small parts at different levels and hope that the price will not fall below.

Do not rush to buy coins, because the fall may continue. I think we are waiting for a bitcoin correction to 3500 and in December 2018 the market will start to grow.

I don't think so, if you look at the bitcoin chart it looks downward even though the price is up it's only small reflection and then goes down again, it seems the whales are waiting for a decision on the results of Bitcoin Cash hard fork before determining the direction of the next trend

I hope so, however, I have heard so many people even expert say that exact same thing, "This is the bottom, time to invest more" since three or four months ago. I agree to keep our head up, and never stop believing in crypto. But we also have to stop living in utopia, at some stage we need to accept that now is the realistic price for Bitcoin and another crypto. We have heard previously that the market has reached the bottom and it went down some more and we think ok this is it and boom, down some more. While the 5500$ od BTC price is the bottom, nobody knows, because we said for 6000$ before that it was bottom. But it is a strong chance that it is a new support level for some time now. Whether we are going to break that one too after a few months, than we will surely drop even lower.

No cryptocurrency expert can predict if the market is at the bottom or not, nobody can can accurately tell what the market sentiment is because the market is millions of people worldwide reacting to different news in different manners, so if the market is going down more it is likely because people are reacting to a negative news somewhere and are selling off their coins.

Hardfork influence also affects the price of other coins. When they sell all coins and hold BCH, then automatically the price of other coins will fall simultaneously. Well, after the hardfork happens, will the coin grow again? Yes, but it takes a long time for this problem. I think spending one to two months ahead.

now the crypto price is stuck, so there are 2 possibilities in my opinion, that is:
1. if we invest now and it turns out that crypto prices are increasing, I am sure we will get a big profit because the price will definitely increase very high to restore the market price that has dropped very high.

The problem is that the market value are still continuously falling at this moment. So I can not say that this will be the bottom of the market dump this year. Recovery still is not occuring this year which makes the situation more complicated. Waiting for recovery to happen is more advisable. As far as bitcoin is concerned now, I have the feeling we are heading towards the 3k region, and seeing us cut down lower, could sharply lead us even to as low as 2k but for now, we just keep our fingers crossed. The thing you are failing to understand is that there is always a limit to everything when it comes to the peak as well as the bottom and it takes someone who is smart not to be fighting with the market trend. I think no one knows the bottom in every dumps as this is difficult to predict. If you want to buy at lower price then start buying in little amount until the price bounce back but this could be stressful to do. I prefer to buy only at the ideal price which I think it's cheaper than the previous price and hold it longer until I get my profits.

I'm not so sure, this is the bottom of the decline in the market. but if there is a decline again, it becomes very bad, even worse. I think everyone doesn't want that to happen.

We're all guessing at the moment, but the bearish sentiment isn't showing any signs of going away.
I am still quite confident that prices will start to recover once the BCH noise has quietened down, but as yet there is no evidence to support this so this is pure speculation.
Long-term I think the prices will be much higher than now, so it may be a good time to buy right now. It's down to each individual's personal circumstances though. I certainly wouldn't throw a lot of money into the current market, but that's not to say it's a bad idea.

Not sure , but alot of traders , graph readers told there is a chance we can go to 2.5k range and in most crazy case we can reach 1-2k range . It will shake alot of people out ofcourse . But this is definetly time to accumulate as many as you can .

Mostly those people who starting to invest have a good instinct that the value will rise any time soon, they are willing to take the risk knowing that if bitcoin start to pumped their investment will grow overtime, this still a risk but chances of bouncing still high when you are monitoring the past trend and how bitcoin and crypto behaves downfall followed by bounce high.

Hello, i dont think its is the bottom yet. if you plan to hold for 2-4 years you can buy in slowly, but i like to  wait for an uptrend and then buy. The trend is your friend

The buttom is very difficult to confirm by the start ok of this quarter we all thought that we had surpassed the buttom and now a huge dump came after us. Personally if you know the value of the currency that your investing on you your self can determine the buttom and/or the right time to buy.

