We all need a miracle. Heck, the whole cryptocurrency market needs a miracle as the market cap slump to only $112 Billion.
The bitcoin market cap reached over $320 billion in December 2017 and the cryptocurrency market was at around $840 billion respectively.

There is nothing to be said. No miracle is needed. Just the bear market to end. Price will stop decreasing then and become stable. Half year latter it will slowly start to grow. Most likely a year form now price of Bitcoin will already be higher then right now.

No need to say anything. Bitcoin is perfectly fine, we just have to stop comparing it with fiat money. The ultimate aim is to measure everything in BTC not in USD. BTC is the perfect money, not USD, so BTC should be the unit of measure. Even if we are in a downtrend when we compare bitcoin with fiat money, it means nothing in the long run. Besides, this market situation may have a purgatory function, helping the space to get rid itself of many worthless altcoins. IMO, as long as the core functioning of bitcoins works as it should, we are perfectly fine.

miracle, not needed what is needed is an investor to buy as much as possible Bitcoin automatically the price will rise.
A stock index if many buy from those who sell automatically the price will be expensive.

Bitcoin dont need a miracle. what we need to give to this is demand.

This is just a proof that last year's hype was a bubble that burst this year. Now that the bubble had burst, cryptocurrency prices are back to low prices. These prices might be its real value as.of now.

We need to focus on real usuage of bitcoin and that is to use it as a currency. Currently mostly people are using it for trading and more importantly leverage trading which is not good for bitcoins. Once the demand increases, bitcoin prices will rise automatically.

Of a truth I never expect bitcoin to descend this low and really bitcoin need a miracle.  I believe that now should be the right time for one to invest but who even know if bitcoin will continue to go down.  I believe that it will take many years before we can see serious recovery.

Yes, there is no need for miracles, nothing can be said at the current price. We all consider this as usual. We can only wait until the price actually rises, the market price will rise slowly, but it cannot be known when the price will rise.
I think to assess the growth of bitcoin do it with their own research, not with predictions, because predictions will not be a guideline for all of us.

If BTC needs a miracle now then it's already had numerous miracles before and I just don't think that one thing can have so many miracles. More likely is that none of its recoveries in the past from similar price drops were miracles and nor will this one be. BTC needs adoption and acceptance, that will drive demand and push up the price. There's nothing more to it.

I think we, the users most likely will bring bitcoin back to life. There is a high level of doubt surrounding bitcoin price and this is not helping bitcoin grow. Though speculation nowadays revolve around bitcoin going down to $2000, if this will be, then we are actually seeing Bitcoin's real price. No need to panic guys, this is just a season to sift users and reveal the real use of bitcoin. This coin should not be a place for hoarding money but a place where its services are being utilized.

back in 2015, people had lost all hope of another bubble. everyone figured bitcoin was just destined to be a niche currency, if they didn't forget about it entirely. those are the times when bull markets are born---when people least expect them.

For now we need a miracle for bitcoin market price to increase. It is christmas so we need money now to spend for the holiday. actually what happened to bitcoin at this time is a cycle that is indeed normal and has been experienced by bitcoin at some time back, it used to have happened but not too booming because the price was very cheap, nobody cared about bitcoin at the time, so we just had to follow this natural cycle

There is a general rule for stock exchanges. In the crypto market this is valid. Everything that falls in price, is to rise again. If the market has lost value, it will also gain value again.

Bitcoin can be seen as some kind of miracle, and I agree with you bitcoin just needs to continue to be bitcoin, popularity will continue to rise like until now. This drop is what some early adopters already experienced, its nothing new for this market, and in generally big drops happens on every market. I believe that bitcoin will continue to rise trough the years, it may not be like some people expect, but we will see, whole world will see, bitcoin is here to stay.

This was cause by the recent hash war between bitcoinSV and bitcoinABC and could potentially be stealing hash power from btc network although this is a speculation but who knows maybe they did and still doing it. Even institutional investors such as JP morgan has been spreading FUD to create panic. All to buy in cheap to crypto's so better brace yourselves the bull is yet to come.

The market situation is now a serious panic for everyone. I had expected the crypto experts to try and waged the price at $4000 to prevent it from fallen below it. But no one did anything, and we have continued to endure the price slumps. The total market cap is now $107 billion. About one-eight of what we had in December las year. If there would ever be a price hikes again, it might just be by a miracle. I am personally not too sure anymore.

