We rather believe in a real photo of the person than a document such as a passport. When possible investors ask some questions, it is because they are interested in your project or they are suspicious, and it is up to you to give them an answer.

A KYC done by other websites doesn't mean anything. Remember that those sites are there for a profit, many of them list scam projects very often, and often feature them on their site. It is easy to fabricate something that is on paper, but it is harder to fabricate the real thing.

You said that you are operating in the US, Los Angeles, can you provide documents/permissions, such as registration with state regulators, documents filed with SEC for your STO?  Also, are you sure that you are in Los Angeles? The CEO refused to answer valid questions about the business legality of Renovato, which is not good for the progress of this project. As investors read this topic they will consider twice before investing in a project where the CEO doesnt want to provide evidence of the legality of the business.

They are trying to raise 17 million and expect that nobody asks questions? Once questions are raised, any evidence that they provide will just help validate the project. With so many scams around, who want to take a chance in a project that is becoming suspicious as the CEO is evading questions.

We have seen many scammers buying a website 6 months before starting their token sales, extend the sales until the website expiration date. Website expires and everything about the token disappears, bounty hunters don't get paid, etc. And the pump and dump start...

Well the biggest thing, I feel, is that you can follow profitable traders from the start. You can have no experience and yet still be profitable. The trading commissions is a win win from both sides and it fuels our exchange growth further. Also being a STO our token holders have a real stake in the company and shared success among the whole community. Also we have leverage for crypto and forex as well. You can trade crypto as a CFD (contract for difference) on our platform without risking your cryptocurrency being stolen. More interesting than the number of tokens sold is the total amount raised: is that somewhere disclosed?

But buying a utility token is a bad decision I would say. They are better off waiting until the security token trades on exchanges and buy it from there.

Yes, many members from the team are not verified and also the company has listed in very few ICO listing websites but it is managing to sell the coins in the market and already they built some reputation in the market.

I don't know what kind of reputation they've built, but based on what's been posted here by members and ICOETHICS it seems their reputation is questionable, I would not even support or invest, in a project that is not transparent and cannot answer the allegations.