The question has been answered because the value from the time you posted this drops more than another 10% ,so yes it will drop down again
This is the hard question to answer rightfully because no one knows when is the bottom and whel will be the recovery,what matters now is the market still kicking and trying to survive and stay valuable

I think, now it s good time to buy, for 1/3 of total money available to you. Then wait, if market fall 20-30% deeper, it s another point
to buy for second part of 1/3 budget. Last 1/3 i would save untouchable - who knows what in crypto can happen.

You shouldn't ask to people this type question about where is bottom or when we rise etc, nobody know the answers if we can know we would win much money already so I dont think people can give right answer to this.

As I already said earlier while the Bitcoin was traded between $5000-$5600 that the market should be in a stable mood so that then it further decide it's direction itself. In this level the Bitcoin price stable for some long time and then break the level at below and decline below $4000. If it breaks upper level then it will go to upward and we could have say that the bull market is coming. So, as the market now come to the below and become more volatile let it become stable and see which direction it breaks. But you can buy now also.

The price has now been recovering for two days in a row so it seems like this is the perfect time to buy bitcoin before it goes back to its previous levels, it is important to buy your coins before bitcoin establishes a new trend because when it does then it will be too late to try to buy your coins since at that time you would have missed most of the recovery.

For trader and for investor don't exist right price. But we can make it more sweet. If you think that price is good buy for part of your funds. For example 50% of lot for this coin. And other 50% will be used when price will be cheaper if it will happen. If no you will have more BTC or funds for other coins

My prediction is that price will be lower, but not much. Some altcoins has some daily dips, so it could be a good time to buy, but not any coin. Choose a few coins that you like and start checking the price regularly. Buy when they have dips.

With the current position of momentum's Indicators I think bitcoin and altcoins are still going down.  Most of them are at the oversold area but has no significant power to make any significant upwards movement.  If you want to buy at the bottom then you should still wait as bitcoin might get to $3,000 before any recovering might take place and that might still be till January or February 2019. However,  buying at the current price did not mean you have made a wrong decision about the market as we are having the lowest price throughout the year and if you are a long-term investor then now is the right time to buy.

I am also for this strategy as it seems to me something that is good and which can bring profits to you. You must also realize that your portfolio must have at least 10-15 altcoins and Bitcoin.

Of course it is profitable to buy coins, because in a year they will update their maximum, but if the market still falls, you can guess and earn even more than now. So you need to proceed with caution

We're not in the bottom yet, but the risk is getting more higher and higher. Though the market still going down but it still there is money and we can generate it through market strategies.
We can certainly buy more if we feel good on it and never think on quick returns otherwise you just feel disappointments.

I do not think that anyone can say this with a sufficiently high degree of accuracy - whether we have reached the bottom now or not, but it seems to me, or this is my personal subjective opinion - we are already at the bottom now.

The market value are still on continuous downfall at this moment so investing still is not advisable. No recovery still is bekng felt by the cryptos in the market which is quite unfortunate knowing that the year is about to end and it simply means that the negative market behavior may be reflected to the market next year . So maybe, holding for now is the best thing to do.

It's depends on the people's decisions when is the best time to grab the opportunity, i suggest before end of this year make sure they buy bitcoin or altcoins to ready and welcome for the 2019 year of better economic for cryptocurrency.

Portfolio with 10-15 alcoins is OK for medium or big investors but if you are a beginner or small player you should focus on smaller number of altcoins. What's the point of having 15 altcoins if they worth 20-30 USD each. You will never make decent money. People who don't have a lot of fiat should invest more time in research and choose the project with the biggest potential.

I don't think it's the right time to get it. Because bitcoin's price can fall even lower. With him, the Altcoins will fall. My advice is, when you're sure of ascension, then you can invest.

Its good to buy now. But make sure that the crypto you buy has a better potential in the future. And not those what they called shitcoins. It is more better if you only invest in coins that are establish well.

The long-term red market will make investors lose the ability to judge. Perhaps the bottom of the cryptocurrency does not exist. This is only because the interest groups are different. The brave people are always more profitable, thinking that they are more risky.

I guess 3200 was the bottom for bitcoin, maybe we can see double dip but I don't wait drop under the 3k dollar. I sold btc from 4k dollar and now waiting again 3300-3500 for get back them.