I think we must encourage more people for the demands for the market to recover. No more negative thoughts for it will not help us. Just wait for the right market value to come.

The key is that with positive news circulating widely, imagine if there were a lot of positive news such as ETF Approved, Legalization, mass adoption, adoption from large agencies, then market confidence would rise and make bitcoin bigger again

Last time there was less people interested in bitcoin and when they realized they lost money because of the price fall they did not return for a long time but they are almost all here again.

The high Market Volatility affects the consumers confident level, plus the massive sell off on the crypto market which contribute to the further down stream on its price value really need a miracle help from investors. Yes ,we should believe into our efforts instead of waiting for that to happen. But, there are already many good news are coming out like bitcoin ETF they get approved by beginning of 2019. I strongly believe that the approval of ETF must be the miracle, we are all is desperately expecting. Approval of ETF is definitely going to happen one day or another but we cannot sure about how things are going to happen in coming days. Other than ETF, there could be many other miracles too may happen around bitcoin ecosystem.  It means bitcoin will definitely have an unbelievably huge price level in coming months.

This thread is a joke, bitcoin does not need a miracle.  It has dropped like this many times in the past so this is nothing new.  Panic sellers will be the ones crying in a year or so when bitcoin reaches a new all time high.  Next reduction in block reward is coming pretty soon as well so the inflation rate will drop a lot which will increase demand.

The declining of Bitcoin price is due to its market fluctuations that's why Bitcoin don't need miracle mate,only people need to increase their Patience in this market situation to avoid panick selling which will make a high supply in the market and the reason for its price drop.

Absolutely yes, we need a meracle for bitcoin specially now its coming Christmas all our family hoping for gift that hopefully they receive this Yuletide season, we wish that there is a good changes of bitcoin price so that our family   happy together because of our GIFT.

I think we don't need a miracle but we have to make a miracle, and that we have to do it ourselves as a user and if supported by the big holders it will happen, but because of the conflict and from what I caught that big holders or important people might change the situation is more likely not to help create this miracle due to differences of opinion and mindset of the holders, I think a downtrend or bearish will still continue.

I think we will not see a miracle anytime soon. Miracles exist only in fairy tales. Crypto exchange markets were pumped last year, because not many people knew about Bitcoin and other coins. The mass media actively disseminated positive news about crypto currencies and some business-related TV channels even placed the BTC price on a screen with prices in USD and EUR. Since the bullish run ended in early 2018, old crypto investors started to slowly cash out their coins through altcoins and tokens and such a way gain a profit estimated in fiat currencies. A miracle for Bitcoin may be ETF approval, but most likely this will not happen in the near future.

looking at this graph form previous months makes me wonder if bitcoin ureally reached its moon and now on its less volatile state. As we can see, Bitcoin is roughly playing on the $3500-3800 value and it has reached $4000 just a couple of days ago. BUt needless to say, bitcoin is now on its way to a stable value while many of us, including me that someday this year, bitcoin will once again land on the moon.

The bitcoin declined because it is part of its cycle, most of the investors are focusing to increase the number of their bitcoins because the market will eventually turn into bull. I can conclude that bitcoin doesn't need any miracle.

Market didn`t slumped as you say, price went up, that was temporary spike. In 2015-16 I didn`t expect to see 1000 dollars so soon, but 2017 was crazy for many people. There are always to optimistic predictions, but who believed in 20k dollars when price were 300 dollars? I was here, I can say situation is the same as before, some believe others don`t, but market, or to better say crypto is growing every year.

We can't be sure about anything in the crytpo market. Predicting that the price of BTC will never rise big time again is the same as predicting that it will rise and surpass the previous ATH greatly in the nearest future. Although we can never be 100% sure, we can talk about the probabilities of various outcomes. Bitcoin adoption is rising and will continue rising in the future, and we don't need a miracle for that because it is happening already, and the probability of stopping of the process is very low. But they are not really miracles because economic laws almost never go out of some certain basic rules that are surprisingly accurate when it comes to judging outcomes. Trying to predict Bitcoin's price is not an easy thing to do and a formation in economics won't help much in fact.

Every coin needs a miralce because miracles cause incredible changes in whatever it happens on but Bitcoin does not depend on a miracle before it skyrockets. It needs its community members to keep the support and create more awareness to reach out to other investors out there.  More investors means, more buy orders and less sell orders.

Its funny how you guys think that bakkt and etf are the only miracle that bitcoin needs in order to achieve a full recovery and possible pump .  well id say , the chance for it to happen is now fairly slim because i heard that bakkt is now being involved in a million dollar scam  and etf on the side is already rejecting btc for a couple of times   .  that was bad but theres no point of stopping us .  there are still other miracles out there that can possibly happen for cryptos  .

People needs patience, we had been on the same bear-market ever since the crypto madness started. If you will look back at the history of bitcoin price it's normal for market corrections to occur after a massive increase on crypto price.

but this correction is like a prolonged whip, so it disturbs the psychology of traders. Hopefully the lowest price has been reached and now we just have to wait when the bull will come

Indeed the last year was hard year for bitcoin and crypto coins, but i think this year all will change and the price will grow, and i think we can have a new bull run before next bitcoin halving.

I think it is still a very difficult year for cryptocurrency because the price of bitcoin cannot experience an easy price increase, while I really hope that the price of bitcoin this year can experience price increases like last 2017.

Bitcoin does not need a miracle but needs its investors to gain more understanding in its principles and how it works. If Bitcoin investors, holders and traders are ready to learn more about how Bitcoin works, the significance of patiently holding and the avoidance of all forms of FUD creation and selling offs, Bitcoin will always see green light and gradual increase in price and value on the market. Bitcoin doesn't need a miracle , it needs audience who supports it , governments who are open to thoughts of things not actually in their hand , people who will hold even when the price is low , major investments from people around the world , trust , ban on illegal activities , improvisation with regards to it's technology , lower fee and wider acceptance of segwit and lightning network.

Everything that I listed just now is not a miracle but things that we can do to make it strong .

I agree with you that Bitcoin doesn't need miracle. Bitcoin needs less bad doings from wrong regulations to market manipulations through pumping and dumping,  market manipulations through FUD news. But we could also say that scenario without complicating already complicate things would be miracle. I think that Bitcoin needs time more than the other.

Market manipulation is a big problem because the market is not regulated, there is no such thing as bad regulation as a law will be created for the best of the market, and like I mentioned it will create the manipulation and this market might slowly become stable.

Bitcoin will stay, there's a time it will dump and some are really desperate to see the price recover again, so they need some miracle.
If we will remain realistic all the time, we won't think of that kind of stuff.

I agree with your opinion, bitcoin doesn't need a miracle to go up but bitcoin only needs time to rise again, and I still believe the market will come back green and bullrun come in another 1-2 years.

Bitcoin has a lot of time but time is not enough, bitcoin needs another factor, it's pumps that come from whales, they are a factor that can create rumors, FOMO and FUD to help the price of bitcoin increase sharply, without their support, even if bitcoin has more time, it still cannot return, like recent situations, just a few pumps of the whale, the value of Bitcoin has skyrocketed, while a long time ago, bitcoin was still silent and not too much volatile

I do not think that the year was difficult, it was usual with quite ordinary phenomena for such a young market. It was difficult for investors and projects that did not take place due to lack of financing.

no miracle is needed just wait for some time for the market to recover its price and it will be good to go. just keep holding your balance its the waiting game. don't get disappointed easily. I don't care if bitcoin rise or fall or even if it reached the 200$ price scale I am not gonna be worried. just think positive and see how you are going to make a profit. for example on 2013 after MtGox crash bitcoin's price reached 200$ but now it is 5500$. see that's what people get for holding these coins in the worst time.

Bitcoin stays strong even the market is not good so theres no need for a  miracle. Bitcoin can handle this ,bulls will not allow the price to go down below 5000$.

Stay calm and hold,bitcoin market will recover soon. At this moment bitcoin started moving up which is a good sign. Bitcoin just need time not a miracle. Remember it is a cryptocurrency that need a lot of demands or people to patronize. It's value always depends on the number of demands and supply in the market.

I do also think that same way since it started with the right fundamentals to gain the trust it needs to gets its value.

Time will tell how long it takes but no miracles ; )

Currently, cryptocurrency capitalization is 168 billion dollars.This is already a miracle!I don’t believe in miracles at all, but cryptocurrency is a special ecosystem in which miracles really happen.

Recently, I saw an  amazing charts graphically showing the highs  and  lows of  bitcoin over the years since the introduction of bitcoin. From my little experience, I  dont need any miracle to trust the power of bitcoin,  bitcoin has already proven its high reputation as the leading digital currency.

We still believe in the power of Bitcoin and hold it. You are right, the other guys, who do not trust it anymore, can sell their cryptocurrency and leave the market if they want to deal with something more interesting.
